It really depends on your source material.
I like to take the Tobey MacGuire series as (mostly) canon for that paradigm.
Gobbie started out as a mental distortion of Norman's personality due to the circumstances of his creation. But as the Goblins machinations are made apparent, Norman becomes more and more aligned with the new part of himself, and becomes a symbiotic relationship. Remember for the first part he wasnt even fully self aware. But by the end, he was switching personalities at will (even tactically to throw off Spidey). I feel like its the most realistic way to pull off a kind-of-dickish but well-intentioned dad turned evil mastermind psychopath. But I'd love to hear a few other takes on it.

There's gonna be a lot of Dick this month, even through January up to #16.
Robin War is continuing next week with Parts 2 and 3, in which we will probably get more Damian being an ass, Dick kicking Jim's ass and if we're lucky, some more of Dick's ass, too. Starfire and Titans Hunt is coming up, so we'll get some Dick keking Kori's LI and some DickDonna interaction. Truly a great Christmas present for Dick fans.
There also hasn't been any Dickthreads lately, the Robin War thread was pretty big, but it didn't even autosage. Neither did the Grayson #14 thread. This is also somewhat of an experiment from me, to see if, maybe, people are a little tired of all this Dick.
Discuss past issues, upcoming issues, your favourite Dick threesomes and pairings, all of that good stuff.

Huey is an Afrocentrist and an avid supporter of Black Power. It's just Nigga Culture isn't what he wants to empower. He doesn't believe that being Black automatically makes you a better person but he does want his community to get from under what he perceives as an oppresie white supremacy. Hell he likely believes Nigga Culture is a conspiracy of White Supremacists to keep his people stupid and in line, and he's more or less right though I don't really see Wuncler as a white supremacist as a Him Supremacist but the affect is all the same.

I'd like to see someone come up with a reason why they haven't accepted that Kenny Mccormick is objectively the best South Park character, especially what he's done in the last few seasons.
Catching up with season 19 today, and I feel like this show has really gotten interesting again.
Parker and Stone have been doing a great job with season 19.
