rating doesnt particularly matter. DKR had some pretty accurate content and it was PG-13

Even if the film isn't going to be adapted to the original art style, I mean it is at least Young Justice style, which doesn't suck, we have Mark and Kevin back in it, which I would think counts for something. Maybe they will do something good? I figure, it's rated R which gives them more freedom.

Listen, i really don't want to hate Bendis' work. I usually go in with an open mind and try to enjoy myself but he really has made it hard for me this past couple of years. I enjoyed Ultimate Spider-Man, Disassembled, New Avengers and I think the Dark Avengers run was the last time i enjoyed something of his.
Civil War II, from reading issue #0, Comic Book Day Issue and #1 seems to be his shittiest work yet.
I honestly think Marvel as a whole needs fresh blood and a new direction; Bendis' style doesn't cut it anymore.
