Explain this to me. I've been reading the new Ironman stuff under the impression that this was the first time Tony met MJ but now I read this and totally just remembered they lived together. But then One More Day retconned that or it didn't. Now I'm just confused.
>>82620871
Tony Stark willingly brainwashed himself. His memories of all that was erased and he has no clue is Spider-Man is anymore.
>>82620871
OMD + Secret Wars = this
>>82621007
>Tony Stark willingly brainwashed himself.
I have no idea if you're being serious or not.
How much have you fucked up your friendships debating?
>>82620543
none, because it's just a movie
>>82620543
you mean the movie, or the issues within? because i have ruined every single friendship i ever had by sticking to my ideals and not engaging in groupthink
>>82620543
no debate
Cap was right
What did you think of Oban, /co/? Loved the idea, but the execution didn't hit right home?

Japan could learn a few things from France.
French and Japanese shows seem to cross into similar territories, but France manages to pull out successfully compared to the chink chonks.
>>82620339
It was ok. But I watched it a good long while ago and might like it more now especially since I don't mind reading subs.
I give it a 7.5/10
The English dub is kind of painful at times.
Why do people hate him?
Also, scooby doo thread
>>82620279
he had an annoying voice and Daphne already filled the role of the character who gets captured
at least he saved Scooby Doo from becoming irrelevant and obscure, i'll give him that.
>>82620279
He's irrritating and the way he cnstantly thinks his Unlce isn't a giant fucking coward is also irritating. It's not cute or endearing, esecially since when he came around Scooby and Shaggy stopped chasing old guys in rubber mask and started encountering actual goddamn monsters, who they were very right to run away from.
He's a kid appeal character who doesn't appeal to kids, who isn't funny, and isn't endearing. Every time the little faggot came on screen I asked where the fuck were Velma and Fred.
>>82620279
Hating him is literally a meme + inaccurately assigning blame for reduction of quality in certain shows instead of the budget / writing + >muh Fred >muh Velma fags inaccurately blaming him for them not appearing in certain shows.
Very sad, Scrappy Doo was a good character that freshened up the series a lot. Now he's basically forced into a villain role when he gets to appear.
So what do you think these things were?
Undead? Bio-Mechs?
aliens, they were aliens.
>>82620170
>>82620170
I like to think they were a race of aliens Thanos killed, then brought back to life as his undead slaves using technology, making him basically a cosmic necromancer. That seems like the sort of thing he'd do.
So, if you had the option given to you, would you live in Gotham City?
I'm not sure I would. Crazy place. Before you know it you could get blown up with a bazooka.
>>82619763
Depends on what universe I lived in. 66' Gotham would probably be a fun place to live.
>>82619763
The most effective crime fighter in Gotham City is some lunatic who wanders around at night dressed like a bat.
Why on earth would ANYONE want to live there?
>>82619763
Good lord no
Only thing it has going for it is escapes aside arkham seems like a decent pshycriatric institution (I haven't read a whole lot of Batman so maybe that's dead wrong)
Name one bad part of this show.
>>82619544
The part after the opening.
Characters reverting to their status quo personality despite having character development throughout episodes that supposedly changes them.
Peggy
He's so out of character in Civil War, a reactionary moron who can't resolve disagreements peacefully. Dunno why this film is getting the love.
He's also suffering from PTSD.
>>82619129
>>82619165
And reeling from his colossal failures in Age of Ultron. His character in Civil War is the result of several movies worth of comeuppance.
>>82619129
>What is Character Development?
What the fuck
Never heard of the original, but did Waid seriously write a "Superman goes rogue" story despite shitting on similar stories and sperging out over the mere idea of such a thing often?
>>82618801
yes he did
but he'd probably argue that it's ok because Plutonian was a Superman-archetype and not Superman himself
>cbr
No.
What's do we know so far about Suicide Squad?
>Enchantress or Monster T are the main villains
>Joker is just doing his thing trying to make everyone's life miserable
>We get a Harley new 52 origin story
>Batman is mostly in flashbacks and apparently an huge brawl at the end
>Slipknot is like 10000% going to die
I know I missed alot more what can you /co/mareds
>>82618351
We know Deadshot and Harley are gonna hook up and it's gonna be hot.
>>82618351
>>Batman is mostly in flashbacks and apparently an huge brawl at the
The brawl is a new one to me. They really do want Batfleck to be their RDJ.
>>82618518
This post didn't take long at all. At least we got it out of the way early.
How would you make a Black Widow movie good? What kind of story and villains would you use?
Hard mode: No Kojima.
Extreme mode: No recasting.
Steranko.
Only option.
Have her fight Iron Maiden while she's off on her own revisiting places from her past
>hard mode
fuck that, I want them to straight up rip off MGS1
just swap the genetics talk for the black widow background stuff highlighted in AoU and use Yelena Belova or somebody instead of a literal Romanoff clone
Use Extremis or Gamma-enhanced soldiers in place of genome soldiers, and make Foxhound Alpha Flight or some shit
We try to guess what country the funny foreigner is supposed to be from. There's an episode where the Eds go inside Rolf's house and the whole place is covered in plastic and there's a menorah. So I'm guessing he's a Jew from Germany?
>>82617890
What's the point of guessing something like that? It's like trying to guess which state the Simpsons live in. It's obviously vague as a joke.
>>82617890
There's no answer, it's been stated many times that Rolf is not from any real world country. However he was based on Danny Antonucci's Italian immigrant relatives. So you could say he's from Italy but that's still not technically correct.
>>82617996
not op , but its still fun to guess and theorize.
This fucked me up
It fucked everyone up OP.
That movie still getting made?
>>82617745
Don't think so. Also, don't know who I'd like to see doing it.
>>82617904
I imagine Spike Jonze or Guillermo Del Toro

The art in this comic is unspeakably gorgeous. There's a quote about the painter John Singer Sargent - "the slightly uncanny spectacle of a talent which on the very threshold of its career has nothing more to learn" - and I think that's a sensation you get from Minna Sundberg's work. She is what, in her early or mid 20s? And she's an absolute master in her work. Not only incredibly talented, but incredibly productive.
At the same time though, I find it almost impossible to become invested in this comic. The setting and plot of it never seem to match up with the characters and tone.
Let's enjoy the art without any of the characters, then.
