>"Hi, my name is Dory, and I suffer from short-term m-memory loss."
>>83955296
Baby Dory was so cute that I could barely handle it.
okay, now fuck off kid
>>83955476
K will do. Have a nice day :)
Can we have a Voice Actor appreciaton thread? Just saw one of this guy's stand-ups and he's fucking hilarious.
>>83955075
Underrated as hell.
Thor, Absorbing Man, Surtur, Radioactive Man, Hulk (Planet Hulk), Clayface, Eddie "Killbane Pryor", Arishok, Imperius, Nicholai Ginovaef, Air Raid and the AMC Announcer.
Sad that he isn't that prolific, he's maybe my favourite underrated talent working in LA.
My favourite VA.
I love voice actors.
Was it any good, /co/? Also, Spider-Man cartoon general, I guess, Lord knows there's been a lot of those. 90s one is still the most iconic, naturally.
>>83955049
Not really. The animation was kinda cludgy. I remember the voices weren't terrible, but the episode I saw had Electro and it was... unimpressive?
Best SM cartoon is Spectacular Spider-Man. No doubt.
>>83955049
>tfw we'll never get another show with Peter in college
maybe in that new PS4 game.
I brought back Wally. Granted his kids are erased and Linda doesn't remember who he is, but shit happens am I right? And hey, Cass Cain fans, who has two thumbs and finally let Snyder and his bitch put Cass and Steph back into the comics. Oh and we even let Rucka back into the building. Now we just need to keep Brian from shanking him in the halls. So, we good?
No until you remove Palmiotti & Conner from writing Harley ever again
>>83955097
Never! Jimmy and Amanda let me go to their sex orgies. Oh and the book sells. Allot. But maybe I can help you out. What say I remove Abnett from Titans and give it to Scott Lobdell?
Was this as bad as it looked?
>>83954915
It was great and looked great.
so yes
>>83954915
What are you talking about? Aeon Flux was one of the few truly subversive and creative cartoons to have ever been made.
>>83954915
Hit and miss, just like everything else that came from that expermental era.
Art and scenery were amazing; plots and characters were subpar.
Anyone see this yet?
I enjoyed it. Felt like the same type of Road Movie that Toy Story 2 was.
>>83954834
I saw it.
It made me feel, a lot.
I fucking loved the new characters, and Dory was again the greatest thing ever.
It honestly was a really great movie, but someone has to stop the mouse, this is too much.
>>83954874
>He thinks he can just stop the mouse
Emperor Disney cannot be stopped
Yes. It was good. Actually way better than I expected it to be because I had completely lost faith in Pixar sequels, but this one felt like they really tried.
>>83954874
>but someone has to stop the mouse, this is too much.
Considering all the other animated movie fare that isn't Disney, I think the real question is "should they be stopped?"
You saw that Trolls shit coming out right?
Remember when every single cartoon show had a unique art style?
I sure remember the never years
Nope
>>83954799
still beter than stupid generic hipster stuff we have now
Why's Rick so mean to him?
>>83954614
He's mean to everyone who thinks that they are actually smarter than they are
He's mean to everyone who thinks that they know enough about a subject to talk about it proficiently
To be fair, he's very rude towards Jerry, but from Rick's point of view he's this patriarch without any power so he just wants him to shut up and start contributing more than just bullshit
Rick calls everyone out, like when Rick calls Summer and Morty out on "getting" a reference he made up and laughing
>>83954614
>Why's Rick so mean to him?
Because he's a loser and he feels his daughter could have done better.
He doesn't want to get mad at his daughter for choosing someone so stupid and weak, so instead he takes it out on Jerry.
>>83954614
He boned his daughter
He is also partially responsible fo killing her carreer
>ratigan sings about drowning widows and orphans
>has a cat that eats mouse alive
>basil is put on a literal death trap
>villain falls to his death
this was kinda grim for a children's movie
>>83954595
And yet this is what most of us remember from it.
As time has gone on, animation has become increasingly "for kids" as well as content deemed acceptable "for kids" become more and more censored
So, it's a combinations of adults enjoying cartoons less and and adults being more over protective of what their kids see, really it all has to do with the separation of "kid" and "adult"
>>83955423
Why do people find zoophilia appealing?
http://sciencefiction.com/2016/06/20/denver-comic-con-2016-karl-urban-confirms-judge-dredd-2/
I ain't clicking that shit.
Maybe they will actually get the tone right this time around.

This.
Magneto, I have a confession to make. I never was crippled and I just rode around in a wheelchair for sympathy and because I didn't feel like walking.
Well Charles, I have a confession to make as well: I don't control metal. I just make people think that I do. I'm a telepath and you are in fact crippled I just found it funny to make you believe you could walk.

KEK
Also most humans don't have a problem with mutants. I just made some calls so they'd give you a hard time. I'm also why your kids hate you.
What are your favorite comics? Or the comics you find the best. (I don't really place a distinction between the two)
I like making lists of things and I like seeing other peoples and building lists of things I should read based on them.
I was originally going to make this 3x3 but I couldn't stop at 9 things so 36 it became.
My absolute favorite has to be Jimmy Corrigan, below that it's hard for me to sort, because I love so many things. Top 10 is definitely up there though, so great taste there OP. Hell, it's easier for me to sort into favorites: Deadly Class is probably my favorite current ongoing (though I trade-wait it so no spoilers pls), Secret Warriors is my favorite Marvel series ever, Ostrander's Suicide Squad my favorite of DC, and my favorite single issue is Green Lantern #134.
>>83953420
What is so special about GL #134 to you?
I really enjoy Ostrander's run on the Spectre and wish that all of it was collected so I could finish buying it. Johns' run on JSA was also really good
I have enjoyed all of the Grant Morrison stuff I've ever read, 3rd party and Big 2 stuff. Probably the only single comic author I follow, rather than a character.
