What do Plastic Man and Mr. Terrific and Metamorpho have to do with each other?
Genuinely asking, I don't know about them
Hi there. Longtime lurker, first time poster.
Can I be real for a second?
This community is fucking atrocious right now. You're all acting like a bunch of whiny, entitled little babies.
A tiny team of people made an entire televised universe for you to watch and laugh at. They made it for YOU, and they're going to wake up tomorrow morning and see that instead of enjoying it, this community of "fans" picked out the 3 or 4 things that weren't perfect and are using that to fucking riot.
Guess what? The show was never going to be perfect. It was never going to live up to your hype. It was never going to be everything you'd ever want in a show.
What it WAS going to be was an impossibly big series filled with mysteries and weird shit I just watched episode 2 for 22 minutes and it was exactly that. What more do you want?
Is it badly written? Sure. Is it repetitive? Maybe. Is the character progression imperfect and the writing team questionable and the structure of each episode unclear? Sure, fine.
But holy shit what do these people OWE YOU?
How fucking entitled do you have to be to watch an entire season for free and then say "yeah but..."
We should all be fucking weeping in our sofas right now at the sheer size and scale of the achievement. We should be showering the people behind this show with the praise they deserve for pulling off one of the most inspiring TV shows in recent memory.
Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon don't owe you the world. Yet they gave you HOURS of their time.
If you have the fucking audacity to complain about it then you don't deserve it and you were never fans in the first place.
I think this pasta works better with No Man's Sky considering how bad it is

What is the best ship and why is it Brick x Blossom?
>>94305808
Because you're a complete fucking faggot who ruins this board almost as much as "genderswap" fetishists.
>>94305843
Rowdyruffs are canon though. Twice. Once as robots and then later as clones? Or something I forget.
The best ship is clearlyBlossom X Buttercup

nobody's gonna see it

i think its a sign of how desperate they are for it to sell well
Thoughts on the Justice League movie? I'm a hardcore DCfag and it doesn't look that good imo.
>>94305723
I think the film will save the DCEU. Looks great

I don't like what they're doing with Batman in this one.

It's like they looked up the meme/kneejerk reactions to every DC hero and makes Bruce deliver every line.

Can't be any worse than Dawn of Justice.
If you don't think this animation is kino, then you should really just finally admit to your friends, family, and board that you're truly 100% Kinsey 6 gay.

So /co/, I've watched quite a few series thanks to you guys. Motorcity, Sym-Bionic Titan, Gravity Falls, Over the Garden Wall... those are the ones I can remember, anyways. And most of those have been bitter disappointments, other than GF that is.
But SDMI... is a great show! Some of you have correctly pointed out the ridiculous number of parallels with GF, and also said it was even better... which I actually have to disagree with.
SDMI had a really well-done mystery element, but that was mostly it. The rest of the show is passable fluff, with quite a few cringe moments. (I had a really hard time with the characterization in this show, way too many characters seemed like extreme parodies.) GF on the other hand I don't think I ever cringed during it, nor did I ever think it was boring at any point. The mystery in SDMI is also a bit simplistic in comparison IMO, especially in how it leaves relatively little to the imagination (the ending in particular).
Nevertheless, the mystery aspect was more than enough to keep me watching it, and I did appreciate one major advantage it had over GF: even the episodes that weren't significantly part of the main plot were dark and mysterious, not light and comedic. Mostly. (And solving the various mysteries before the episodes ended was fun, though many of them seemed to have ridiculously obvious solutions.)
So yeah, it's definitely going in my top 10. (Speaking of which, a grid update really seems in order...)
Here is what is likely the final version of my grid, at least for a while. I'm talking a long break from cartoon binging. But besides the addition of SDMI, I've put the shows in order of preference for the first time:
1. Gravity Falls (2012)
2. Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005)
3. Teen Titans (2003)
4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)
5. Megas XLR (2004)
6. Samurai Jack (2001)
7. Kim Possible (2002)
8. Duck Dodgers (2003)
9. Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (2010)
10. The Batman (2004)
And the one show no longer in my top 10 is Courage the Cowardly Dog. I still think it's leagues above the other Cartoon Cartoons, but when I think of which shows I would prefer to rewatch, all 10 of those definitely come first.
And one thing I've noticed, all my favorite shows are from the 2000s except for the two mystery ones. It's like the one genre the 2010s have really made their own.
Nice blog faggot

>>94303631
I'm more interested in how they made a brown monarchy. Considering it's an AU, did the caciques maintain their power and fortune after the Borbonic reforms so they could lead the independence and create their own royal families? In this world magic is real so that mean at some point they used shamanic magic against western magic. That sounds too cool for Disney channel so probably it'd never be explained.
>>94305507
Probably the result of marriage with some European noble families for legitimicy, see Napoleon, or just mixing with the conquistadores, either for marriage or rape. It's not that uncommon to find very brown latinos with brown eyes.
In which oh dear it's worse than I thought.

I'll just spoil things for you here. No, you don't get to see her fuck the mannequin.
In a surprise reveal, the dummy actually comes to life whenever no one else is watching, like in that old movie, Mannequin ... except this thing has no limbs or head, so it's going to be horrifying.
>>94303420
So if this goes the same way as Jollyjack's porn, the mannequin will turn into a giant hypermuscled lionman and start screwing her, who in the process will transform into a giant 8 foot tall lioness.
Is this comic a meme?
