If you could remove one person from the history of comics, who would it be and why?
>>81871246
If senators don't count (yes, I'm referring to the faggot that created the CCA), then the guy running DC in the late Silver Age and beyond. Can't even remember the faggot's name, but he was responsible for the bad business decisions that made DC implode in the 70s and took the industry with them. That's why comics left newsstands and grocery store spinner racks and ended up in specialty shops.
Obligatory
Stan lee
How can he stand his family? Especially the wife who puts her feelings first before everyone

Bob has a will of steel.
He's too good for them

because he both loves them and is a doormat
Lets figure out who the best Bara guy is, /co/. I'll be posting some along with pros and cons, tell me if I get anything wrong, and make sure to post any I forget!

>He could potentially get annoying after a while
Arkon

>He's unlikely to respect you unless you can match him in a fight
Bane
Pros

Colossus
Pros
>Lovely personality, cheerful and fiendly even if a bit ignorant.
>Huge and ripped, even when not metal, bigger when he is!
>His atheism should make teh whole gay thing a lot simpler
Cons
>Double-oppression for being gay and a mutant, and his power isn't even good for sexual (Cuddling metal is no fun)
>You can't exactly go back to his home country as a couple
>he'll totally risk his life for heroism, despite how much he's pledged to you
Why was this movie so good?
It wasn't.

I want to start reading goon comics. can /co/ recommend some?
>>81870627
all of em in order
>>81870627
They're all pretty good. You could just start at the first one if you like comedy or don't care, or start halfway through if you like drama.

Poor superman
>>81870573
It's funny considering that pre-New 52 Supes is now running around the universe.
Also I misread your OP as "Post Superman" so why the fuck not
>>81870573
Look, I'm gonna be honest. New 52 Superman was shit from the start, this should've happened a long fucking time ago.
Shit, why not just go back to Pre-Flashpoint era. It's has become extremely clear that the New 52 didn't work out the way the DC was hoping.
How come Peter never gets shit for legitimately being every definition of a mary sue?
>most important character of civil war
>both writer and reader self-insert
>despite having been a nerd, scores a girlfriend who is a supermodel
>has a power that basically amounts to "cant die" unless he purposefully ignores it
>infallible morals
>considered by Cable to be the "greatest hero" of all time
>>81870509
>still salty
Because he's a man.
nobody hates him
In a world where animals are the equivalent of people, how did Nick sell a rug made from a skunk?
Did he kill a skunk, skin it, and make a rug? Is he Ed Gein?
Seeing how he pulls the popsicle and lumber scams back-to-back, it was probably the by-product of a waxing scheme.
He said the fur, you daft buffoon.

id let him skin me
There is no possible way that Bendis' IQ breaks 95.
>>81870212
What is wrong with it?
>>81870236
OP thinks Thanos is too good for guns. Probably a Starlinfag
Thanos with full Liefeld guns is my favorite thing from that 0 issue
What does Aquaman represent?
>>81869912
Sea men.
>>81869912
The entire ocean and Atlantis?
The Lollipop Guild
Bomb of the year?
Cool look for the Dragon
Someone clearly forgot that they were designing a dragon, instead of Clifford, the big r-green dog
>>81869851
It is fuckable. I'll give it that.
hold up june is a girl?
In the episode where they are wearing Astronaut costumes, Henry tells her that they're just cheap outfits after she pisses in it, and then says "June has gone where no cartoon character has before. In HER pants." So it's probably safe to assume that she is, indeed, a girl.
>>81869671
I-- who the fuck thought June was a boy? Do you know boys named June? And don't give me any of that "Jun" shit.
>>81869767
the 90s sound horrible old man.
So I think most would agree that the 2000's were kind of a rough decade for Disney, especially in the middle with shit like Home on the Range and Chicken Littles. However, I'd say the end of the decade is when they really started redeeming themselves. Princess and the Frog was a great return to form, an attempt at recapturing the magic of the Renaissance, and I think they succeeded at it. Do you?
Meanwhile, Pixar actually had a pretty strong decade, with Cars being the only real exception. However, even then I'd say the last couple years is where they really peaked - WALL-E in 2008 and Up in 2009 I'd argue are some of their best movies, if not their actual best. Do you agree? If not, why not? If so, why do you think they finally got good again (for Disney) or even better (for Pixar) around 2008 and 2009? Have they been getting even better since then, or have they since gone downhill?
Princess and the Frog was pure magic, but I really wish it had done better than it did, or at least better than Tangled. I blame Tangled's numbers crushing PATF for the reason they gave up on 2D and have done only 3D since then (Winnie the Pooh 2011 doesn't count.)
Eh, it's hard to say it for Pixar since Pixar is pretty much consistently good (even Cars isn't THAT bad) up until Cars 2 and Good Dinosaur, so really it' sjust that 2010's is when Pixar finally sunk.
Disney did finally get their shit together with PATF though, but I think Tangled is what was really the big hit that kept them coasting into the Revival.

I thought Princess and the Frog was kind of a mess, all the ingredients for a good movie were there but it didn't come together.
Why is Deathstroke the Terminator ALWAYS just big talk and all jobber? I want to see him do something genuinely badass.
Because he's a villain
And villains always lose
>>81869450
He beat the shit out of batman.
>>81869450
Why would you even call yourself Deathstroke the Terminator unless you were a colossal twat?
You know what he is? He's the guy who makes those real-life-superheroes-could-really-work-guise threads and posts about how he's gonna go out in his hockey pads and get raped to death by crack dealers for justice, because the cops don't do shit in his town and he's not about to become one to fix the problems he thinks the force has.
He's Paul Blart's deviantArt alter-ego.
Can Rich Johnston get even more stupid????

He's using this panel of Tony asking Hercules if hes informed anyone else of some impending war as evidence that Marvel hates Alexes because Tony said Inhumans instead of X-Men.
I was in the thread he got this from.
