Name a better Simpsons game than this
It continues to baffle me that the Spongebob games were (at least, in the beginning) consistently good
I mean, they were basically Banjo and Kazooie rip-offs, but they weren't bad Banjo and Kazooie rip-offs
Fuck you, the Ghost Rider game was a fun DMC clone.
> THE INNOCENT WILL BE AVENGED
> COUNT EM DOWN
That shit was cash. It had a pretty kick ass soundtrack too.
This game was pretty damn good, if not short and collecting the jawbreakers was cool.
The only use for it was a diversion until Smash for 3DS came out. It was too buggy and the story mode was excruciating because they kept using the 'I'm _______' voice clip for every line of dialogue.
I did like the roster.
This game was the shit
This one's great, just too easy even on hard.
So when are we gonna get new info on Fractured But Whole?
This game had a level where you got to play as a colossal Plankton and beat the living shit out of everything. I haven't touched the game in almost a decade but I remember it being fun.
did you guys buy goty
i dont have the money to buy the proper console
>that campy but great campaign
My nigger. GR was the shit.
Also posting some OST:
This was surprisingly good, it had animated cut scenes
and Matt Groening was the bad guy.
I still play it like every 6 years or so. Jumping on the logs up the water fall is my kryptonite though.
I really loved this game back in the day
My favortie video game is Disney's Magic Artist Studio.
You can even draw, created, and make your characters dance to the music.
The game is shit but I wish the enemies in the PC version didn't instantly vanish once you beat them.
>the room from the first movie in the Oscorp where green gas slowly kills Spider-Man
>you have to leave through the shattered glass before it kills you
>there's a bandit with a gun
I just throw the bandit in that room. I wish he didn't disappear cause it's be nice to see if that gas slowly killed him too.
Well the spy fox games were really cool.
>So which one is your favorite.
OFFICIAL GOOD CAPESHIT VIDYA LIST
Spider-Man 3 (on PS2)
Hulk Ultimate Destruction
X-Men Legends 2
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Rise of the Imperfects
I CAN STILL HEAR THE TROPICAL BEATS MAN
THEY WON'T LEAVE MY MIND MAN
I'll get my SUWOOOOOOOOOORD for you, Danny!
I honestly used to play the shit out of this, it was a nice surprise to be reminded of it again
Yeah and if you want find It then maybe you can upload on Youtube as a playthrough with animated characters dancing.
Was this considered bad? I love it, the level-boss based structure was really refreshing at this day and age, the look of the main universe is the best rendition of "comic book cel shading" I've ever seen.
It's a shame the follow up learned nothing from it.
>Rise of the Imperfects
>Rise of the Imperfects
>Rise of the Imperfects
Shame that EA owns the rights to The Imperfects, they'd be fucking rad to have in some new video games.
Especially Brigade, Hazmat, and Johnny Ohm.
Johnny Ohm is a better Electro than Electro could've ever been.
>I can still hear the music
Based as fuck
Best /co/ game ever made
My African-American companions
God yes. I wish Johnny would say and do that in the comics.
> "THIS GAME IS TOO GOOD! I MUST SUDOKU"
> -Shigeru Miyamoto
> literally arrest every pedestrian on the street
> 5 months in the cubes for owning a gerbil without a license
I fucking love this game. I try to play it at least once every year around Christmas (when I originally got it as a kid)
What does /co/ think of this?
I had a lot of fun with it, looking forward to the sequel.
It was basically MK9 with better mechanics and DC characters.
Now MKX improved upon that, and I imagine Injustice 2 will improve upon that.
Shame about the movie being bad, but if you can ignore that, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is fucking phenomenal. I feel like it's really similar to the first Arkham Asylum game, in the sense that it really captures what it feels like to BE the character- only instead of stealth, it's lopping off limbs and regenerating from taking a shotgun blast to the face.
Come to think of it, this is probably the only game where Wolverine's claws actually function like the blades they are, instead of just weird metal punches. I guess because it was Wolverine's game, and no one else's, there was no reason not to just go nuts.
You can unlock the classic costumes, too, if looking at Hugh Jackman reminds you too much of the movie.
Also this was cool
>tfw someone post your autism of a project
now I should head back to the drawing board to make a second cover
this was legitimately my first DDR game before I went full Asian in my later years
Songs were cheesy as fuck but by god the steps where fun considering I was 10 at the time and one song will always stay in my heart
Obligatory at this point.
Best cost to quality ratio you'll get.
I never hear people talk about this Spongebob game though. I remember it being fun.
This game scared me as a kid because of the disgusting close ups after the in-spongebob puzzles. I was kind of a pussy.
Why was no one brought this up yet?
Don't play the C64 version, the arcade version is not janky.
>mfw I found this for a reasonably cheap price
This fucking game, i wasted so much time on it when i was younger.
Mediocre at its best but I still enjoyed it.
Dunno how I got the disc on my PS2 in the first place.
Why doesn't anyone ever talk about Clone Wars? GOAT X-game.
But it was okay.
Beenox should've been allowed to do their things instead of trying to recreate Spider-man 1 and 2's magic. Kinda fitting that Saimi's first two decent movies got decent games and Webb's two turd movies got turd games.
The soundtrack for this game was really weird. I can't imagine it being on anywhere but Sega Genesis.
>Get to play as him
It blew my mind back then. I mean, what?! He's a villain!
Here's a list of things this game showed me I never knew I wanted:
Mark Hamill doing Wolverine
Stampede level taught me what anxiety was when I was 4. I never felt so rushed.
Me and my brother never beat the game until I was like, 6 because we always got fucked on the lava level. Now looking back on it, this game was pretty hard for kids.
>the SECOND level with all the timing in the 'i can't wait to be king' part and puzzle monkeys
>trying not to fall to your death in the elephant graveyard while scaling walls and dodging vultures
>sudden rush of terror from the stampede gaining on you
>having to roll and do hard jumps while being chased in exile, no time to stand still or think because of failing rocks
>fuck Hakuna Matata level
>fucking lava level with bats and lava drips
>Scar's seemingly infinite bitchslaps
I spent too much time comparing stats in atl. I ended up with a completely broken team by level 20. Leveled only crit on amethys, put the chance on crit for a star badge on and every time i whipped i got a star. Maxed damage on pearl so every spear throw was a one shot, with infinite stars from amy it was always a one turn win. Garnet existed.
I really wanted to get excited for this game, then I saw the trailers. The gameplay looked crappy, and they had what, two of the actual VAs? A lot of of the replacement voices were awful.
I loved MK9 but didn't really get along with this at all. Thought the story mode was pretty shit too after finishing that in around 2 days and then just dropped the game.
Been waiting for some sort of GOTY edition for MKX but they're going to squeeze every last drop out of it first it seems
MY FUCKIN NIGGAS. Why did freshman in highschool me have to sell my ps2 and all my games? JUST
Played this on PC, first game I ever played
Here's another that I remember playing
What about this?
>tfw first ps2 game I played (and enjoyed, my ps2 came with an atv game and I played that first for some reason, I played the spiderman game afterwords)
