>they fucked up with his mask
no, the mask comes pre-equipped with Bat-eye protectors.
yknow when I was first old enough to realize adam west had fucking swirly jaunty eyebrows drawn onto his cowl for no reason, I asked myself why the actual fuck
but if you had told me that someday he would have SCULPTED eyebrows and wrinkles so his mask looked like flesh, I would have called you a fucking liar
All of the cinematic Batman masks have had some sculpting to look like a face, to keep them a little organic.
Though, I was recently looking at a mask sculpt based on a cartoon, that didn't have a lot of that detailing and was just sort of smooth. It looks really cool, but I wonder if it would work in an actual film.
I still think my favorite mask sculpt is the one in Batman: Dead End. Looks very remniscient of the Alex Ross design.
If it turns out to be real, the. Superman will get shit as Hitler. Man of Murder will look pale.
Plus, whats with the desert fight scene in the trailer then? Is that a dream too?
>Plus, whats with the desert fight scene in the trailer then? Is that a dream too?
If this scene is a dream then obviously the scene where Batman gets captured is also a dream.
>Filenames never lie
Dude, that's from the scene in the '92 film where he rips off his mask and reveals his identity to Catwoman.
Also, the bat logo is like the comics one, and not like the funky one in the '89 film.
Bro do you even Burton
I think the first BurtonBats holds up.
The second is a total clusterfuck. I still like it for it's style and for nostalgic reasons, and though it does some interesting things (using Batman, Catwoman, and Penguin as foils and characters who all find themselves unsuited to normative lifestyles, but in different ways), I'm cognizant of the fact that it's not really a good movie.
I like the Donner Superman stuff, though.
