I quite honestly don't know what you mean by this
His fighting style it much more street level and he doesn't make any punchlines. He doesn't go swinging around on a grappling hook or anything like Spider-Man would.

I'd watch Daredevil first because it is chronologically first. Not that there's much connecting the two series, but it's as good a place to start as any.

I liked Jessica Jones more I think, but both were really good.

Jessica Jones takes place after Daredevil so I recommend watching DD first, but really it doesn't matter.

You may as well watch Daredevil first because it takes place before JJ and there are light references to Daredevil in JJ
