I don't think there was a thread
>BOBBY: Better honk, Dad. It won't feel like Christmas Day if we miss the Little Drummer Boy.
>HANK: I'm doing the best I can, and -- wait a minute, you're being sarcastic. You have no interest at all in seeing that little boy play his heart out, do you?
>BOBBY: Nope.
Why was Bobby such a bad son?
I thought a big thing of the series was Hank's inability to really connect with his family, so I just assumed he couldn't teach him.
Also, kids are pretty terrible in general. Especially right when they start puberty.
Bobby will fuck you up man.

Who the hell want to watch that anyway?

Say, do any of y'all have that Doctor Nemesis rec? Specifically the one with his mutant shark.
What is the essence of Wolverine as a character?
I feel like a lot of the division and rage around Wolverine as a character is because there are some fundamental disagreements about the appeal of the character, as well as his fundamental nature.
For me, I think this page from the Wolverine Miniseries is probably the best encapsulation of the character. He's a guy striving to be better than he used to be, and while he fails often, he never stops trying to be a better person.
That page pretty much sums it up. I would only add to that by saying that he also struggles to define his humanity against an exterior world that would rather dismiss him as being nothing more than an animal.
But yeah, unlike Superman, Batman, or Spiderman, Wolverine's greatest battle is internal.
Thats what Wolverine is as a comic character, the problem is movies are what determines what characters are now and thats not what he is in movies.
Wolverine is literally only cool when he's characterized as an escaped paramilitary experiment who can't remember who he is or what happened to him. He needs to have the element of the unknown with his character, a life that is lost to both Wolverine as a character and us as the reader
What was it that made Homestuck so incredibly popular and successful? It can't just have been shipping stuff, plenty of works have lots of ships.
Was it effort justification? People think its good because its so long and complicated?
Is it the most successful webcomic in history? Are there any other webcomics that used homestuck methods for success?
There's a whole video about how its effort justification that makes people like it so much.
There is that whole thing about "keep reading it gets better" or "stick around till act 5" or whatever.
Vriska is argue bait is why
Hussie is a good writer but needs an editor
Whose ready for this piece of shit tomorrow.
Maybe it won't be shit. Is there anyone else on the book? I don't actually think Landis is awful. That Supes Joker story was shit, but that's because he had the voices all wrong.

The tumblr crowd.
I spend most of my time on another board and there's this faggot tumblrite who constantly tries to explain things through Max Landis videos even when they aren't even remotely related to the topic.
I content myself with knowing that these people do not actually buy comics and instead read reviews about them on other sites. So while they'll look at Landis' blog or whatever he has and think the comic is great, real people will look at the sales and never ask Landis to do a non-digital only release again.

It's Cybersix.
Fun fact: The comic source material is hella interesting, but also way pretentious and oddly racist. So /co/ would fucking love it and I can't believe nobody's storytimed it yet.
Stop.

Whatever you want, the meta is kind of sideways right now, so just assume you'll lose every time on D. All else fails, drop Black Knight and hope he glitches the fuck out of your opponent.
Doc V is decidedly average, there are probably better heroes that you've not recruited yet (if you want another magic user, Nico Minoru is objectively better)
NEW Regular Show on
they sleepin
Maybe if people like you wouldn't post 2-year-old-worthy crap like this, people might give it more of a chance, not much, but some.
While I like the show, it's hard not to see how people don't like it. Sometimes when watching episodes I can pretty much assume what episodes are hit and miss to people above the age of 12, since if a kid likes a show, he'll like every episode at a young age.
Fuck you anon you're giving a bad name to the few people who watch this show just to watch it.

Welcome back /co/! Agents of SHIELD is all new tonight with a brand new episode.
>"Chaos Theory" (Nov 10th)
As Agent Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) and the team fight to protect Inhumans, S.H.I.E.L.D. discovers the shocking truth about one of their biggest foes. Meanwhile, Agent Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) helps Agent Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) recover information that could lead them back through the portal.

Both of these were recommended in the last thread and should be streaming the episode.
>What else do I need to know about the show?
Agents of SHIELD is now in its third season. InHumans, more comics shit, good character development are just a few of the new perks.
>I've missed an episode!/ I have no idea whats going on but im going to post anyways!
Good news! We have a handy dandy pastebin located here:

Looks like Grant Ward's Bizarre Adventure is just getting revved up according to Based Brett Dalton

Brett Dalton on possible Marvel characters Ward could be. Is he saying what I think he's saying?

>John Green
Never, ever.
But really, Green is disagreeing with a specific interpretation of Batman, not Batman as a whole. It just so happens that the current Batman is the popular Batman. Green is just conflating one interpretation for the only Batman, not realizing that a character that's nearly 100 years old has changed a couple of times.

What he said about Spiderman kinda clued me in on how he doesn't know what he's talking about.
I got 30 seconds in to the part where he talked about how if he was a billionaire he'd give most of it to charity because blah blah blah he's such a good person.
What a massive twat.
