You could easily turn this into a limited run, it's just writers are shit, and Peter usually snaps in .2 seconds as soon as someone touches his grandmother with a catheter wrong.

You'd need a big enough tragedy, like his loved one dying, but nearly all of them. It'd be hard to give him enough shit to break him, although a lot of writers tend to do that kinda thing where he goes ape shit.

You'd need consistent pressure, and the right person to come in and give him the right push at a vulnerable moment. Frank is practically the only guy I could think of to make him remotely anti-hero, but the only way you'd get him on board is if this was some sort of plot by the other heroes.

Meh. "Unbreakable skin" is basically invulnerability. Compare this to other street level heroes like DD, Punisher, and even Spider-Man, Luke can't get shot. Move out of that Street level group, and Luke would get KTFO by Carol Danvers or Iron Man. You wouldn't even need a God-Tier powerhouse like Thor to take out Luke. Oh, and the thing with invulnerability is that all heroes are still susceptible to blunt force trauma. Case in point, Jessica Jones Netflix show, where she KOed Luke with a shotgun blast.
