How is it not creepy that Piotr Rasputin who is 18 years old dates a 13 year old girl? I'm reading the classic issues when she first joined the team and they first started dating, was it more acceptable in the 70's or something?
>>85843054
John Byrne approves.
>>85843054
He was 17
They weren't dating
It wasn't acceptable, Piotr always turned down her advances and she'd have to catch him by surprise
It wasn't until at least half a decade in-universe that they actually got together. Kitty was already out of college and a teacher by then.
Why
>implying this wasn't the shit
We're getting another live action Ben 10 movie next year.
>>85843151
Why don't they just make a big budget theatrical one already?
The series is popular enough to keep getting new series so why not.
who is it now

So guys, a thought just popped into my head, and I haven't really thought through it but I think I may be on to something here.
So a few years back, DC sidelined Martian Manhunter and made Cyborg a core part of the Justice League, in part because they wanted to diversify it a bit.
At the same time, the origin of the Justice League was retooled to be because of an invasion of Earth by Darkseid, tying in the New Gods and everything associated with them.
Now the idea I had was, if they wanted to both diversify the League and make Darkseid and the Fourth World stuff relevant, so relevant that it will be part of two films that cost hundreds of millions of dollars a piece, then why did they go with Cyborg of all characters?
I feel like a better idea would have been to add Orion to the League and just make him a little darker than he is usually drawn. Even dark brown or black. He is after all the son of Darkseid, a dark purple rock guy. This would both satisfy the diversity requirement, tie in Darkseid and the New Gods into the League, make certain audiences happy that a badass noble warrior god is a black dude, and be a much, much cooler and more interesting character than Cyborg could ever be.
After typing this out I've already seen a few holes in my logic, but I still think I am on to something.

They'd have to make Highfather and Mister Miracle black too for that to work, assuming the Pact is still in continuity.
Because Teen Titans
The easiest solution would've just been to make John Stewart the main GL, at least in respect to the wider public, but since DC/Johns were heavily pushing Hal at the time that was a no-no.

Who had the highest power level in Ed, Edd, & Eddy besidesEddy's brotherof course?
I'd say either Rolf when his family is dishonored, or Ed when he has a rock stuck in his shoe.
Eddy's Brother
Rolf
Ed
Kanker Sisters
Kevin
Johnny
Sarah
Nazz
Eddy
Plank
Edd
Jimmy
Jib
Ed
The Kankers (I put ed above them as it has been shown that he is unwilling to beat up girls. If he did, they'd be fucking dead.)
>>85842092
Plank > ""Great Universal Architect"" >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Edzilla > Lupo the butcher > Eddy's brother > Mad Ed > Rolf > Ed > Captain Melonhead > everyones else.
How was Streets of Gotham? Does it hold up to the other great titles that came out around the same time?
It earns its spot as a part of the best Bat Universe we've ever and will ever see.
>>85842089
Pretty good, worth a read.
>>85842089
It's a pretty good read if you have all the issues. It's pretty bad in ongoing form since Dini wasn't turning in scripts on time and you had either the backups being the only story or the main story being relegated to couple of pages worth of backups for several months on time. Very irritating imo.
Why does nobody like Superman?
>>85842046
I like superman
Therefore that statement in incorrect
>>85842046
Because Captain Marvel is better.
>>85842046
There's a lot of people who like Superman. It just that the number of people who like other characters is even bigger.
Here some old looney tunes stories.

Is this worth watching if I want something comfy?
There is an episode of this where Ewoks are turned into wood and stacked up to form some evil entity's totem pole.
I didn't even know what the fuck was going on when I watched it as a kid.
>>85841805
It's okay.
This show had the laziest-sounding intro theme I've ever heard
"We are the e-e-e-e-e-e-ewoks"
The dude who was singing, was barely even trying to hit the notes. You could hear the "lemme get this outta the way so I can get my check" in his voice
/co/, did I tell you about the inmune system?
>>85841611
it's amazing
>>85841670
cool thanks

Why aren't we seeing more Spider-Men shit now that Miles is in the 616?
Peter being a faggot
>>85841298
Because Peter hates Miles for some odd reason? In-between the lines, he doesn't seem to like him.
More? Spider man and its related characters have lije 10 books right now
in terms of legacy?
???
Define "legacy".
>>85841201
in terms of greatness, bibliography etc.
tbqh familio-dillio, No. Moore is one of those guys who has an insurmountable resume/legacy. He is one of those writers that even normalfags know about. Watchmen alone is one of the best comics ever crafted. Moore is a comic book's writer if you know what I mean. Priest is a good writer, don't get me wrong. But his legacy is nowhere near Moore status. Few in comics are up there with him in terms of legend status.
I-it's gonna come out.. right?
Or is itpast the sell-by-date

Something got posted for backers that I can't see because I knew better than to give John money. He said on Facebook "a few more scenes" like 9 months ago?
also a lot of it got spent on back surgery, so he went and got more gigs to finance it. At this point, whether it comes out or not has no effect on anyone at all. He's been throwing George into things hoping he'll stick for like how many years?
>>85841296
>He's been throwing George into things hoping he'll stick for like how many years?
For 25 years now. George Liquor is such a terrible character it's not even worth laughing at John K anymore. He's just beyond sad at this point.
I'm sure John does all hecan
I like this and I'm glad Brad Neely has a sketch show for all of his weird ideas.
Thoughts?Someday, I hope I get to have a show that utilizes all my idiosyncrasies.
I guess I don't care for this much. Weird isn't automatically funny. It feels like they are just throwing anything on the screen with the expectation that viewers will pretend to like it because of some mob mentality.
Keeps getting better.
But then, I've never seen his web stuff.
>>85841133
>with the expectation that viewers will pretend to like it because of some mob mentality.
>pretend to like something
Yeah, that's dumb.
