Airs on the 3rd
And boy are they a doozy. 1.48 demo, 2.86 million overall.
2,860,000 is really impressive in an age where cable viewership has been dropping significantly for the past 5 years now. Rick and Morty bested the previous season premiere and all-time record by roughly 1.5 million viewers. All that after the stealth Season 3 April Fools premiere drew in 68,000 viewers.
These are the highest ratings for any AS original probably since the Boondocks Season 4 aired back in 2013. Probably the highest overall ratings AS has gotten for any telecast since at least 2014 when Family Guy reruns were still hanging out around the 3 million mark. By comparison, most of the reasonably popular AS originals nowadays are lucky to hover around 1 million viewers mark. Hell, a new Apollo Gauntlet from the other week only got a bit over 513,000 viewers.
Ew. Game of Thrones.
>>94330470
the show is fine, is making money with merch, apps and all that stuff that matters more than ratins, which are really good too for the kind of show that is, the air-time, channel, etc
Groovy.
How could a network screw over a show harder than Mission Hill?
>>94330400
Because it wasn't that good? Isn't the only thing anyone remembers that show for is the guy who says 'penis' over and over into people's ears?
>>94330400
The show was garbage and nobody cares. Go watch something else.
What does /co/ think of Ted Turner?
Does he have any relevance here anymore?
>>94330301
Is that the guy who nixed Swat Kats because Callie Briggs made him feel funny?

Tell me more.

Inspired one of my favorite /co/-related characters
The movie could've been a lot better.
>Peter begins working at the Daily Bugle and meets J. Jonah Jameson and Robbie Robertson. Jameson's hatred of Spider-Man is born when the Bugle's print room is damaged in a battle between Spider-Man and Electro.
>Mary-Jane Watson is Peter's neighbor, a waitress and part-time mechanic who lives with her abusive father and is fascinated by Spider-Man, having a tattoo of him on his wrist, but is also attracted to Peter. Spider-Man later threatens MJ's father into leaving her alone.
>Max Dillon lives his domineering, wheelchair-bound mother who mistreats him. Returning home after his accident, Max finds his mother standing up and celebrating the hush money she received from OsCorp to not report his disappearance, and accidentally kills her, causing him to spiral into insanity.
>Peter gives Harry his blood, which turns Harry into the Green Goblin. Harry flees to Norman's old boathouse after OsCorp is stolen from him by Rajit Ratha, where he finds the exoskeleton Norman had used to stay alive and is later located by Electro, who escapes from Ravencroft hellbent on revenge on Harry, whom he believes authorized the experiments on him. The two then join forces to get revenge on OsCorp and Spider-Man.
>Peter nearly kills Harry after Harry taunts him for failing to save Gwen.
>At Gwen's grave, Peter is visited by his father, Richard, who faked his death and encourages Peter to become Spider-Man once again.
>Aleksei Sytsevich builds the Rhino himself out of old Soviet-era weaponry to challenge Spider-Man.
>Gustav Fiers reports to Norman, who had faked his death in order to clone a healthy young body for himself, having used Harry as a pawn to test the effects of a sample of Peter's blood in DNA affected by the Osborns' disease. Norman is also in possession of a symbiotic suit developed by Richard and him.
>No references to the Sinister Six.
Sounds just as shitty really, just in different ways
This whole "spider-man by design/everything is Oscorp" universe was flawed at the conceptual level.
>>94330300
Sam Raimi's villains minus Venom were all connected to Oscorp too. It's just a neat way to justify so many supervillains being created by fringe science experiments gone wrong.
>>94330064
>Inferior cast Jameson being given a real reason to dislike Spider-Man
>More beta Electro cringy shit
>Spider-Man's blood is magic
>PETER'S DAD IS ALIVE
>Clones
This all sounds like horrid shit, this movie never had a chance.
ITT: Definitive best look a character has ever had
ITT: the best character in (insert cartoon/comics) series.
Pic related. The best character in the books, the best character in the movies andthe best part of the recast in the godawful reboot, which was marred by the fact that he was only in the movie for 15 minutes tops.

Man, I wish /co/ gave a shit about Lackadaisy.
So we all know that Superman's coming back for Justice League. Anybody with even the most basic DC comics knowledge knows it.
And we all know that Green Lantern's going to be in Justice League as well in one form or another. He has to be in order to setup GLC.
After Justice League there's going to be a few solo movies with new characters being introduced.
So my question is - who do you want for the line-up in Justice League 2?
>Superman
>Wonder Woman
>Batman
>Wally West
>Hal Jordan
>Cyborg
>Martian Manhunter
>Hawkgirl
>Aquaman
>cameo by Jeffrey Combs
I want them to bring in batman beyond and hopefully they can bring in TV Barry as the real Barry. But have Ezra miller too. And like, the two flashes are like running. And superman stops them and says. Hey guys. Slow down.
And then Batman and Batman beyond like..hold hands.
Would be epic cause Snyder WILL return to direct and we will get dowuble flash double bat kino. Also superman should be a lot edgier. So hopefully in JL2 superman turns into Black Lantern Superman but not cause of a ring, but because he made a deal with Mixaspitluck to become a zombie so he could be with lois forever cause shes also a zombie. Cause joker bit her. Injustice 3 ftw.

I like you anon, your post mocks every retarded idea autistic manchildren in /co/ would probably like.
I dont know. I just want him.
hey /co/ guy
SO COME AND TALK TO ME
This show spoke to me so hard
my college experience was not like this though
hey guys
I'm Cal
I love kissing ladies
They're soft!
what are some comics that heavily feature/involve pregnancy?

>more gasoline for your soup dear?
Olympic Dames. The artist posts on /co/ sometimes. She(?)'s cool.
???
The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Fuck and Suck".
There is no subtext: the joke is that cows would be pretty bad at making tools, which is why they look so crummy. That's it.
Heathcliff is written for the senile.
>*yawn* I wanna be an architect...
>>94328100
One of those subtle bits of payoff in the series. She mentions offhandedly in a flashback I like season 2 that she wants to be an architect when she grows up.
Then in the last moments of her life as she fades away, she remembers why she thought buildings were cool and reflects on the childhood dream she had to throw away to be famous.
Fuckin sad.
The fakeout like two minutes previously really took the umph out of this for me. I guess they wanted to play around a bit since her dying was such an obvious way for the sequences to go but I don't think it worked.
how do you feel about jonathan hickman comics?
pic related has been pretty good
>>94327703
He desperately wants to taken seriously and be considered in the same league as the greats but doesn't have intellect, insight or humanity to write a profound piece of graphic literature.
The sad thing is people do actually consider him one of the best, I just wonder if those people have even read enough comics to make a broad statement like.
well...i actually really deeply enjoy his work.
so, Ha!
east of west is good
