So, will Midnighter really be in the DCEU?
>>94174714
Honestly an R rated Authority movie by Snyder would probably be god tier. Tactically speaking using the best homosexual character in comics would net them a shit ton of brownie points.
>>94174714
Homosexual.
>>94174714
Would've honestly thought that was Damien Batman if it weren't for that crest.
>>94174769
Could see it happen if you get David Leitch.
A show that nobody here remembers. A show that had potential to be good. Now that potential is clearly channeled in the game Worlds Adrift. Pretty nice soundtrack though.

I remember the brother being a massive Sokka rip-off, right down to having a boomerang.
>>94174398
I remember really liking the visual style of it. And that one Scottish caricature.
>>94174398
Skyland had beautiful backgrounds. It's why I love Gravity Rush 2 so much.
>By adding her
How would you feel about this?
Injustice thread I guess
>>94174264
Phantasm would actually be fun. Betting she'd have teleportation spams.
Well he said the 3rd character from the next dlc will be someone, no one would have guessed

inb4 rampant shitposting.
Probably not, but it's not like we deserve better. I don't think the majority of /co/ actually appreciated this.
I hope the writers and animators work on something again, and maybe make it a little longer.
>They will never do a "Paradise Lost" allegory
Why the hell did Marvel disregard the Ellis origin retcon when that was the very reason they brought him on the tittle?! "Elder God has infested your brain and made a Cosmic Nest" is a thousand times better than "muh DiD". Did they do it just for Brownie Points? Even the original idea with him simply taking over different identities with no change in his mentality was better. This is just cliche and reinforces the "MK = Crazy Batman" Myth.
Also, Moon Knight thread I guess. Jake Gyllenhaal for Netflix MK.
no one cares about moon knight. some other writer is gonna retcon everything later anyway
everything done since can just as easily be folded into the ellis framework, but I agree they really need to get past this whole 'MK is crazy as the focus of all his stories' business. the problem is that brian wood immediately dropped the ball and reverted to long form stories about spector struggling with khonshu. instead of cool one-offs that assume MK is basically competent and badass.
>>94173549
Fuck Ellis.
Can Supes take him down?
It always depends on who's fucking writing, they're not real you fucks.
>>94173330
Only if this guy will mediate the discussion.
I would laugh, so fucking hard, if Dr. Manhattan gets kicked/punched in the balls.
Why doesnt marvel just use this lineup again for a FF book.
>>94173266
waste of company resources
>>94173353
Yet books like America are still being written.
>>94173414
those are actually good and they have movie rights to her
>"No protectors here, no Nova, no Asgardians. This world will fall, like all the others."
>>94172894
>Darkside is such a Thanos rip-off
>>94173058
He's no Mongul that's for sure.
>>94172894
Coach!
where does the doug moench/kelley jones run of batman (515-552) stand in the pantheon of batman runs? I'm liking the short nature of the stories so far, and the artwork is fantastic.
>>94172584
Come on OP, you know better than that. No one here reads comics.
>>94172584
What is this grimdark and edgy thrash? Thank God Johns saved us from the terrible 90s.
>>94172584
>I'm liking the short nature of the stories so far
Ah those were the days.
Will he ever make a comeback? Do you think that someone will make a reboot or a new show with Bugs and the rest of the gang?
>>94172492
probably. as far as reboots go, I doubt anything they make will ever top the looney tunes show.bugs.. easy on the carrots
Are you really asking if characters that have been on television in perpetuity since 1930 will ever come back?
Anyway, I don't think they should remain on TV, exactly. Again and again we're being shown there's only one way to go with cartoons on daytime TV: shitty sketch comedy for kids. So unless they want to stoop to having Bugs singing about waffles, the only way to go is a webseries focused on good animation and a classic sensibility like that series of Mickey Mouse shorts that's apparently been moderately successful for Disney.
>>94172492
Bugs... Easy on the carrots.
You sneak your way out of the room. The replace is there, staring at a wall. You move in the opposite direction towards an exit. He's there, staring into the window from outside the house. You try to take your life in one final bid for escape. He's there, holding the blade. You fear that he is real, but you fear even more that he's a phantasm of your own conscience.
Ronnie writes horror in his comedy comic better than you'd ever expect.
>>94172478
Is that his nose or mouth?
>>94172511
yes
Now that the dust has settled and this piece of shit is officially a box office fizzle...
What the FUCK went wrong?
POC fatigue.
>>94172462
How can people be tired of POCs? They only make up 80% of the Earth's population!!
>piece of shit
i thought it was pretty good tbqh
stop being contrarian
Is SU Critical one of the greatest cartoon communities right now?
>>94172266
No.
>>94172266
Yes.
>>94172266
I don't know
Will he ever make a return?
>>94171931
No and good riddance.
The hell is this?
On that outfit? I hope so.
Hey True Believers, we're due for another reboot of the line, so Marvel wants you to pitch them your best Avengers line ups for the Post-Secret Empire era. You're not gonna let them down are you?
> Post line ups
> Post your first story arc if you're feeling bold enough to open yourself up to more criticism
Not sure what my ideal team would be but throwing some incomplete ideas out there...
Avengers
> Steve Rogers / Captain America (non hydra)
> Thor - God of Thunder (worthy)
> Hyperion (hickman's version)
> Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch
Mighty Avengers
> Ares - God of War
> Zarda / Power Princess (jms version)
> Lady Hellbender
Secret Avengers
> Monica Rambeau
> Valkyrie
> Alexander / Phobos - God of Fear
> Shadow Woman
> Aarkus The Vision

Kicking things off
Line Up
> Captain America
> Thor
> Vision
> Scarlet Witch
> Ant-Man
> Ares
> Hyperion
After the events of Secret Empire, a vindicated Captain America carries the weight and burden of the atrocities he caused whilst under the corruption of the Kubik's and Hydra's machinations. Knowing however unwittingly that he has betrayed both the people he sort to protect and his greatest friends and allies, Steve Rogers set about reassembling a team of Avengers in his quest for redemption. Joined by a mixture of heroes who are all are looking to satisfy a need for atonement for their own misdeeds or looking to avenge a world that was wronged, Captain America sets his sights on his first target, his friend and founding Avenger, Hank Pym now under the influence of Ultron. Together the Avengers are going to save their friend, or die trying.
So yeah evidently everyone in this team has some kind of redemption arc going for them. Cap after Secret Empire, Wanda for the House of M etc, Vision after going bad, failing his family etc, Thor for not standing up to Hydra but also seeking what it means to be worthy. Ant-Man is pretty obvious but he'll actually act as the heart of the team and the comic relief, the one who spurs Cap. Ares is looking for vengeance and Hyperion is there to be the greatest hero he can be after failing his world. Obviously it'll start as a very dysfunctional team looking to figure out how to be a family and the world's greatest heroes once again.
Later arcs would deal with Cap and Ares hunting down Gorgon, and the rest of Hydra's remnants. A showdown with Chthon and the return of the Sentry; still corrupted by the Death Seed.
What do you think guys?
