can y'all help me with a good entry into Marvel?
I've always had a lot of respect for their artistic teams but I just never really found a good point to begin with Marvel because it seems almost more convoluted than DC
I'm way into Spidey and DD hence picture but never really got into much else. I figure it'd be cool to see what you guys think is essential or what underrated bits should be included, etc.

They're all going to be dead by then. It's set almost fifty years after this and none of them are referenced in the OT.
What you're asking is like asking why Kyle Katarn, the super-jedi who started out as a bounty hunter who didn't even know he was force-sensitive and wasn't spotted when he became an Imperial Commando, isn't referenced in A New Hope as the guy who almost single-handedly brought the Death Star plans to the rebellion, or why ace starfighter pilot Maarek Stele and the other Emperor's Hands are never referenced on-screen, despite flying with Vader's personal flight on numerous occasions.
It's not in the movies because it isn't. Maybe nobody had thought of it then. Maybe there just wasn't time but they used the character concepts and storylines later. Maybe it's just filler. Who cares.

Now that the dust has settled, can we have an honest discussion about this disappointment of a finale? Even the last season had a more satisfying conclusion and there was barely an overarching theme to it.
>PC Principal in the Statefarm ad cliffhanger explained away as the ads trying to "confuse him"
>His exact relationship to the ads and extent of his knowledge never explored in the slightest other than he hates them
>Apparently the ads "need" PC Principal but exactly why is also never explained
>Ads want to gentrify humanity off the planet but need humanity to exist
Aside from the story shit, there's also the fact that the gun control plot line ended up being a major focus while most people were along for the ride to see how the story arc ended and it just ended up a clusterfuck.
