I'm totally cool with them adding more spiders. Miles was a given and people really wanted Gwen. Not big on Silk but her solo is good and the whole "Ninja Spider" thing could make for some cool skills.

But did the three of them have to take up the whole December updates new character allotment? I would rather have had Miles get released alongside Kamala and Nova or something.

At least the costumes are pretty cool. Never thought Marvel would OK the classic Ms. Marvel suit and its nice that CM now has a suit that isn't locked away forever behind a thousand dollar pay wall. Gamora's uni is awesome and makes me consider using her.

And I was reading Nova and Cyclops, both of which had tie-ins, so I read the Alpha issue so I'd have the gist of what was going on for their tie-ins. I stalled on story mode so I could focus on strengthening the heroes I have. Feel free to stop story progress and buff yourself if you are having that much trouble.

And YJ is a glass cannon. He hits hard, but he gets hit hard as well.

Bio drop rate increases with difficulty in special missions but don't let that stop you from just grinding the 3rd one if that's all you can comfortably complete. Yes, YJ is good and so is Pym. You can also get ANTS and Wasp bios from YJ's special mission (and also the 5th Ant-Man special mission but not recommended).
If you can't progress through the story any more then just farm materials or grind the highest story mission you can on repeat. Make sure to do your 10 daily missions as they give decent exp as well. Take advantage of Best Condition too.

Symbiotic is now level 14, and currently full. I've been lax on points but everyone has been logging on in the time frame. If you feel someone is deadweight don't be shy about calling them out. Y'all need to be doing the Alliance Battles. They're fun, don't take long, don't use energy, and only need done once a day. Even if you're not very good at it, any point contribution is better than no points contribution. From the second half of Clone Saga to OMD/BND, they love to shit on every opportunity Pete has to actually grow. Couple quick and dirty pieces of advice:
>Get Stark Stash, ASAP. Best deal in the game. Only $4 so I'd say get it at least once so you'll have a good source of crystals until you can more consistently get them from daily trophies and weekly timeline battles
>Don't spend any selectors on Giant-Man. He's one of the best combat types but the easiest character in the game to farm, so selectors would be a waste. Likewise, Ultron and MODOK are extremely easy to farm.
>Remember to get your free daily hero chest from the store. It'll either give you a 1* hero that you don't have yet, or 8 bio selectors. Either way, really useful, ESPECIALLY at early game.
>Check out the various team-ups to help you decide what teams you want to shoot for
>All characters can be tested with all skills in the Skill Preview, so it's worth trying them out to see if you like them before investing too heavily
