How does the X-men even manage to recruit the numbers of student to their school with all the bombings and deaths that took place there? You would think that both the potential students and parents would want to avoid the X-men's school like a plague.
>>84212898
>recruit
Don't they basically kidnap teenagers the moment they display an active x-gene?
>>84213315
This. Just like the Inhumans. It's not fucking right and there is a good reason why the rest of the world hates them.
>>84212898
depending on the writer being an unprotected mutant isn't the safest.
Post cartoon characters that are literally you.
>Skinny as hell
>Giant pussys
>Used to be a complete lazy fucks
>But now like Larry I get up, I shower, I come to work, I work all day, I go home, I go to sleep! I get up, I shower, I come to work, I work all day, I go home, I go to sleep!
Well, except I don't have a qt gf like Larry does...Somebody kill me
>>84212835
That description fits me too. At least I have thousands of dollars saved up because I never do anything.
>>84213105
Same brah. Except in pound sterling and I'm trying save up for a gaming PC. It won't take the pain away. It's a good distraction from it tho.
Just got done rewatching this. It'sokay.Mediocre as all hell and hasn't aged well visually at all, but okay. A lot of the humor aged like sour milk like most kids movies and some of the more meme-y characters like the fish and pig are insufferable, but watching it didnt make me want to die like a bunch of other kiddie fodder movies.
It is interesting to look at it from the angle of Disney attempting self parody as well as a time capsule of the early to mid 2000's. There's the weird overreliance on the licensed soundtrack as opposed to the other Disney films. I could go on but I feel like that could be fleshed out elsewhere but better. Its also funny to see it as Disney's own attempt at making their own Shrek but without the absolute bile Katzenburg poured into that series.I don't get the autismo hate on the dad character however. Like he's fairly tame for cartoon dads, its clear that the movie acknowledges he's probably ill equipped emotionally to be there as a dad early on, and the setting's a small town and usually when someone fucks up there, that whole family gets associated and shamed so it wasnt unnatural he felt embarrased. Again its not like he outright abandons Chicken Little. Where did the sperg hate for this character come from anyways? Did Mr.Enter make a review of it or something?
But yeah, it's such a weirdly mediocre movie that perfectly captures what pop culture for kids was like at the time. There's even an advert for Buena Vista Games of all things at the end. Damn its hard to sit through after being spoiled by Zootopia's stunning fur tech just to see babby's first Blender models though.
that's the future of zootopia
>>84212997
Maybe. I actually really enjoyed this film as a literal 9 year old at the time when it came out. I personally also enjoyed the shit out of Zootopia now but I'll give it a couple more years to see if it still holds up.

I feel like 2017 is not only going to be a terrible year for film, but it also thankfully looks to be the death knell for a lot of annoying trends from this decade. Despicable Me 3, The Emoji Movie, that one movie based on a girl's toy, just to name a few, will have their net worth run out once these films are released. Anyone else predicting this?
>that anatomy
jesus lord
This is real?
>>84212287
Unfortunately.
Let's have a thread of art errors.
>>84210917
i hurt my wrist trying to see if it was possibleit's not
>>84210963
>it's not possible to turn your right hand into a left hand
Uh, I don't think you had to hurt your wrist to realize this.
I was staring at Vader's CWC-claw for the longest time before I realized you were talking about Leia's hand.
Why are X-Men movies dying? People paid more to see a rated R solo movie than an X-Men movie.
>>84210047
Because we've had the same shit for almost 16 years
>>84210047
It has dragged on for a very long time, and people only liked Wolverine, which has gotten old too.
The fact that after 16 years it's still stuck at Magneto being the bad guy doesn't help.
>>84210047
People paid more to see a good movie that was true to it's source material than a mediocre movie that makes Mystique the main character because the actress is currently popular.
Anyone /kappamikey/ here?
>>84208400
What would it look like today?
>>84208400
Did he ever make it with one of the chicks?

Mikey gets "Cal Arts" Syndrome, All the Girls Turn into Moeblobs.
Did you know there is a direct correlation between the decline of spirograph and the rise in gang activity? Think about it.
>>84207356
Not if you're talking about the South Side Spirogragh Gang.
>>84207356
I don't think you're seeing all the angles, Anon.
>>84207442
Shrinky Dinks have nothing to do with the rise in Gang Activity, the Heroin epidemic however....
>tfw the finalle of Jack is also going to be the finalle of the Sym Bionic Titan
>>84207048
gendy has sameface syndrome and even then, he puts characters from his other works into his latest garbage.
>>84207048
>the mad man does a multiverse end
Nice
Shake it, Bake it, Booty Quake it!
All I see is people saying this movie 'looks like Zootopia but cringe' what does that even mean? I seriously don't understand. What is so cringy about it? How does it look like Zootopia, besides being a city of animals?
Do people think Zootopia was the first animated movie to have a city full of anthromorphic animals?
>talking animals singing licensed songs
this is as creatively-bankrupt as it can get.
I don't know if I'd call it "cringe" but it certainly looks like hot garbage
>>84207012
cant wait to see it
Girly Girls or Tomboy?
All of it. EVERYTHING! The tsundere, yandere, derriere! AAAALL OF THEM!
I consider myself more of a tomboy.
Why not both?
>Tfw you are literally Moff.
>>tfw OP is literally a fag
Are you obsessed with steampunk and steampunk accessories?
Do you blame your lack of a social life on an innocent child?
Do you have a cool mustache?

Yes. My only friend also moved on with his life and got married/ had kids while I spent all day browsing the 4channel too.
The Great Mating Location is literally just a carbon copy of The Great Valley from Land Before Time
Disney had to have wanted that Land Before Time money why else would this movie exist?
It really is. Even the opening more or less copies the idea of the brief scene from Land Before Time with the main character's egg getting stolen.
Even the Great Valley similarity aside, they could've had something sorta interesting with the "survival of the fittest vs. trying to protect the entire herd" theme it had going on. But they just have the leader of that philosophy and his second-in-command die like typical Disney villains do, even though they initially seemed to be setting them up as slightly more complex characters.
Also the fucking lemurs. And the boring as shit backgrounds. And the loads of forgettable characters. "Jerkasaurus."
This movie sucks and fuck me I saw it in theaters.
>>84205971
Also they removed Iguanadon's beak things so we could see their lips when they talk.
One of the first things any dino-nut kid will learn is that Iguanadon had a beak.
>>84206238
Even if the main antagonist isn't a T-Rex they're still "sharp teeth"
Hell the smarky side character is a fucking Triceratops...just like the one from Land Before fucking Time
I don't think I could feel this sort of emotion for literally any LoK character.
inb4 nostalgia, I watched both this year.
