>IN THE NEW DC UNIVERSE STORY TRUMPS CONTINUITY!
What are some examples of this?
>>78204962
Why don't you read some comics they promoted using this phrase and tell us, you little piece of faggot hivemind shit?
>Darkseid War vs the characters in their own ongoings
>Bruce Wayne going to the funeral of Olive's mother in Gotham Academy without the beard but somehow being post-Endgame
>Superman/Wonder Woman apparently pretending like Lois revealed his identity because "hurr I'm a reporter" and not because she feared for his life
There's probably more
It basically means the writers can shit on each other freely now.
So his plan was really to get rich by selling fear toxin as a recreational drug? As we clearly see before Batman busts in that wasn't going to work out well as soon as anybody realized what it actually does...
C'mon, live a little.

People know what shit like crocodil does to the human body, but those junkies still shoot it up because it's cheap and gets them high.

Paramount Pictures andHasbroare embarking on a new universe of interrelated characters and stories. The studio — which is already in the process of expanding itsTransformersuniverse after four movies based on that popular Hasbro toy line — is announcing a new deal with Hasbro on Tuesday that will see Paramount and Allspark Pictures, Hasbro’s film label, build an interconnected, cross-property onscreen universe, featuring characters from five of Hasbro’s other brands: G.I. Joe, Micronauts, Visionairies, M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) and ROM.
Allspark Pictures will produce the films, and Brian Goldner, Hasbro chairman, president and CEO, Hasbro exec vp and chief content officerStephen Davis, Hasbro head of film development Josh Feldman are working with Paramount to shape the new universe from the five properties. Just as has been done withTransformers, where Akiva Goldsman led a writers’ room to develop further installments in that franchise, Hasbro and Paramount plan to assemble a writers’ room, comprised of top talent, to develop a creative roadmap.
>ROM
Sweet.
>no Inhumanoids/Primordia
Not sweet.
This has as just a likely chance of coming to fruition as Universal's Monster Cinematic Universe.
I can't keep up anymore. Movies are becoming as confusing as comics.
Does /co/ like Lizzie McGuire?
>>78204289
The only good thing from this show is an animated Lizzie.
>>78204289
The intro to that song is nostalgic as fuck.
>>78204875
Oh, come on.
Lizzie was cute.
So wasMiranda

Its because kids doesn't buy action figures any more?
>>78203616
rather they don't make proper action figures of them and they refuse to let them have any good air time and thus can't catch on with kids.
TLDR: Executives hate action cartoons especially ones with effort put towards them.
Because they're rarely good anymore, girls don't like them, and yeah that.
The only action oriented shows that will always exist are TMNT and Transformers at this rate since their fanbases are heavily based on toys to begin with, the core audience of capeshit in terms of mass appeal is live action now where back in the day there weren't that many live action cape flicks so cartoons were rampant
The death of the Saturday morning and after school cartoon block. Its just a mess of random cartoons and repeats with no discernible schedule. Kids like routine.
Cartoon Network is being the worst with it. When they have new episodes they shit them all out every night of the week until they run out. The tension bleeds out.

These shorts are pretty great, shame that they aren't released theatrically or more regularly.
Who's smarter?
Their daughter.

Reed would steamroll everyone if he didn't invest time in his family.
I'd say pretty even but in the end Richards will mostly triumph over Doom because the plot demands that the "villain" loses.
Is this a valid interpretation? Is it possible that this was the point all along, or is this looking too deep into things?
>>78202544
Nope.
Miller characterized Superman as a government stooge who deserved a beat down. No more, no less.
>>78202798
Nice work refuting those points, oh wait, except you didn't at all.
Are there seriously people who didn't pick up on this stuff...? This is like the basic plot of the book. People here really don't have any fucking reading comprehension, do they?
it's become increasingly popular to reimagine old stories in high school settings
did that start with Monster High or Ever AFter High?
how would you rate the official High School Au's?

Fans of the Supergirl TV show will be happy to hear that they can see more heroic exploits of the Girl of Steel in DC’s new Digital First series called Adventures of Supergirl. Veteran Supergirl writer Sterling Gates will be penning the new title, which will be drawn by a cast of rotating artists including Bengal, Jonboy Meyers, Emanuela Lupacchino, and Emma Vieceli. Bengal will be penciling, inking, and coloring the first three chapters. Adventures of Supergirl interior art page by Bengal
This 13-chapter, bi-weekly comic will release on Mondays, which just happens to be the same day the show airs on CBS. It won’t directly tie into the show, but will tell stories in that universe with Supergirl teaming with the DEO to protect National City while also working a job at CatCo as Kara Danvers. DC also told us that she will take on classic villains like Rampage, Vril Dox, and Psi.
Digital tie-in comics are nothing new for DC’s TV shows. Both Arrow and The Flash have ongoing digital titles that fill in the gaps before/after seasons, plus Smallville enjoyed a healthy run that continued the show after its TV series finale...

She's drawn really cute there. like the old supergirl.
