Also I am going to say Ultimate Muscle. Not because no one remembers it, but no one ever talks about it. Like it needs to be cued for it to be recalled, you don't just sort of scan and think about it. Like this thread cued me to think about forgotten cartoons and this guy popped up in my mind.

Wow, most of those posts were mine. My family didn't have basic cable. We didn't have CN. We didn't have WB. Literally the only cartoon channel we had was Fox. So I watched FoxKids. And then FoxBox and then... ehh 4kids? A little. By that point, we moved and we got access to WB. So I was introduced to Yu-Gi-Oh! The result was pretty much that most of my peers didn't watch the cartoons I was watching. I was late to the pokemon game. I was that one kid who thought digimon was better. I didn't know about Yu-Gi-Oh! until later. I was the kid who actually watched Medabots. That sort of thing.

I usually interpret it as cartoons that never get brought up in conversation. Even if people reminiscence, they tend bring up the big names. Half the time, for the ones I posted anyway, I had to go into google and just type in a description of what happened because I can't even remember their names. Those kind of cartoons.

Actually, do you guys remember this cartoon? I tried to draw it in paint, but it didn't work.

I believe it was on 4kids. I remember there were two children, a boy and a girl. I remember they had some robotic dragon hover motorcycle thing. I specifically remember one scene where they are on the mini dragonscooter fleeing from some monster, and then girl is scared, and the boy says something like "Don't worry, we got some time, it's about to be commercial!". And then the commercial happens.

I want to say it was like kind of dubbed anime or something, but I am not sure. I didn't even like it, but I've had this scene in my head for about a decade now. I just wish I knew what the cartoon was so this thought could finally rest.

to be honest i never liked Ultimate Muscle/kinnikuman nisei because i actually watched the original kinnikuman and it was way better, Nisei mostly just retread the some plots from the original and almost every new kid was just a clone of his father/mentor with nothing truly original about them also i hated how badly they aged King Muscle/Suguru
i know the more recent series is dealing with time travel and it may fix some of Nisei problems but i haven't read it yet so i can't comment on it but man was UM as disappointment compared to its predecessor

Cartoon movie that I can't remember, it was early in the CGI stage, and might have been around the same time as bugs life, but it was a little less better animated. I wish someone could help me find it.

It was just about ants and a colony or something. I tried looking up CG movies about insects/ants but it didn't show it. I remember it showed them underground doing something, and showing the side view of the ground showing them making tunnels

Man Fox Kids was pretty great.
There were a lot of translated japanese cartoons back then too with western elements (for kids I mean).

No, there might have been a yellow and brown-ish ant or something. I remember there was a scene with just sound effects of the digging. And there was something about the eggs (larva? I think they looked like solid eggs) of the ant being protected, or there was just a scene where they were moving it.
