Also I wish that something could be done about the symbiote's weaknesses because its kind of annoying when he just falls apart any time sonics or fire is involved. He could at least build resistance to it, right? I know he wasn't as weak to fire when he had Mephisto's mark or whatever. Maybe something similar could happen?

Building on what you suggested, I would love it if the symbiote itself is shown to not actually be evil. But being in space, it had some kind of instinctual need to go home and the closer to home it gets, due to all the other symbiote being evil, the Venom symbiote has instinct take over or because a mental pawn to more powerful beings of its race or something.

Would make for an interesting character arc for both Flash and the symbiote.
