I've started playing Oblivion recently and let me tell you, you can't fully appreciate Kaz's attention to detail until you've played it. Almost every npc we saw in Kvatch can be seen as a survivor, all the shops and npc's we saw on Anvil are there with the same name too.

Okay I know this is a longshot but does anyone here know how to edit Oblivion attribute bonuses? I have +450 on speed and playing the Flash simulator was fun for a while but now I want to remove it.
It was probably caused by a mod but now even when I turn off everything it doesn't go away. Attributes can't be set to negative values since they only accept numbers for 0 to 255. (I also have a -45 on both armors but I can work around that). I don't want to edit the base values, I just want to remove the attribute bonuses.
I have been searching for about three hours, if anyone happens to know something please tell me.
