Jupiter's Legacy #6 (V2. #1): Recruitment
Recap!
Was just getting ready to storytime this.
Your internet slow today, dude?
>Deadpool is the highest grossing Fox X-Men film
Damn! Forget about Hugh Hackman and Jennifer "Buttface" Lawrence, Fox should have Ryan "Deadpool" Reynolds lead the X-Men. Or maybe lead X-Force.
Or you can just pretend they don't exist and keep making Deadpool solo movies, maybe just put out a generic X-Men team movie occasionally if it's required to keep the rights away from Marvel
>>84144849
>required to keep the rights away from Marvel
But the X-Men would be better at the MCU.
Even Moviebob admits the FoX-Men are shit.

>>84145384
it would be a poor business move to allow Marvel to have them
Do you still find Ariel attractive like this?

http://www.cartoonbrew.com/internet-television/netflix-announces-6-new-animated-series-141106.html
>Five of the shows are children’s series and one is targeted at adults. Interestingly, all five kids’ pick-ups are based on existing concepts, ranging from films (Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Spy Kids) to videogames (Skylanders) and books (Llama, Llama) to graphic novels (Hilda, pictured at top). The sole original idea is the adult series, which is the celebrity-driven Big Mouth from actor Nick Kroll.
>The latter, described as an “edgy, surreal animated comedy” about teenagers experiencing puberty, was developed by Kroll and Family Guy writer/producer Andrew Goldberg, as well as Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett. Confirmed voice actors for the series are Maya Rudolph, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, Jenny Slate, and Jessi Klein. Ten episodes will premiere in 2017.
Skylanders Academy
>Animated action-comedy Skylanders Academy follows the heroic adventures of the Skylanders team, a ragtag group of heroes with unique elemental skills who travel the vast Skylands universe, protecting it from evil-doers. They achieve victory by setting aside their egos, learning to trust one another and fighting as one to maintain harmony and balance in the land. Led by showrunner Eric Rogers (Futurama), the series features the voices of Justin Long (Ask Me Anything) as Spyro, Ashley Tisdale (High School Musical, Phineas and Ferb) as Stealth Elf, Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) as Eruptor and Norm MacDonald (Saturday Night Live) as Glumshanks. Additional voice talent includes Susan Sarandon, Daniel Wu, Parker Posey, James Hetfield, Catherine O’Hara, Chris Diamantopoulos and Harland Williams, among others. Available to Netflix members worldwide, starting with 13 episodes this fall and continuing with a second season in late 2017.

Llama Llama
>Based on the award-winning and best selling book series by author and illustrator Anna Dewdney, Llama Llama is an animated show about childhood moments and adventures, as well as the special connections between lead character Llama, his parents, grandparents and best friends. Set to premiere in 2017 to Netflix members worldwide, Llama Llama tells heart-warming tales of life in a safe, friendly town seen through the eyes of Llama as he interacts with the amazing world around him. The series is led by an all-star team of creators including Oscar-winning director Rob Minkoff (The Lion King), director Saul Blinkoff (Doc McStuffins), showrunner Joe Purdy, legendary art director Ruben Aquino (Frozen, The Lion King, Aladdin, Mulan) and Emmy-award winning producers Jane Startz and Andy Heyward.
>I love you, Orel
What did he mean by this?
>>84144384
he was gay for oral and not for the coach
He was talking to Stopframe and masking it to make it sound like he was talking to Orel.
Duh.
>"Moral Orel"? What is this, some Seth Green side project?
>first few episodes
>"Oh I get it, it's just some edgy atheist humor, nothing new"

Why are you confused? Solicits are released months in advance so you should know this ahead of time.
>#129 - Across the Pond
>The fact that this kid watches Top Gear is actually REALLY impressive, since he has to read the subtitles in real time with the kanji and everything. (And yes, it's the BBC version).
>
>But still!! Don't call your friends rubbish people!! It's hilarious but also rude I guess whatever!!
www.marycagle.com
rubbish isn't that terrible of an insult
>>84143462
>he has to read the subtitles in real time with the kanji and everything
What does she mean by "with the kanji and everything"? Is reading kanji slower than reading kana? Why would it be hard to read subtitles in real time? Just because of the kid's age?
>>84143870
Kids his age won't have learned a lot of the kanji that would be used in the subtitles of a show aimed at adults.
I hate that hedgehog. I hate him, HATE HIM!!!!
>>84143382
I Love You.
It's time to PINCH OFF SOME HEADS!
>>84143382
I think alot of people hate him too. Only autistics and small children really like him.
Why doesn't Mike just illustrate a bunch of lovecraft graphic novels and make bank? But no he's too busy sticking a paintbrush up his ass to do anything. At this point he can't recover after he ducked over Hellboy in he'll.
*fucked
>>84143323
Mike is a weird guy. He doesn't go by the popular demand. I agree with him that the Hellboy movies are basically Totoro's, but not with some other stances (like not being a fan of his own work being animated), even though I personally respect them. Also, there have been some recent interviews where he flat out said he's already bored with painting.
>>84143486
A lot of artists who try their hand at painting find themselves easily frustrated by it, especially if they were previously illustrators or cartoonists. Simply drawing an image, while talent required, is a lot easier and way less time consuming than a painting; a typical Bob Ross styled oil painting, despite the brevity of the videos, usually requires multiple coats of paint, and mistakes can not be easily fixed. It can take several days for a coat to dry depending how thickly you apply the paint. In all the time it takes to complete the painting, a cartoonist could have made dozens of drawings.
A lot of illustrators go into painting thinking it's basically drawing but with added color, only to realize that it's a wholly different style of work production, and that it just doesn't suit them.
Perhaps Mike is experiencing a similar thing. Has he painted before?
How would you make Apocalypse great again?
>>84143296
>again
When was he ever great?
>>84143296
I'd make Evan Apocalypse and his JGS friends his Horsemen
Except he isn't out to destroy humanity or conquer the world. He's actually heroic
>>84143296
Build a wall around the X-Mansion.
Why isn't he in jail for life?
Possesion by alien symbiote from beyond the starsis probably a good defense
Because he's a good Christian man who saved the Earth from a Symbiote invasion, helped defeat Carnage and is still tracking him down, a cancer survivor (so brave), cured junkies off the street and found them homes, sacrificed his powers to save New York from a spider virus, and is working with the FBI. He's a good boy who did nothing wrong. Matt Murdock also "proved" in court that he wasn't responsible for his actions as Venom but that's bullshit honestly.
But Eddie was made a hero when he saved New York from Spider Island.
Given that they're an invading army and Earth One is literally at war with Zoom and his cronies, after Wally hit Black Siren with his car to save Barry, why didn't he just back over her head while she was down and let that be that?
he's a dumb boy not a killer
why do comicbook sites use that suit, he never even wore that beyond one gimmicky issue that never really happened
>>84142649
Isn't it the only costume he had pre-Rebirth?
