I actually re-watched Disney's Atlantis yesterday. Both the Tarzan cartoon and Atlantis were made in 2001. It seems like Disney had the best grasp of making sexy female characters and animation in 2001. Helga in Atlantis just oozed sex appeal. Kida was also sexy.

The Road to El Dorado in 2000 also had the sexy brown girl Chel.

El Dorado was Dreamworks, but I can understand the mistake, Dorado felt like it should have been made by disney and Emperor's New Groove by Dreamworks.

unfortunately sales did not reflect this and probably cemented Dreamworks going full 3D thereafter.
