What does /co/ think of this? Has anyone here actually watched it?
wtf
Oh, will you look at that. My last shred of hope for humanity, fucking GONE.

Butt how is he standing?
Who is best Green Lantern and why is it Guy Gardner?
OP here, sorry, i meant Hal is the best lantern

Joke's on you, they're my favorite Earth Lanterns.
OP here, sorry, i meant Kyle is the best lantern
How does /co/ feel about the real Wally West coming back next week in DC Rebirth?
I'm pumped, but it's regrettable that Brett Booth is drawing him.
>THE REAL
it's a fictional character. But it's cool i guess. We need a dozen speedsters to muddle everything again.
Whatever happened/will happen to the black kid Flash?
>>82954432
I guess shitty pandering is fine when DC does it
TO THE WAKANDAMOBILE!
Did T'challa speak with Tony in this movie?
>>82954712
Um, I think there was one scene where he gave some orders for capturing Barnes, and Panther said "Barnes is mine!"
It's funny, you can think of it like an Avengers movie, but the focus is still not on most of the other characters interacting besides Cap and Tony.
T'challa was great in Civil War.
I was worried he'd end up being obnoxiously infallible like can sometimes be in the comics.
I actually think this movie is fun in a 90's kind of way. Am I alone?
>>82954235
I agree. In fact, I'll go further, it's my favorite X men movie. Let me make it clear that I don;t think it;s great and that I'm not a huge fan of any of the Xmen movies. Give me Blade or Spiderman any day. But I always felt that it's the most stable in quality of the movies. All the others may have higher peaks but their valleys are a lot lower too.
Xmen 1, while important and solid for it's time doesn't hold up well for me, both visually and storywise. And they ruined Storm.
Xmen 2 is like half a great movie. Anything involving Logan, Magneto, Mystique and the kids and newbies is good to great. Anything involving Xavier, Jean, Storm, Cyclops or anyone else is horrible and boring to me. The stuff in the white house is great though. Peaks and valleys.
First Class, similarly to X2 is half a great movie. Xavier, Magneto and Mystique back when Watson gave a fuck are solid but every body else either isn't talented enough or just didn't care enough to stand out. And they ruined Emma.
Future's Past is the closest to being better than X3 for me, but what holds it back for me is just that the Xavier Magneto thing starts to get stale. The movie basically ends almost the same as First Class with Magneto betraying everyone, again. It just brings the whole thing down for me.

It's perfect if you're Sniktfag.
I'm not one of those.
>Recently, Agents of SHIELD actress, Chloe Bennet expressed her frustrations on Marvel Studios not following through with their Cinematic Universe thing. While the movies all give each other high-fives, and swap characters, and what not, they seem to ignore their TV shows entirely. Hell, even the shows acknowledge the movies. But it seems like a one-way street.
>Well, it looks like Marvel may have listened to their television star, and is starting to buck up. According to a source close to the situation:
>“Marvel Studios is considering having Vincent D’Onofrio reprise his Wilson Fisk role from Daredevil in Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
http://www.screengeek.net/2016/05/19/marvel-considering-adding-kingpin-to-spider-man-homecoming/
I think it would be good if Spider man's initial enemies are the street level enemies.
Wilson Fiskerton as the main boss to take down but also include goons like Hammerhead, Tombstone, Shocker etc.
Just don't have Goblin again please.
They'd be stupid not to use him - he's proven himself, it's free branding, it brings Spiderman further into the MCU and not many people with that build have those acting chops.
But they won't use him.
>using a non-canon character in the movies
Daily reminder that Superman and Batman once had a sleepover so homoerotic, it attracted penis aliens from space to breed and feed on there emotioms because they literally had the most powerful love in the universe.
>>82953944
Who cares, Batman loves Joker more.
>>82953944
what is this homo shit
>>82953944
Hold on, I think I have the whole page.
>"Fuck you, Barry, stop being happy": The episode
Why do they do this? Why must he suffer so much?
>>82953805
Yeah that was so weird especially coming from the last episode. I chalk it up to poor dialog.
Because Thawne didn't die, he ascended, and is now the monitor for this universe.
It's kind of hard to see the death of a character as a sad and tragic event when Barry could run back in time at any point and stop it from happening.
How many gender/race swaps are out there at the moment? Off the top of my head Whor, Miles, Wolverine and Falcap.
>In an interview with Cinemablend, the film's writers, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, say they have currently completed the film's second draft, but have admitted that they won’t really be entirely sure how everything will work until all of the other movies in Phase Three are finalized. "Some of it is informed guesswork," said McFeely on just how close to 'finished' the duo can get at this point. "Some of it is constantly pestering people who are making those [other] movies to tell us what they’re doing. And sometimes it is us going, ‘It would be massively beneficial if this person could be in this place at the end of your movie. I don’t care what he does in your movie, but by the end of it…’"
>Markus continued, "And you know, we write it, we assume when we write it and rewrite it and rewrite it, as more information comes in, we will be adjusting. When we’re turning in the first draft, it’s absolutely that, a first draft, and we’ll go through a lot before we get to November.".
>>82953767
>Along with all our heroes, the writers also have to introduce main villain Thanos, who we've only received a few glimpses of so far. With the numerous characters already included, it's a massive task to give the Mad Titan his due, but the writers promise that there will be plenty of time devoted to the formidable villain. "I think the problem will be solved simply because he will be the villain, have lots of scenes, and you’ll understand his point of view," said McFeely. "He’ll do lots of dastardly things. I’m not saying he’s not a challenge. He is, because he’s got so much power, but I guess find the, I’m using this in quotes, ‘the human underneath,’ but we’ll have the opportunity because he’ll have a lot of scenes." Markus elaborated on the importance of giving the character depth, "Yeah, and like any character, we’re going to learn about the character, not just as a villain. If you’ve got the guy taking you through more or less two movies, he can’t just be twisting his mustache the whole time."
So what do you want to see in the movies /co/? No TV show characters since we all know that's not gonna happen.
>>82953779
>So what do you want to see in the movies /co/?
Characters like Cap and Spider-Man fighting in space. Go all out with the cosmic element. I hope they don't just bring Thanos to earth just to give them something to do. Would be too reminiscent of Loki and way too anticlimactic.
>>82953779
I hope we see at least a little bit of Thanos Quest
I'm an Ultimate-babby and have only read Ultimate universe stuff, but I guess I should cross over to normal universe now.
Spiderman seems easy enough since I'll just read Amazing Spider-Man from the start since I heard that's supposed to be good for a long time, but X-Men seems a lot more confusing since there seems to be like 10 different series like Uncanny and all that stuff, how do I go through that?
Also I'm assuming there's stuff like Ultimatum where everything crosses over, can I just follow the Spider-Man and/or X-Men comics through those or will I have to read them too?
>>82953500
Comics only got good in the 80s, don't bother with that grandpa shit.
>>82953585
So where should I start with Spider_man or X-Men then? Won't I miss backstory?
>>82953640
Don't get hung up on back story. If you know the broad strokes of a character's origin, you should be fine. Use google, look up recommended runs of a character that interests you.
When was that preview of the new season supposed to air?
we were rused
