Question for /co/: Maurecia seems to be a bit of a minor waifu on this board. Which design of her do you find more qt, show or the books?
The Wayside books were generally better and comfier than the show, but this may be the one thing I prefer from the show
Here's the books design
>>82568549
What are the major difference between the books and the show?
>>82569368
Todd is a transfer student and not a normal student
Myron is a short, fat, dumb, selfish nigger instead of a tall, thin, smart, selfless whiteboi
Maurecia does extreme sports
A lot of students are missing from the show
The Silver Surfer cartoon is a forgotten classic. It got everything right. Norrin was sage, Galactus was larger-than-life, the Watcher was melancholy. The designs were ripped right out of Kirby. Even the CGI was well-designed.
Can't do much about Lady Chaos though.
This show was great! The theme music scared me when I was a kid for some reason.

It's because you could feel Infinity rumbling in your bones.

>>82566484
Oh, I'd let Infinity rumble my bones.
So the Korra FCBD comic is out today, so I'm storytiming it for those who havent read it yet.
Its pretty cute

Thanks op
>Illumination
This movie is going to suck, isn't it?
yeah
Maybe make Universal rethink the idea of putting Illumination head in charge of Dreamworks.
>>82557877
1. The movie isn't out and we don't know anything about it
2. Illumination made some good moives
>O awful Rider of the night/ who shall not stray when led by day/ He that striketh down each man/ or beast or God that bars his way
“May God drag down the lids of those that watch the sleepers, and may their rest be unperturbed.”
-Prayer to Incubus
>>82541139
Huh, that prayer. I wonder if Incubus is a nihilist?
Juggernaut what the hell do you think you're doing?

Releasing White Chain from hibernation by the looks of things.
I feel real sorry for the guy who just got the top of his skull lopped off. That's a slow death.
>Well I can dance with you honey
>If you think it's funny
>Does your mother know that you're out?
>And I can chat with you baby
>Flirt a little maybe

So I've seen many people claim that Steve Rogers is a libertarian, these claims come both from libertarians themselves and from butthurt liberals on Salon and other sites. Mostly based on his movie incarnation.
Is there any truth to it?
I'm pretty sure he's actually quite a big fan of government stepping in to help with poverty and sickness and shit.
Libertarians just say that because he's CAPTAIN AMERICA and that means sharing his political beliefs make you more AMERICAN.
>>82583546
He's a New Deal Democrat, so no.
>>82583546
What is a libertarian? I only ever hear the word in regards to america or americans.
Started this in >>82578599 but it's on page 9 with no bumps. So, here we go with the next saga by the author of Lion Man. Here's Super Dracula.
>>82580386
I really love all of the vidya mechanics that Chastain incorporates into his comics. I feel like there's lots of Clash at Demonhead references sprinkled about.

Pushing the "Trinity" is what ruined Wonder Woman
They had to warp her into a character that can easily be written teaming up with Batman/Superman
>>82579445
the left WW didn't sell
the right WW makes women feel she's important
>what is a republican woman? for 500.
>>82579487
>the left WW didn't sell
Current WW doesn't really sell either
Different interpretations.
A compassionate hero is something that works really hard in superhero comics. If the hero's compassion changes the villain, that's minus one villain for the publisher, and not lot of people will create new ones when they can't own them. And if the hero's compassion doesn't change the villain, then that compassion just looks pointless, wasted, and actively endangering other people's lives the next time the villain is mass-murdering.
Would you /co/?
>>82579286
>super strong vaginal and jaw muscles but not so strong that there's threat of injury
sure
Tall pale and has a fat ass, ofc I would.
She was blacked, so no.
Okay, /co/. I'm going to try and storytime some of Justin Chastain's early stuff. Never tried this kind of thing before, but it's time I give back to the community. Also, how hard can this be?

Is this the greatest Supes run of all time?
>inb4 bad art
it has bad art
>>82577734
Yeah, it's definitive Superman run.
Bronze era.
is actually good?
>Agreeability gets you so far in life, but when the chips are down, it helps to lose your temper sometimes. That’s a pretty unexpected moral takeaway for a kids’ movie, and it’s just one surprise of many in “The Angry Birds Movie,” a fast, fizzy and frenetically entertaining extension of the manic gaming franchise.

>>82576942
Its all in your head

It is what it always was, /pol/ bullshit and signs that people need a hobby
So why does MCU Captain America no longer want use guns after the first movie? Even when it would be clearly useful to do so?
Are you telling me a serviceman who embodies American values doesn't want use guns?
>>82576274
Because he's not at war anymore.
Also he still uses guns in other movies when it is needed.
>>82576274
Because then they would not be able to always keep the enemies and villains.
They would have to invent new ones each time he would shoot one of those mass murders and terrorists. So he just gets into a fist fight instead. Or throws his shield at them.
>>82576274
Ask an ex-serviceman if they feel like killing anybody.
