That said, I don't think they would have worked in the movie because Cap is not really a street-level hero like he was in the 70's so the whole villain's union thing wouldn't make any sense.

It could have been cool to play with Cap's separation from SHIELD and the US army by having him become Nomad or something.

Just imagine if you can reading Thanos Quest and in between suddenly a cut to Earth to show I dunno something going on with Iron Fist? I love Danny, I don't hate variety and how well received movie space shit has been indicates other people agree so the more the better, it's not that I don't want these stories, I just don't see how they're a priority during a larger scale scenario? Who needs to see these things DURING the Infinity Gauntlet Saga? Captain Marvel and Thanos go back, so I can see that maybe having a few seconds of significance to the larger story before giving us boring Carol, Black Panther I'm just going to pretend loosely mentions something to do with cosmic via Vibranium meteor before we're reminded how black Wakanda is for several hours. But that last one? I don't see the plan or purpose to how it connects to anything.

I guess you could always just not watch those movies but the thing is I'm wondering why are they being filmed at all during that time when the resources could be put into finishing the goddamn fucking saga they started?! Why even start something just to interrupt it? I'm so lost. Spreading the introduction of the gems across movies was one thing, but spreading the actual story itself they were being introduced for? But on Agents of SHIELD the Inhumans are already taking mutants spot as feared and hated and Lash is a completely different character and unrelated to any sort of outcast, hidden, sect of Inhumans.
