Anyone else a fan of the cosmic badass? I fucking loved Jim starlin's run. Do you think he'll be in the infinity war movies?

>Do you think he'll be in the infinity war movies?
Nope.
>>78995964
Why not? He's pretty much essential to thanos's character
>>78995929
>>78995964
Yea, considering how MCU Vision is basically Warlock in all but name and physical appearance, I don't see it happening.
Which is fine; I'd rather have them go all out with him (have him literally go insane like in the Magus story), and that certainly wouldn't happen given what we've seen of the MCU so far.

No, the Sovereign died. He wasn't Bowie.

I've never seen that scene before. That's incredible too, can't believe that was cut.

Being serious they added like 2 scenes and I havent even watched it but I doubt its that big of a deal. It was just to revive some nostalgia IMO.

How do you go about sharing your hobby with your girlfriend? How do you get her interested enough that she'll start exploring on her own?
Or do you not even bother?

Don't do it. Don't. Do it.

And so the Year of the Furry Flicks will start off in an expected manner.Kentucky Fried Panda Tres in two weeks
So I heard this was good and it wasokay.
Bill Burr voiced a great character, but pretty much everything else was par at best. I'm surprised how generically sitcommish it was considering it's Burr's project. Granted it did get delightfully dark at some points, but not nearly as much as I thought it would.
It handles some heartwarming moments maturely, but in the end, I don't think it found the balance between vulgar and sweet it was looking for.
Still it's only six episodes long, and it does has some decent laughs. Worth a shot in my book.
Also Justin Long is awful in this. Seriously phoning it in.
animation was pretty shit desu, needed more Korean outsourcing.
>>78994253
pretty much agree, it's not awful, but Bojack did this kind of show better. I'll check out a 2nd season if there is one.
If you're looking for a funny/depressing dad life show, Louie is king.
>>78994253
>Also Justin Long is awful in this.
De he become the voice of angsty teenage boys? Because I swear that kid sounded just like some other angsty teen boy who I can't recall at the moment, and I'm not sure if that's how Justin Long performs, or if they payed him for a very generic performance. But its not like the audio in general was particularly well done.
Did this movie have any redeeming qualities?
spider-man scenes look really good
>>78994166
The costume
The web swinging sequences are visually pleasing to an extent.
Basically surface level, moment-to-moment stuff. It's still a massive piece of shit.
The action is pretty weirdly conceptualized, but the CGI itself and the detail is pretty cool and a lot better than industry standard. The suit is basically perfect, and the chemistry between Gwen Stacy and Peter is palpable. Everything else is absolute shit and goes to show that there's more to this than just ticking boxes.
What do you guys think of this?
I'm genuinely embarrassed that I own this dvd.
Although "this shit? I'm beyond it" somehow made it into my vernacular.
Watching it now, and I can't believe I haven't heard about this before

Most of us are familiar with the "Marvel Method"
>Take an average/less than average person
>Put him through some crisis
>Give him superpowers
>Learn personal lesson
So what's the DC Method then?
>>78993837
Same thing. It's why Marvel stole it from DC.
>>78993837
>Take an above average person.
>Put them through a mild headache.
>Now you have a Lantern ring.
>>78993837
>So what's the DC Method then?
Take someone that is exceptional, give him powers, make him face 12 herculian works, turn him into a god

Tone Bell has joined the cast of The CW's THE FLASH as Scott Morgan, the brash new editor-in-chief of Central City Picture News and Iris' new boss. "Devoted to hard journalism, Evans will push Iris and all his reporters to dig deeper into their stories and report the truth about what’s really happening in Central City." Morgan's initially tense relationship with Iris gradually becomes a mutual attraction and eventually a romantic relationship, complicated by the fact Morgan views the Flash as a "phony" and blames him for Central City's recent woes, which he makes public through the newspaper.
Bell will have a multi-episode story arc.
