Korra and Asami hooking up, regardless of wether or not it was last-minute or planned, was poorly executed and hurt the show by putting it in despite the fact there was no good build up to it. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.

I don't feel like starting another thread, so forgive me if I just talk about Korra in general:

I'm almost through the first book and it's not terrible. It's not fantastic like The Last Airbender, but it's alright. And I like Korra - she's different enough to be her own person but you can see how she used to be Aang. Or whatever, I'm not sure how reincarnation works in this show.
