>Opening in China too
Snyder would have had to have produced the marketing blunder of the century for it to not have solid presales.
I'm fine with DC starting their shared universe, but I am just so fucking sick of Batman.
>>80765091
If you were in a situation where you wouldn't expect to run into a cosplayer, like just on the street somewhere or at work, where there isn't any sort of comics event going on, and you saw someone decked out like the Joker, and they threatened you, what would your response be?
>>80764870
Drop my pants.
>>80764870
beat the shit out of them, comic fans can't fight

WHO GIVES A SHIT
>>80764718
How much does he make ahead of time?
Maybe he finally started to see that Becky was a mistake.

he's got a buffer of about 4 months, she does show up later since he's not even done with Joyce going home yet
The longer I go on, the more I realize Rorschach was right about everything.
>>80763742
I think the point was that he was wrong about everything.
So you're falling deeper and deeper into your delusional, stubborn and cynical worldview as you get older, just like Rorschach?
>>80763742
What a sad life you must live then.
So now that it's all over, what was the actual best Gravity Falls ship, and why was it Mabifica?
>>80763659
I liked the Stan-O-War the best. Though the alien spaceship was pretty cool too.
I thought friendship was the best ship.
>>80763659
That's a wierd way to spell dipcifica, anon.
What do you think the Avengers line-up will be after Infinity Wars? Who should be the villain?

This is the Endosymbiosis, the same way Transformers absorbed GoBots, Christianity absorbed holidays from pagan religions, Roman Myth was built from countless local traditions, and the Caribbean developed its syncretic beliefs such as Voodoun and Santeria DC has become a modern hodgepodge of countless narratives.
>>80760901
>Christianity absorbed holidays from pagan religions
That's misleading.
Catholicism in particular tends to absorb certain cultural symbols and trappings of those holidays and simply applies new meanings onto them though.
Like for example, we have evidence that the Early Church celebrated Christmas on Dec. 25th in the second and third centuries, but the fact that it falls close to traditional pagan winter solstice celebrations let them introduce associated symbolism regarding the darkness/light imagery that fit in neatly with the theological underpinnings of the holiday.
Just like the Hypercrisis likes to throw everything and the kitchen sink into its system of symbology within the DCU and fiction in general.
>National Comics-Earth 1
>Detective Comics-Earth-0
National Comics was the fusion of National Allied Publications and Detective Comics Inc.
When National fused with All-American Publications, they became Superman-DC.
>Entertaining Comics
>Milestone
Did any of those characters (besides Static) end up in the DCU?
>>80761237
Shadow Cabinet runs Stormwatch, they are successors to the Demon Knights
Also A bunch of Milestone guys were in dc with Static but no one gave a shit.
>>80761237
National went bankrupt so Dc was founded and then immediately bought it out.
>tfw more people will see the Angry Birds movie than this
>>80760554
doubtful, that movie is about 5 years to late
>>80760554
Do we have another pixar/disney movie slated for this year?
When I saw the trailer I immediately thought about how it will get nominated for an oscar and then lose to the mouse.
>>80760554
I don't want to believe this...but yet I still do.
Has DC officially made them lovers yet?
Nooope
>>80759357
Nope.
And thank God!
I'm more of a Robin/Harley kinda guy.
is it worth it
>>80758765
Watch it and avoid the fandom
Every popular cartoon is popular because its good enough to attract fans.
>>80758765
Is there anything that's worth
More than peace and love on the planet Earth?
What the fuck do you have to lose you faggot
