god, her, Kyle, and SoTE are the things that I want the most to get recanonized.
Because "Emperor's Ass" doesn't sound quite as intimidating.
Requesting the Droids 'Definitely Negative' pic.
PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN
>all caught up with Rebels
>don't know what to do with my life now
I've already seen clone wars twice
>doesn't know Mara Jade
Is this your first day as a Star Wars fan?
Regardless, Mara Jade is a former Emperor's Hand, Luke Skywalker's wife, and Jedi of the new order. And she's fucking awesome.
Did you not notice the 7,000 women at Star Wars Celebration dressed as her?
Just yellow eyed Anakin for a few hours before JUMPING IS A GOOD TRICK
If you mean infinities? The ending of the RotS game can have you land behind Kenobi, kill him and then have Palpatine present him with a new lightsaber that he instantly uses to kill Palpatine.
Not sure if there are any comics.
Palpatine's hot slave and Luke's hot wife are what she's known as.
Mysteries of the Sith.
Jedi babe thread?
The Emperor's Hand makes me want to use MY hand. To jack off.
Nope, but she could be at some point potentially. They'll most likely make a series for post RotJ in the coming years, maybe right when Rebels is over. If she's gonna show up she'd show up there...then again those kids won't be Lukes in the new trilogy so there's really no need for her.
>Jedi babe thread?
hell yeah! Someone post the tree jedi chick with nice titties
>And the character constellation as it seems.
How so? Genders only?
Doesn't seem the same.

Oh come on. I'm hyped for TFA but you have to accept that it's a lazy rehash of Episode 4.
The three main characters are the same main characters from the OT.
>girl who wants to get off her shitty sand planet
>guy who doesn't know what's going on
>rebel pilot and his droid
>former stormtrooper turned rebel
>no name turned Jedi
The plot is Episode 4.
>Rebels are taking a thing when Empire stops them and tries to steal the thing.
>The thing makes it onto a shitty sand planet hidden in a droid.
>Person who wants off said shitty sand planet meets droid and is pushed into an adventure
>They also meet a former stormtrooper, and a wise old man and proceed to go on a mission to take the droid to the Rebels.
>They end up finding a -not- death star
>They save another main character from the -not- death star
>-not- vader kills old man
>They end up leading an attack on the -not- death star with X Wings and destroying it
>the Jedi goes to train with an old wise Jedi
>-not- vader is a relative of the Jedi
>-not- death star
>rebel base on a forest planet
The set up.
>Jedi got fucked
>Empi- I mean, First Order are dicks
>Rebelli- I mean, Resistance fights back against the First Order
>Now we will see a new hope (the force awakening in a character) give the Rebellion the push they need to be a legitimate threat against the Empire with the end goal of reestablishing a Republic and the Jedi Order
How long has it been since the canon wipe? It's been well over a year now. Why do people need to keep being reminded? It's so god damn simple. Everything before the wipe except Clone Wars is fucking gone. There's nothing more to it.
Disney can try all they want but they'll never shake the sexy fanservice stigma of the Twi'lek
The characters aren't.
Is the closest you get with being a typical hero character that has to complete the journey.
The other two are a guy raised by Rebellion members and an ace pilot and a guy that was raised to be a stormtrooper his whole life...and then of course instead of Chewbacca we have Maz Kanata a 1,000 year old Force user.
A lot of the events are the same but the characters seem wildly different outside Rey.
So there was a Star Wars Legacy thread and OH MY GOD LOOK HOW HOT DELILAH BLUE IS!
>when I was a kid I always had it in my head that the spice girls would be in episode 1 performing in a cantina scene back before it came out
>to this day I hope it still happens somehow
we have three movies to go. It's not too late
Aren't they old and dead now?
Makes you wonder what would happen next in that timeline. No sith, every surviving Jedi and entire galaxy after his head for killing palpatine, his wife's gonna die in childbirth and he's a single father of twins.
Man this would be one heck of a story to explore.
Are you really so stupid as to judge her by her skin color and the fact the artist decided to give her a lightstaff?
>I have read Legacy.
You don't need to lie.
>Lying to strangers on the internet
Really disappointed there wasn't more fan art of them together.
Witwer and one of the devs on his stream said they had no idea what was gonna happen with her.
I would guess she was meant to show up and repay Galen back by being a friend/ally.
Yeah, I was hoping she'd show up again at some point.
How would you make them better /co/? Or would you bar them from nucanon completely as yet another redundant part of the space babe rainbow?
May the Force be with you, Maris Brood...wherever you are.
Was The Force Unleashed any good?
I've heard mixed opinions.
Why didn't Starkiller kill the obviously corrupted Force User who tried to kill him? Eliminate the opposition at all costs like he was doing literally just before. Even Bail Organa told him he should have done it.
>tfw on this earth, we don't get Christopher Walken playing Han Solo
Oh boy this looks gooOH GOD THEIR FACES
Because they had to show us deep down he was capable of mercy and could be redeemed. In-universe, I have no idea, it was pretty out of character. Maybe he saw himself somewhat reflected on her, and felt pity.
The first game is fantastic and has a great story despite what some idiots here would tell you.
Everything that happens is completely justifiable within Star Wars, you just weren't supposed to take Galen's power level as canon since it was turned up so players could have fun with the game. They said it was meant to be a tall-tale, that the events occurred, but how they happened smudged so the player would have more fun. Like instead of pulling down the Star Destroyer you choke out the helmsman making it crash, stuff like that.
Second game had development problems with roughly half or more of the staff being fired halfway through development. The story got murky when it delved into Jedi cloning in their attempt to explain it away within the universe.
>Look, Jabba, I can't...GIVE you the money...right now, but once I get these two knuckleheads and their droids to Alderaan
>*whispering* I can throw in an extra fifteen percent, whaddaya say
It made perfect sense for him to spare her, after all he was reason she went to the dark side to begin with. He was also recovering from it so he knew just how awful it truly was.
He was on his path to becoming a Jedi at that point, not sure where he becomes one exactly in the timeline. I think it's right before the Death Star attack? Not sure.
Eh, I still think Galen being a power play from Vader to try to usurp Sheev is pretty dumb, as well as the Rebel senators all meeting Palpatine on the Death Star then barely escaping, as well as the Rebels being formed as a lure for other would-be Rebels
You're not exactly wrong...I would have just preferred the game wasn't assassinated by the guy that took over and fired half the staff though.
Witwer said whether or not Galen was indeed a clone was still a mystery for us in the recent stream, but that he and the devs knew the truth.
It was completely out of character. I understand his redemption story, but for it to start with mercy for Maris is ludicrous. That's the wrong time to go soft.
>The first game is fantastic and has a great story
Yeah nah. I also watch the Developer Streams, so I see where you're coming from, but simply the fact that they tell us what this stuff really means years afterwards doesn't excuse the some of the plot in the game. I'm fine with it being a tall-tale, and support it. But when the player visually sees Starkiller bringing down a Star Destroyer it's okay for them to vocalize their opinions.
Its not terrible, but I was honestly surprised when the game won an award for writing.
She was already falling to the dark side, just not completely. Shaak Ti was talking with the Fellucians about it
>I still think Galen being a power play from Vader to try to usurp Sheev is pretty dumb
But you already know that's what Vader is trying to do.
ESB reveals it and the new canon comics confirm it as well. Pretty sure it was still canon that Dooku was planning the same for Ventress too.
Vader wasn't overt about it though. When Sheev found out about Galen he should have been apeshit mad at Vader.
I dunno man, I just don't feel like the movies at all live up to the consequences that would really result from TFU's story
I feel like Sheev could have been smarter about it if he was involved in the rebellion's creation, e.g. planting loyal subordinates within its leadership to sabotage it at a proper time
They didn't, they told us day zero. You guys were all just being clueless.
They had videos up on you YouTube explaining it before the game was out. They talked about it and their discussions with Lucas who approved of the use of the power and was all for it for a video game.
And the proper response to bringing down a star destroyer was FUCK YEAH
It's a video game, man. Gotta have fun.
And everything in the story makes perfect sense so it's clear why it won an award for its writing.
>She was already falling to the dark side, just not completely. Shaak Ti was talking with the Fellucians about it
No, Shaak Ti said she wasn't corrupted when they asked. She only became corrupted when Shaak Ti died and she was left alone and scared.
But his failure to actually crush them after forming it despite taking them to his Death Star and having them in front of him ultimately diminishes him a lot as a master strategist frankly
Vader immediately tried to pander to Sheev's whims though, which surely soothed Sheev's ego. Killing your own personal pet you spent 10 or so years raising had to earn him some points back.
just know, that we're here, and have been for a pretty long time.
But anyways, post best GCW era armor, pic related, can't beat the original
Did you ever hear the tragedy of Poggle the Lesser?
Please give us Jedi Leia, TFA
C'mon Kathleen Kennedy, ABUSE YOUR POWER YOU BITCH, MAKE LEIA A JEDI, YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO
She was way too old to start training and probably felt she wanted to devote herself to putting the Galaxy back together. Considering the huge military and administrative efforts needed, I don't think she had any room to learn to be a jedi.
>Distinct lack of Ahsoka fan art
It's because nobody fucking watches Rebels because it's on XD, isn't it?
That is the laziest OC donut steel trooper variant I've ever seen.
They should have at least contacted Raven Software to help them develop new troopers
I meant recent stuff.
Rebels Ahsoka has very little.
>ALL BLACK 'cause he's SHADOWY
That sounds implausible. He only had one toy, which was originally available in a multipack that was impossible to find. Then they made a slightly repainted repack of him, but that one can't have been much of a shelfwarmer either since it was only in the one wave.
They should have at least added red eyes and some grey highlights like this guy so it's a bit more than "stormtrooper except black"
No, that's a Sith.
>Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Wookieepedia?
>I thought not. It's not a story /swg/ would tell you. It's Legends. Wookieepedia was a wiki so powerful and so wise, they could document the EU and create... fanfiction. They had such a knowledge of the EU, they could even document pages on breasts.
>They could actually... document everything?
>The EU is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... autistic.
>What happened to them?
>They became so powerful, the only thing they were afraid of was losing their EU... which, eventually of course, they did. Unfortunately they taught Leland Chee everything they knew. Then Chee killed the EU when Disney bought Star Wars. Ironic. They could document everything... except canon itself.
>Is it possible to learn this power?
>Not from /swg/.
They specifically show Leia when Luke is talking about his family being strong in the Force and she's handling a lightsaber in the scene, she'll be a trained Jedi in the movie that's been acting in her normal position.
Some Ren Knight will try something with her and end up dying. They're keeping it hidden so that it can make the crowd go wild.
>You'll never be Emperor and make pretty young things your slaves
It's a shame, really
Shut up, wench. It's babe postin' time.
But Rebels needs to go to Netflix or something, I can't take waiting for episodes anymore. I need my Ahsoka VS Inquisitor duels already.
The whole thing is a joke.
Looking forward to the Mara Jade episodes.
>She is definitely not a Jedi
You're wrong, anon.
>You have that power too. In time you'll learn to use it as I have.
There's no way Kathleen Kennedy didn't make her one, she's in a position of power and she's seen RotJ, Leia is a Jedi.
>She is a Resistance General.
Well, yeah. Jedi were generals.
>wants a loli instead of a WOMAN
Lolis don't have hips, lips, chest and sex drive.
Then she'd be yet another easily foiled member of Team Rocket. Best way to feature either her or Lumiya (not both) would be as agents of the Rebellion, possibly full time Ghost crew members, feeding Sheev information about the rebellion.
If Mara is brought back to canon I doubt she'll still be the Emperor's Hand, and I wouldn't be surprised if she was an Inquisitor, although something tells me Sheev will abandon the whole Inquisitor thing after the events of Rebels.
Just make her a member of an extremely human-like race that ages very slowly. That's basically what Star Trek did with the Vulcans, to make sure that Leonard Nimoy could cameo on TNG.
>would be the same age as Lucy fucking Lawless
>Lolis don't have hips, lips, chest and sex drive.
They can if it's the will of the artist.
Really? I hadn't noticed. I mean, I guess we haven't really seen much of him, or at least I haven't. But what I have seen and heard about him, he seems like a really meek and gentle guy, like a shyer Walt Disney.
>Thread is only three hours old
>Thread is full of nothing but complete shit
Waifu fags really are the worst. Unsurprisingly.
What if she was one of the Force sensitive babies from TCW, and he managed to keep hold of her? Maybe he thought he could make her another Darth Maul, but it didn't work out, so she's his gopher/assassin.
Then by all means, lets go back to the endless arguing about the prequels, needless shitting on the EU, and answering about 50 posts from aimless idiots asking "so what's still canon?"
Have a gif.
>most autistic general on /co/
>faggot getting butthurt when the thread isn't his personal brand of autistic
You don't have to stay, fella.
Might be cool. Might be really cool.
Get with the times Gramps.
Well, you know, he has a lot of stuff to keep him happy. He's got friends and family and ultimately, history still going to recognize him as "the guy who made Star Wars" which is a pretty fucking incredible title.
4chan can't understand someone being happy because of family and friends.
You really think he'd be bitter because of the reception three movies that made him even richer got? George is a pretty fucking cool guy.
I remember a few threads ago there was this discussion about how sad and confused George looks today. I feel bad for him. Also check those orders.
goddammit Jorge, you seem like such a cool guy, why did you had to go and make 3 shit movies and add stupid shit to your other 3 good movies.
DO I DO THIS GOD DAMN MISSION?
DO I REALLY NEED TO BUY A FUCKING STYLUS SO I CAN AUTISTICALLY PLACE THE STRIKES EXACTLY PIXEL PERFECT WHERE THEY NEED TO BE?
>le epik look at me i hate the prequels im so smart shitposting
You know, if George hadn't met his new wife and had a kid and still sold Star Wars to Disney, his life would basically be over. His kids would have been on their own, his legacy would have been secure, there'd be nothing left for him to do.
He probably would have killed himself.
For those anons who wanted WebMs last thread, I'm working on the rest. For now, I found two.
Kalifa getting shot
>talking like a fucking retard in greentext
You two are why we can't have nice things.
Ahsoka killing Sobeck from Citadel Rescue.
Don't be scared, we're all autistic here.
Ok, cause if any of you think any of the pre-quels are actually good you need to watch more movies or grow up some more.
How about the Special Editions?
My thoughts on them have always been some things are pretty good, others are atroucious, most of the bad changes are in IV and VI though.
Lucas definitely got a bit overzelous with the special editions, but there were some alright changes. Biggs being written back in was alright, and aside from the godawful CG, that scene with Jabba in ANH was kinda cool, even if adding Boba Fett was really unnecessary.
This. Give it a rest. It's not that people think the prequels are great cinema, it's that they think the people who get super autistic about it and keep posting links to RLM reviews are fucking annoying and need to give it a fucking rest.
This isn't /tv/, we don't need to meme about how much we hate a movie over and over.
No, don't even humor him. We don't need this shit anymore. Why do you guys never learn your lesson?
George is really good at worldbuilding, and directing anything that isn't actors.
He can make really powerful and atmospheric moments when there's no dialog happening, and he's great at coming up with this brilliant world and saga that really feels like a mythic tale.
But George has 3 big flaws.
1. He's a terrible writer. He can make good stories in the large scale, but can't write scripts. His dialog is god-awful and he does a bad job of communicating important ideas, making his plots feel disjointed, and emphasize the wrong ideas.
2. He's terrible at working with actors. He just like, doesn't get them, and can't direct actors for beans.
3. He's obsessed with technical innovation. This actually ended up really helping the OT be as successful as it was, but ended up condemning the prequels. People really liked the OT's groundbreaking effects, but not the prequel's.
When it came time to do the prequels, George was every bit as competent as he was in the OT. Hell, in a lot of ways, George's contributions were actually better than what he put into the OT. But unfortunately, he was famous now, he had a reputation. No one else had creative input, there was nobody there to tell him no, to reign him in, to help write scripts.
Let's be honest, the OT isn't that well written already. But it's better written than the prequels at least. Nobody was there to reign in George and fix his scripts. No one was there to help the actors. The actors also found great difficulty because of the abundance of cg, nothing like that had been done before, and no one really knew how to react to what was around them, they simply didn't know what was around them.
Honestly, if there had been more collaboration, the prequels could have been better than the OT, I really think they could have. But George's writing and directing are so bad, the whole thing just crashed and burned. Though honestly, the overuse of cg still probably would have still happened with other people.
I don't like the ANH Jabba scene because you can tell Harrison is acting as if Jabba was the Human manlet he was suppossed to be at first. Hell in VI when he get defrosted he seems kinda scared at Jabba cause he knows what he's capable of.
Also, I think introducing Jabba in IV messes up his reveal in VI, you see Han keep talking about this Jabba guy in IV and V and then you find out he's a fucking fat slob space gangster.
Yeah, it's a serious question. You want to have an actual discussion or just keep shitposting about how Lucas killed your dreams and raped your childhood you fucking baby?
Agreed. I would also add convoluted plots to the list for Episode 1 and 2.
However that doesn't make the films the monstrosities these whiny manchildren paint them to be. I'm so fucking sick of them, it's much more enlightening to talk about what the prequels do right and wrong than to circlejerk about how they're NOT MUH STAR WARS.
Excellent post, agreed on nearly all counts.
Hard to beat that, shame it ended before they intended it to.
idk man, the prequels are definetely muh star wars, cause you know, they're canon, but I don't think we should only talk about the right things they did, cause they're not that many.
>The actual discussion is almost always shitposting too.
TCW > OT > Prequels
V > IV > III > VI > I > II
>Why did Alderaan have it coming? What did they do?
Finish reading the post.
I did, I'm saying talking about how bad the movies are without being manchilds that go into nerdragemode when they see jar jar is just as important as talking about the good things in the prequels.
Nah, I won't. Due to all the circlejerking arguments that happen when the OT or PT is mentioned, I can't stand to talk about either of them anymore, the same is starting with the ST too.
I need more rule 63 Star Wars
Think Phasma will be worth our interest? It seems like she's barely in the movie from what we've heard
Comics never really interested me, and due to me being swamped with schoolwork and such, never had the time to actually get into Star Wars, other than the movies and some of the shows. Finally have the time now and started with those.
also wasn't the implication for a long time in the EU that Jabba was fairly small time until he hit a big boost at some point inbetween the movies?
Makes sense given his dialogue comes off as kindof ineffectual. ("why'd you kill greedo man, that's... That's not cool...")
That plus the huttlet stuff in TCW kindof gives off this impression that Jabba was prooty decent (for a Hutt) up until he got a boost to both his power and ego at some point between Hope and Jedi.
But that's the thing, George IS a good director, on certain things.
He can't do dialog or actors, but visually he's a fucking visionary. George really just needs a competent co-director to handle the actors, and a good writer.
Notice how we can talk about the good the prequels did all day (and they did do some good), but the second you so much as imply the prequels weren't that great, or were worse than the OT you have people complaining saying discussion they don't agree with is shitposting, acting like we're calling them the worse movies ever made and over exaggerating the points we make.
You quite simply aren't allowed to say anything negative about the prequels without manchildren coming in to call you a shitposter.
And you know the craziest thing about it? They call prequel haters shit starters who are trying to suppress opinions when in fact it's them who don't want anyone to dislike their precious prequels.
Also before someone calls me a prequel hater I like the prequels for the most part.
Just realized that post came off as confusing. I like the prequels as far as story, designs of aliens/worlds, and casting goes. I dislike the writing, directing, and over use of CGI though. Sorry about that, it's late.
>but visually he's a fucking visionary
Yeah there are so many beautiful shots in the prequels.
People forget too that when the OT came out adults criticized the shitty puppetry but kids were of course mystified by it. Just like adults criticized the obvious CG effects of the prequels while kids who watched them were equally mystified. It's not fair to attack kids who grew up with the prequels, they can't help that they weren't born when the OT. They're similar experiences and they unite together to form a saga that appeals to multiple generations of people. How special is that? We should of course talk about what the prequels did wrong and what they could have done better but the OT should not be spared from such criticism either. Everyone just needs to be civil about it and not act like fragile manchildren.
Guess what? The OT are objectively incredibly shitty movies.
Now, I don't browse /tv/, like at all, but baneposting makes me giggle like a schoolgirl, does this happen to anyone else?
Honestly I hate to say this because I know it will start more shit, but I think this is the reason you can't criticize the prequels in here. A few prequel likers are probably actual teenagers who can't handle someone disliking something they like.
I know not all of them are, and some of them are fine with prequel haters, but to put it simply it is highly likely that if you like the prequels more than the OT you probably are younger and haven't seen hardly any movies. I know there are some exceptions but it's like going to a Sonic forum. Most people there are going to be autistic because they enjoy something that's so odd and distasteful and they probably don't have a good understanding of the medium they like to talk about.
You can't compare the two situations at all. OT diehards have been nipping at the heels of PT fans for years, and most PT fans still fucking adore the OT and probably moreso than the PT. I know I do, I was an OT fan long before I dared give the PT another chance.
And again there's a big difference between posts like this: >>77700464
And posts like this this: >>77700131 or this >>77701045
Notice how the former didn't get attacked. Why? Because the poster showed attention to detail and formulated his criticisms in a constructive manner.
In other words, he wasn't shitposting. Don't shitpost and people won't shitpost back. It's pretty fucking simple.
See what I mean in this post? >>77701122
This guy posted a picture of a shitty /tv/ meme, then didn't even take the olive branch I held out in this post >>77701012 and instead resorted to the argument of 'no u'. How much do you want to bet this guy is around the ages 14-22?
>thinks people don't appreciate his shitposting because people can't handle different opinions
>at the same time is crying about people not hating what he hates
Fuck off. You seriously don't see the irony in what you're saying? You're too dumb to post here. Just back to /tv/ where you can prequel meme all you want. "hrurr sheev and younglings was a good friend"
Who cares if the post is a question or a statement? Why should their opinion being in the form of a statement be considered shitposting just because you can't discuss anything past the initial post?
You have to admit that these 40 year old neckbeards still nursing a grudge after a decade is just as bad if not worse. I mean, they literally can't stand the idea of children liking shitty space operas they don't like even though adults were saying the same things about their shitty space operas when they were children.
It's embarrassing. They should know better than the teenagers at this point but they're just as bad if not worse.
>thinks people don't appreciate his shitposting
See what I mean? I want to discuss the good and bad of the prequels. But any bad is automatically called shitposting and ignored by two or three people. If I saw someone post "God the OT fucking sucks" I wouldn't reply "Fuck off shitposter" I would ask them why they thought it sucks because I'm not afraid to have movies I like be criticized. I'm the one that actually wants discussion in here because this is basically the best place to discuss Star Wars on the internet.
No you don't. You want to come in here and start shit with your dumbposting of "wait there are people who like that dumb kiddie shit prequels?" "people actually have opinions I don't!?" and shove links to Plinkett videos down everyone's throats.
The prequels aren't /co/ related. Take it to /tv/ faggot. Comics and cartoons only.
Never seen a Plinket video in my life. Also for the "wait there are people who like that dumb kiddie shit prequels?" "people actually have opinions I don't!?" part read: >>77701299
>If I saw someone post "God the OT fucking sucks" I wouldn't reply "Fuck off shitposter" I would ask them why they thought it sucks because I'm not afraid to have movies I like be criticized.
Fuck off with that piss poor argument. 70% of this thread is talking about movies, books, and games.
>But any bad is automatically called shitposting and ignored by two or three people
I don't think that's true at all. I have great discussion here about the flaws of the prequels. Had a wonderful discussion just last night about the pitfalls of the Phantom Menace, and this guy right here had some great observations about George and he wasn't attacked: >>77700464
But again, big difference between actually wanting discussion and the entirety of your post being along the lines of "HURR DURR THE PREQUELS ARE BABY SHIT FOR BABIES EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS TERRIBLE GEORGE LUCAS RAPED MY CHILDHOOD."
How the fuck does that encourage discussion? Nobody thinks the PT is perfect, almost everyone unanimously agrees that the scripting, acting and direction are sub-par at best. We can talk about those things, or we can talk about the good things, or we can talk about other ways in which you feel they missed the mark.
But don't fucking lead with that tired old BS about them being irredeemable garbage. That's just shitposting plain and simple. Not because of the opinion, because of the attitude. If you have something worthwhile to say then say it.
>I'm the one that actually wants discussion
After hearing the same thing over and over again, I just drown it all out and normally leave, like many others. We head for the hills once we see where this is going, because it's all the same arguments, insults and greentexts, just different day.
We've had this discussion to the point of ad nauseum. Right now, it's just the same back and back argument we've always had for years now. It past the point of beating a dead horse, we're just beating pulverized bones.
>>If I saw someone post "God the OT fucking sucks" I wouldn't reply "Fuck off shitposter" I would ask them why they thought it sucks because I'm not afraid to have movies I like be criticized.
No you would because you are
And you need to leave.
This this and more this.
New fucking topic. How about Mara Jade? Or favorite monsters? Or how about I bust out the tablet and try to drawfag a bit? Requests?
>>If I saw someone post "God the OT fucking sucks" I wouldn't reply "Fuck off shitposter" I would ask them why they thought it sucks because I'm not afraid to have movies I like be criticized.
You know what I'd do, ignore it and talk about something I like, because that's a fucking trap.
kek, close but no cigar my friend.
To be fair, that first post I made got blown out of proportion, you people need to learn how to chill.
>still gets killed by Kylo Ren who's Han's son.
I swear, this will hit the anti-EU fags when it's revealed.
Why do people assume Rey will be Luke's daughter? Or that Luke will have had a daughter at all since we know Anakin's downfall was attachment? Or that they'll make Luke have a wife off screen that 90% of the audience don't know about?
>there's a chance that Rey is the Skywalker
>there's a chance
Reminder Jacen should have died in Anakin's place.
Darth Caedus did nothing wrong.
On a side note, if Allana hadn't stepped in with the
plot device, would Aurra Sing have killed Jacen in their fight?
>Why do people assume Rey will be Luke's daughter?
Just hope that they'll do something different really. Plus you can't have a new Star Wars trilogy without a bonafide Skywalker as the main protagonist.
because making her !Jaina doesn't add anything new to the story, especially if Kylo is going to be notJacen.
so unless by any stupid chance that They switch places and Kylo is going to be the Resistance's best Jedi by IX and Rey succumbs to the Dark Side and becomes a real Sith Lord, I'd rather have one of them be Luke's
I wouldn't necessarily have a problem with it, I just don't think for a minute that Disney would make Episodes VII-IX "for the fans," OT cast and all, without a leading Skywalker. The fans would riot.
And why be so secretive about her last name if she's an unrelated character?
Fine. Lets discuss Jenn Devaad. Opinons?
Luke could have easily knocked up a space-latina. You're grasping at straws.
No, by all indications Rey and Finn are the new leads. Finn could secretly be a Skywalker, which would be rather brilliant, but I doubt it. So it has to be Rey. Doing it otherwise would kill this trilogy before it starts.
No. The running theory is that he is a hermit on the run because of the First Order.
> Maybe they'll recanonize her as his wife
Either way Luke's wife supposedly died when the Knights of Ren murdered his newfound Jedi Order. It's why Rey is on Jakka in the first place supposedly.
I hope you also remembered that we've already met both of his parents...
Your firm grasp of the obvious has been noted, pilot.
Han because Harrison and Kasdan wanted that to happen since ROTJ, but something tells me Harrison has changed his mind since then and actually wants to be around Star Wars now. He's been showing up at cons and stuff looking pretty happy.
no no no, they wouldn't kill Han, hell I don't think they're going to kill Han at all, but they might kill Finn, so that Rey goes on a revenge quest and learns that that is not the right way along the way.
>but something tells me Harrison has changed his mind since then and actually wants to be around Star Wars now. He's been showing up at cons and stuff looking pretty happy
I wonder if it's because he gets to be hands-on with this one? With the last ones it was just "More Star Wars, not about me, who cares grumble grumble."
The only thing I hope doesn't happen in the ST is no "WE ALL WILL BECOME ONE WITH THE FORCE" type shit, you know, like in End of EVA when everyone turns into tang.
“Of course. I can disappear. I can be anyone. Even Kloda wouldn’t recognize me, and he raised me. That’s the foundation of any job—not being noticed.”
“With a face like yours? Sorry, but I don’t buy it.”
Her eyes slashed sideways at him. If he was trying to flatter her, he was failing. She held out her hand and waggled black-tipped fingers. “How much would you care to wager?”
Thus began Orri’s introduction to spycraft—and to losing bets with Bazine Netal.
First, she slipped into goggles and a lumpy brown flight suit and told him she was Paf, the gunner. They ate an entire meal at the same table, even talked about what a hard-ass that Bazine Netal was. Then she spent a few hours playing hide-and-seek with him, calling him from the same room of the ship and disappearing before he’d turned around. He was soon out of breath and doubting his own sanity. He didn’t even seem suspicious when he found a half-dressed Twi’lek draped across his bed that evening.
“I’m the ship’s masseuse,” she purred. “Holding any…tension?”
Seriously, if they kill off Luke it will be the dumbest fucking shit. There really should not be anyone in the galaxy capable of taking him, instead he should die of old age like Yoda.
