I gotta admit that 99% of the time I will actually laugh at all of Lord Hater's lines. I tend to smile through the episodes anyway, or snort at what Wonder says, but full on chuckle if Hater opens his mouth.

Really? Huh, for me it's what sealed the deal. I usually turn away shows if they don't get me in the first episode. I don't like when shows "get good, just wait for the second season." It's either good or it's not.

I was rolling with laughter and since I had ZERO idea what the show even was, I was super surprised by the little orange guy in the hat being a southern bell and the cool horse raptor thingy. But maybe starting with The Box would be great. It's kinda like the first episode in the way you get to see how Wonder and Silvia interact and yadda yadda. Plus you know Sexy grandpa

plus they usually have a blast since voice acting is a lot less taxing than full-blown acting - they don't have to go through make-up, they can show up at the studio dressed however they like (when they don't just do it from their homes) and generally get to have more fun with the roles
