I was not disappointed.
I expected a shit ending from bryke, like all the others, and I sure got it.

We can hope Korra dies from the injuries between seasons 3 and 4.

At least P'Li went out with a Bang.

That was really fucking good.
The fight choreography was some of the best in both series, and the the whole thing borrowed the best parts from the S3 and S2 finales from Avatar.

So, season got better as it went along. The Red Lotus were really intriguing, we got to see some cool shit, a lot of cool battles. I moaned about the lack of "exciting Avatar state" moments but we got one. Zaheer's power was probably the most exciting part of the finale. I'm even relatively ok with the fact that the Red Lotus got rekt (even if it did seem at odds with how bad ass they were supposed to be)...

But what I can't get over is "HURR OUR GRAND PLAN IS AVATAR KILL". That was it.

So I just finished
It was better than I expected, in fact, it was the most enjoyable Finale that Korra has given us so far. I feel like this is what Seson 1 SHOULD have been
What I mean by that is, if we were still in season 1, Aang would show up, tell Korra that she is at her lowest and then heal her to end on a happy note

I'm glad they took the path least traveled for this and will bring out tons of possibilities for the last book

I give it a 8.5/10

I hope they tie it together with Amon, Unalaq and Zaheer. I really feel like Amon used to be a red lotus member and that's how he learned to psychic blood bend, it would be nice to go into that or at least see the conclusion to a larger arc throughout all the seasons
