Which one gives the besthugs?
Clark's hugs are best because they are all-encompassing; you feel protected.
Diana's hugs are best because they are warm and heartfelt, like a mother's.
Bruce's hugs are the best because he rarely opens up, so they feel like they will never end.

Why are there so few main girl characters who are the star (no pun) of their own show? With shit like Frozen and MLP taking off like candy, I would think more networks would invest in girl shows.
Even girls aren't interested in seeing female protagonists unless they're cool as fuck. I haven't seen svfe but she looks like a corny bitch.
>>83279168
It's pretty hard to write a good female character that's also realistic because girls in real life are incredibly boring. Thus any attempt will look artificial or forced.
>>83279168
Because every time the MC is female, somebody somewhere at some point gets Offended over something.
What is it about Daredevil that causes comics writers and artists to bring their A-Game? Almost all of the Daredevil books have been of a very high quality, even Mark Wade's run, which I'm not particularly fond of is well regarded.
You can't bullshit your writing too much, and he's not popular enough that hacks are attracted to him but is well known.

He's a grounded character that has a strong supporting cast and generally a lot to work with. Dad problems, religious problems, crimefighting problems, lawyer problems.
His powers allow you to be relatively creative too.
basically its because miller did such a good run that it inspired the next few writers, at this point the title has a strong reputation of quality so they just don't give him to the shitty hacks

No fuck of back to /tv/ with your fapping over actors thread these threads are by far the biggest cancer on /co/

It'll become clearer as post go on, hope you like'em!
What is the biggest atrocity that a comic book villain has successfully managed to pull off?
*Specifically, on Earth and in the main timeline

The Plutonian in Irredeemable sank the entire country of Singapore killing everyone save for a dozen people
I suppose it could be seen as if the Reverse Flash has pulled off the entire destruction of universes
Genis-Vell killed everything and everyone in the 616 Marvel Universe except for himself, a psychic remnant of Rick Jones, and the Abstract Concepts Epiphany and Entropy.
Or does he not count since he was a sort of a hero at the time?
ALRIGHT /CO/!
today its another rumble in the concrete jungle. Welcome to the DC death Match!
TODAY WE HAVE KILLER FROST! VS JADE!
>>83278479
neat where did you get those? Are they from a website or something?

I think its a pen and paper RPG.
Anyway, Jade.

I still say that this design is awful. Why aim for something "realistic" and "practical" and give fucking leather jacket? And the line on her tights make it looks like she wears a tracksuit, so bydlo and doesn't go with leather jacket.
How can Marvel even compete

What exactly was this version of Spider-Man's deal? I once walked into a discussion saying he could beat Batman and felt really out of the loop.
Regular Spidey could beat Batman, right? At least Daredevil or Nightwing.
Most characters can beat batman. He just happens to have the autistic "nah you can't do that cause I have THIS" approach to crime fighting we all took in grade school pretend games.
Spiderman
>batman's suit is built to expend external heat and instantly melt webbings.
>shoots a t shirt gun filled with hundereds.
>one shots spidey as he desperately collects money for rent and aunt mays medical bills
>>83277295
He's a version of Spider-Man that never got over Gwen Stacy's death. He gave up being a street level hero and ended up wondering the world. Evently he meants up with logan who trains him to be an assassin. So he's Spider-Man with combat training and a spidersense that can see a week in the future. Spider-Man uses to be the perfect hero to go against Batman, but during spider island peter made an anti spidersense device that the king pin and green goblin have both recreated and used against him. So since peter fucked up has a chance to beat him.

>version of Spider-Man that never got over Gwen Stacy's death
But that's wrong anon.
>that episode where they met the superfriends
really jumped the shark to be honest
>>83276961
>no matter how fucked up things get Manhattan just flies in and restores the status quo in the last 2 minutes
what was even the point of the other characters?

>not liking Rorschach's "Batman are Robin. Possibly homosexual. Must investigate further"
Timeless classic in making, I tell you.
Hey, guys, I know you won't believe me, I'm from another universe where this show didn't happen. Instead, Watchmen is a comic regarded as the premiere deconstructionist work of super hero comics, far too heavy to be adapted into a children's cartoon, and instead got a live action adaptation directed by Zack Schneider.
All these stupid tropes are why I watch anime instead anyway.
I was disappointed by the entire thing
>>83276918
only good thing about this was Darkseid War: Green Lantern #1 :) tears in my eyes at the end
Not really, no.
ITT: /co/ stuff you LOVE that everyone else thinks is "meh" or hates.
Pic related.
>>83276879
Kim Possible
I suppose people don't really see it as "meh", but it's one of my favourites and I don't think many others would put it in the same bracket. At least, that's never the impression I got.
I thought Big Hero 6 was decent, just not anything too special though. A cut above "meh"
>>83276879
Pic very related. I can't understand the hate this show gets.
>Watch /co/ piss themselves for a year leading up to this show
>Finally drops. Figure it's worth checking out
>Two minutes in, and the most annoying thing ever.
>Turn it off. Never going back.
Anybody else ever drop a show this quickly?
>>83276472
>hear about Steven Universe
>ukulele and shitty 'ironic' tuneless singing in credits
>close out
>delete file
>shit post on /sug/ pretending to be a more than average autistic fan because that is infinitely more fun than the show
>>83276472
Not really, because 2 minutes isn't at all sufficient to judge a show's quality.
Pilots and earlier episodes have a way of differing from the later episodes in a series.
I've never even seen Loud House but bloody hell lad, don't be a prissy little faggot
>Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H and Avengers Assemble.
>Awkward animation.
>Recycles said animation.
>Unbearably childish dialogue.
I just couldn't.
Are you enjoying the current Neo-Renaissance era of Disney films?
Not really.
I enjoyed Wreck It Ralph and have been disappointed by everything else.
