Can anyone help me with the reading order for the Shadowland TRADES? Google only helps with single issues, not collected books
I can help you.
Don't read them.
>>81631054
Really? Are they that bad? I'm a huge fan of anything Daredevil, I even like the stuff written by Kevin Smith, if that means anything to you
>>81631191
Not that anon, but seriously skip Shadowland
You cant stop the future.
You cannot stop the Hypercrisis.

That's some cringy shit you got here, friend

Hothead?
More like snothead
How do you feel over the fact that Star Wars is the only good Marvel comic franchise. And it's not even their franchise
It sucks, but it's so true.
All of the Star Wars ongoings/mini series/one shots have been pretty amazing across the board.
Marvel's other comics are basically liquid shit.
>>81630720
I like Gillen's Darth Vader but probably for the wrong reasons
There are some other good Marvel books if you aren't just trying to push companywars drivel
But in general the MU is in bad shape
What characters an events do you think where well done in the New 52
>>81630604
Aquaman, Animal Man, and Batman all have had pretty solid series. Aquaman especially needed it. Flash and Wonder Woman both had pretty solid runs as well.
Nu52 also did some weird shit that wouldn't have gotten the time of day before, like Demon Knights, Dial H, and Amethyst that were great.
Aquaman and... eh. Dick.
Jonah Hex.
>They're doomed
Was he right all along?
>>81630593
What's with villains always having knowledge of bigger threats than them?
>I SAW THE FUTURE, CAPTAIN
>>81630593
Everything is doomed in the long run. The end isn't important, it's the journey.
What year did you start reading comics, what was your first comic and what got you interested?

Toppest of keks. I knew there was a reason I didn't post here anymore. Whats wrong faggots afraid to admit to OP you started with the McU?
Do your friends care about this movie?
i have no love for characters that are the property of international corporations.
>/co/
>friends
>>81630030
No. The only people I know that care are MCU drones or people with kids. Everyone else I talk to seem to have no interest.
What are the best punches in /co/ history?

Post alternate versions of your favorite characters!
Starting off with the Smallville Universe Iteration of Batman.
Here are some collected bits of trivia i pulled from the DC Wikia that I found interesteding
>According to Bryan Q. Miller, Bruce Wayne has been The Batman for a couple years longer, around the time Clark started being the Red-Blue Blur and is "between year 5 and 10". He later revealed on Twitter that Bruce Wayne first became Batman at the age of 20, when Clark started High School in 2001.
>Bruce's age is on par with Oliver, Lex and Dinah Lance, making him 30–32 years old by Effigy.
>According to Miller's twitter, if you were to hear Bruce's Batman voice, it would sound almost identical to Christian Bale's Batman voice from The Dark Knight Trilogy.
Does anyone have that page of Superman lifting NYC in futures end?

Thanks friend.
Beardman a best.
Holy shit this is fucking awful. And I actually like TTG so I am probably more forgiving than most people
>>81629237
Awful as in: Doesn't compare to the old show.
OR
Awful as in: The show just sucks.
For me it's the former. It's not a bad show, but when compared to what it came from, it just isn't up to par. It's enjoyable for me as I can just watch some of my most adored cartoon characters just go about random shit( save for some stupid episode decisions).
That hangover episode was cool. Only 5+/10 episode though, all the others are just to kill time.
The intro is pretty cool tho.
>>81630544
Also enjoyed the intro. Was animated in France; they know what they're doing.
What is /co/'s opinion on the Spider-Girl series?
GOAT
its a better teen superhero book than every single other one that marvel shit out
and mayday is the best waifu
I read this in like 5th grade, it was okay. I found it kinda dumb that she happened to be friends with Peter's friend's sons and daughters.
>>81629185
It was fun but it got worse as it went on and with each new title
I'm wanting to get into a Batman book. I picked up Batman #50 randomly and it really impressed me. Great theme, art, the red head no longer being Batman, it was great. Is this the only decent Batman book out right now?
From what I've read online in a couple of months it looks like DC is restarting the universe again? Is that true?
I'm just wanting to get into a good Batman book that's still being written(not an already finished graphic novel).
Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. Yes I'm a normie don't hate me. Also I'm reading TDKR to keep me busy for now.
go back and read old ones if you want. Read Batman 1 from nu52

>From what I've read online in a couple of months it looks like DC is restarting the universe again? Is that true?
Baiting evolves.
This website is all about Batman stuff. Go wild.
http://ultimatebatmancomicswebsite.weebly.com
The site has recent stuff and lists of all old Batman books. For stuff that will still be written you will have to wait till June when dc rebirth starts.
Why is this allowed?
It's the Pal Effect. Less evolved creatures are of lower class, regardless of species.
>>81628607
Pluto is some kinda fetishist
Pluto = Chimpanzees/Gorillas
Goofy = Humans
Should I watch this show?
>>81628592
Sure dude, the episodes are only like 11 minutes anyways. Go watch a the first few of season 1 and see if you like it. I think its a fun show.
>>81628592
I didn't bother for years until just a few months ago. And i'm not the biggest shows fan but i do enjoy it when it throw it on. Maybe one or two short episodes a night or every few nights.
It's...very imaginative. Which I appreciate.
>>81628642
to be fair season 1 and, say, season 6 are very different. the tone of the show grows up as the main character ages and I think that's part of the appeal. check ontumblror something for a list of good non-spoilery yet diverse episodes to introduce you to all the angles the show explores. And it does a lot, it's pretty much the cartoon breading ground for experiments and weird shit
In Civil War II, I must say I'm leaning towards Captain Marvel's side.
What exactly is wrong about stopping threats before they happen? 99% of threats in the MU are pre-existing villains, and 99% of pre-exiting villains are fugitives from the law with many criminal charges on them that should be arrested anyway. Solicits say that there is now a huge crackdown on super-villains, this is a good thing since these guys are suposed to be behind bars to begin with.
And if it's caused somebody with no criminal charges, you just make sure he can't do anything by monitoring him. As long as they don't go full Minority Report then it should be fine.
And of course, many threats such as Earthquakes and Hurricanes aren't caused by people, so you can evacuate and prepare counter-measures before it happens. Or heck, you can predict when aliens or demons are gonna invade Earth and be prepared.
OK, shill. We know Carol will win.
>>81628466
There's no way Carol will win.
If Carol's side wins, it would be almost impossible to tell any stories since heroes would always know about threats before they happen and would always stop them. There wouldn't be any dramatic tension.
>>81628466
They want Tony to be their new Spider-man, so he's gonna win.
