How do you deal with really stupid shit in comics that becomes canon?
Do you embrace it grudgingly, reject it outright and go back to older comics, or just ignore the official nonsense and just replace it with more acceptable headcanons?
Pic mostly unrelated. It's hard to ignore Identity Crisis though.

I do lots of complaining on /co/, and thenI go to read other company's books
I just drop the book
Happened with a lot of marvel stuff recently (read: last three years)
I ignore it, hope it gets retconned soon, and drop the book if I have to.

I keep wondering how far would she keep the charade if Aladdin didn't exposed himself like a retard
>>87813460
He didn't expose himself like a retard; he couldn't have foreseen Jafar seeing him in the reflection of Jasmine's crown.
True, Aladdin shouldn't have paused before grabbing the lamp, but if your girlfriend kissed a creepy old dude, wouldn't you lose focus for a second too?
How come Jafar didn't just hypnotize her with his staff
Is Green Goblin the most iconic and influential villain in all comics?
>>87812985
No, most people don't know there's been more than 2.

I don't get it.
Rewatching Avatar with my girlfriend. We're trucking through season two, and I'm reminded about how awful Mai is.
She is easily the flattest secondary character in the entire series.
>>87812686
There are a lot of flat girls in Avatar.
>>87812686
>girlfriend
back to ribbit with you
>>87812686
Funny, my girlfriend and I rewatched Avatar last year and we decided we hated Mai too.
We came up with a story where she and Jet get together, but because they're such massive whores they have every combination of STDs under the sun between the two of them. Their union produces a super STD which manifests itself as an eldritch horror.
NOW HERE WE STAND WITH THEIR BLOOD ON OUR HANDS
WE FOUGHT SO HARD NOW CAN WE UNDERSTAND
I was hoping deep down they'd grab a Metallica song, but this is great too.
>>87812886
I'm pretty sure there's not a single song they could use, not just because they probably couldn't get the rights, but I can't think of any Metallica song that goes without cussing for them to put in.

Is this possibly the most depressing comic of all time?
I think Calvin and Hobbes without Hobbes would be pretty harsh.

Looks like Tavicat by Rikki Simons.
A cat is fine too
I work at Cartoon Network, and I'll probably get fired for revealing this so early, but here goes.
CN is working on a reboot of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends to be released in either late 2017 or early 2018.
All I know so far is that Craig McCracken will NOT be coming back on it, since he's busy working at Disney.
I work at that guy's uncle and boy is it hard work.
My wife's son works at Disney and he says they're rebooting Wander Over Yonder.
>>87809847
I actually hope your not a troll because best waifu deserves new fanart (since once a show starts new fan art slowly decreases until it drys up. And fosters was never popular enough to get many drawfags. Plus, back in the day of the early 00's the general art level was lower than now)
>Helga: "Oh brother."
>Arnold: "Thanksgiving isn't going so hot this year, is it?"
>Helga: "What Thanksgiving? You mean this? Where's thanks giving Arnold? I don't see it. I've never had a real one. You've never had a real one.
>Arnold: "Yeah. You know what I've bean thinking?
>Helga: "What, that we should look on the bright side? That every cloud has a silver lining?"
>Arnold: "No, I just keep thinking of Mr. Simmons Thanksgiving play."
>Helga: "Huh, yeah. What a crock."
>Arnold: "But it was the perfect Thanksgiving, Helga. They had a beautiful meal and everybody got along. And they were all just thankful to be together."
>Helga: "You're right Arnold, except for just one thing. That was a play! It wasn't real life! This is real life."

Why shatter a child's innocence? It's inevitable, so why bring it sooner than later?
>>87810794
>children
>innocence
Just because you had a nice childhood doesn't mean that every person does.
the fuck is this guy?
A character with a complicated backstory and uncool powers
>>87809597
DC's Wolverine
>>87809597
A character, along with his spouse, in desperate need of a revamp
>kids could have made him happy
>she always wanted kids
Why didn't they work?
Didn't you watch the first season? He could never actually get it inside her.
Because Bojack is scared of the idea of children. This is shown in the very first episode. His fantasies of a perfect life with children are just escapism from his true cowardly, incapable self.
>>87809023
Because he knows that he's a total fuck up and would probably ruin the child's life. Again.
