Batman 100 is not only ripping Batman: Year One most of the time, it's also mostly boring with poor characterization, a true lack of plot and no fleshed out structure.
Its basic idea is "You won't know if this is Bruce Wayne who is 120 years old or a new bat-successor, but it doesn't matter because what matters is that Batman is eternal, and so I don't have to explain shit to the readers". The basics are quite simple and don't deliver anything interesting.
As for the fake teeth "oh-so-scary", it was fun but ultimately a shit idea.
The only good thing is the aesthetics and the care for showing how fabric/clothes work as well as showing a Batman with a utility belt that doesn't rely on gimmicks, but on a few tricks and that's it.
Millerbats is far more ingenous, original and ground-breaking, has a real structure and a lot of imagination to its service, and (but that's far more personal) much better art. It's also not reaping another pre-existent story, whereas 100 is reaping the treasures left behind by Miller and the like.

i'm more angry about the fact the paper work i gave him was more than enough to get any credible agency to issue a COA because i already looked into it. the price of the book however nosedived before i could do it. and now it's not worth paying for the COA since it dropped down to 75 bucks from a couple of hundred. and the line about anything not having a COA is fake since i have went through the COA process with collectibles i have bought at comic con.

I already wrote about it in a recently deleted AT thread and the few people who cared about the idea rather welcomed it, so I'll give it a try in a new thread. I developped a small scenario for AT over the past weeks and I'd like to have more opinions from you guys.

Jake will probably be more of a side character, since he moved in with Lady since the event happened. I don't know what to do with Ice King yet, I think he'll remain pretty much the same.
Despite not having drawn for years I'm kinda talented, so it wouldn't be a problem. I'm not that much into comics though and it would, at least for now, be drawn on paper because of a lack of draw tablets.
I'd like to have your opinions on it. It's supposed to have a darker, adult undertone compared to the series, but I definitely won't cut out humor. Also I'm not really into 2deep4u bs so I think it would turn out as more grounded than S6.
