It's a really popular series for scholastic and supposedly it's getting its own movie franchise, so what the hell do I know?

But yeah, IMO it's a pretty boring read. The world building's neat I guess.

I should also probably mention that there were about 40+ books that needed to be returned/paid for, and my mom never actually admitted to borrowing my card, so I have no idea where any of them are...

I read this as a kid after buying some of the them from a book fair.
It was neat for the time, and the art style was pretty nice.
Characters are a bit bland, though
