/co/ I need your help.
A long time ago someone storytimed a comic on here. It was a collection of stories and I remember a few of them.
There was one where people wore bags on their heads, but when a man takes his bag off his girlfriend breaks up with him.
And there was one where a girl's grandfather had a camera for a head, and when he died his stomach exploded and film came out revealing that he's been taking pictures of his granddaughter's ass for years.
There was one where a girl got hit by a car and then became obsessed with eating baked goods and she gets really fat.
It was a great collection of comics, does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Pic unrelated but usually gets bumps

Well the rings
>Need intense focus, years of training, and the user must have prior knowledge/visualize the place they want to travel
While the stone

You need to focus when you use the Rings. You also have to have the destination in your mind. It would take years of practice to get "anywhere" and it's bound by how much the user knows.

The Space Stone is "Teleport wherever I want, fuck you"

Teaser/variant by Paul McCaffrey

>The Inhuman Royal Family will be featured in a new ongoing comic book series called Royals by writer Al Ewing and artist Jonboy Meyers.

>The new book is launching in April 2017 out of Marvel’s Ressurxion initiative that acts as a new chapter for both the Inhumans and the X-Men after their clash in December’s Inhumans vs. X-Men event. Royals will be the first of several new Inhumans-themed comics to debut in 2017.

>The cast features classic, royal Inhumans Medusa, Black Bolt, Crystal, and Gorgon; newer “Nuhumans” Flint and Swain; and surprise addition Marvel Boy. The story sees the group returning to the Inhumans’ space roots as they travel to the remains of the Kree homeworld and beyond to discover the origin of Terrigenesis, the chemical process that gives Inhumans their powers.

>“It's not the first time the Royals have been to space, admittedly, but I promise they've never been this far out before. I wanted to create a myth from the future, a quest to find answers and meaning in the face of extinction,” Ewing told us in an email interview. “In some ways, this is similar to my run on [Loki: Agent of Asgard], the thing that'll let me explore ideas of myth and metaphor, that'll allow me to play around on a grand tapestry. And the further out I get, the bigger I can go. I want to take this book to a place where Marvel-Earth -- the Marvel Galaxy -- isn't even a speck in the sky.”

>As for why they’re seeking out the origin of Terrigenesis, Ewing teased, “Let's just say that Terrigenesis is... not working out great the way it currently is. It's doing terrible things to the mutant population, and it's roaming the Earth as a giant cloud, and really, knowing more about it doesn't seem like that crazy an idea, even if it does take the form of a giant space quest.”
204 posts and 13 images submitted.
>>
>Right from the get-go, Ewing is making sure readers are aware this adventure is serious business by letting them know that while seven are going forth, only six are going to come back alive.

>“It's a quest, and quests should have some kind of consequence to them,” he said. “Plus, if I told you ‘Anyone could die, honest!’... well, you wouldn't believe me. It'd be just more high stakes, like in every issue of every cape comic ever. But if I tell you that someone will die, that it's prophesied, baked in, suddenly there really are high stakes. One of these people is going to go to the far shore and not come back. And you're going to fall in love with all of these characters, so it's going to matter when it happens.”

>With this band of Inhumans traveling into space, the likes of Karnak and Lockjaw will stay behind with the Nuhumans on Earth. As for why newer characters Swain and Flint made the cut, Ewing said they were just too interesting to leave behind. As for Marvel Boy, Ewing hinted that he’s there because he knows an important piece of information that will prove vital to the Inhumans.

>Marvel Boy is the outlier, the x-factor. I'm kind of combining [Kieron Gillen's] characterization with the ‘Lord of Force and Fire’ from [Grant Morrison], then putting my own spin on it,” Ewing said. “He's very necessary to the mission, because he's a Kree from an alternate dimension. And he's realized that there's one piece of common knowledge in his world that just isn't know about in the dimension he ended up in. Imagine going to a dimension where oil hadn't been discovered... well, knowing what we know now, you might want to keep quiet, but it's that kind of magnitude. There's something Marvel Boy knows about the Inhumans that they don't. Yet.”

>Artist Jonboy Meyers recently left DC’s Teen Titans comic book series over creative differences, which freed him up to take on Royals at Marvel.

>didn't like it when I was a little kid because I thought it was boring
>started to enjoy it right around the time the show was ending, though I mostly only thought Grandma was funny
>occasionally saw re-runs on Nicktoons in the mid-to-late-00s but have only ever seen a fraction of the episodes
>recently picked up an old "The Helga Stories" VHS at Goodwill and thoroughly enjoyed it
>find out the whole show is on Hulu and that the Jungle Movie is being made
Let's talk about the show, because I'm pretty sure it will be one of my favorites by the time I'm done with it. Now that I understand it better Helga is such a complex, tragic character, and also kind of cute. I thought she was annoying as a kid.
The writing seems great and it's a pretty long-running show, is it good the whole way through?
Will the Jungle Movie and Samurai Jack S5 redeem 2017?

For every interesting Helga episode there's two or three generic cartoon hijinks episodes.

One of the best Helga episodes is an intercut bit between her and Arnold both dreaming about them being married because for once Helga is all whimsy and light while Arnold gets into serious shit.

>Birthdays are normally a time for celebration. However, on his thirteenth birthday, Damian Wayne isn’t in the mood for festivities. Ra’s Al Ghul, notorious leader of the League of Assassins and Damian’s grandfather, has the young man in his sights. Damian has a simple choice: come back to the League and complete his rite of passage into adulthood or stand with the ragtag group of teenage heroes he’s assembled and beat back the assassins who are after their lives.

There was a panel called "TV Game changers" with rebecca sugar, alex hirsch,Lauren Faust, craig mckracken and butch hartman. Nobody is talking about it even tough they said a lot of interesting stuff.Heres the info i could find.
>Panel opened with clips to introduce the creators. They played the SU theme song for Rebecca and EVERYBODY sang along haha
>Started out with how Craig and Butch got into making cartoons in the late 80s/early 90's. Then Lauren talked about going from Iron Giant to working on PPG bc she liked to draw 2d.
>Rebecca talked about how she wanted to be in animation but do her comics on the side, but was surprised that she was going to be able to tell the kind of stories she wanted to tell with cartoons. She talked about how Pen was really encouraging with her on adventure time to be honest with her work.
>Alex knew he had a vision of the show he wanted so he was really strict with his story people, and made sure he took part in writing everything. He felt the spontaneous and loose style of Flapjack wouldnt have worked for a show with continuity. Really admires Rebecca for making it work and asked her how she managed to make it work. He talked about being in school and being baffled that people would rather make boring old props for Pixar when there was a 'clear path to having your own show' through storyboarding.

>Lauren talked about her struggles with finding a studio that would let her make a 'girl show'. Finally found success with MLP because they absolutely weren't looking for boy audiences (cue audience laughter). She also talked about working for DC and said that the reason that CN didnt want Super Best Friends Forever was because they already had a girl show with Steven Universe. Rebecca got super flustered about it for a moment haha and then they talked about how lame it was there wasn't more girl shows on tv.
>Butch talked about how he sold Danny Phantom on the name alone at a dinner with a Nickelodeon Exec one evening. Alex said he was developing a show named "Jimmy Spookums".
>Everybody talked about what they were currently working on. Craig said that SU and Gravity Falls really paved the way for continuity in cartoons so he's developing a show with a solid beginning middle and end structure. Lauren is working on a new project she cant talk about, but is really excited about, and Butch talked about his new project and threw some toys from it into the audience (like.. troll things I think? dont quite remember).
>Alex said he's working on a 'dream project' supposedly a movie, but cant say anything other than that. He also said his phone was ringing off the hook after GF but he took a year off to travel the world. Rebecca wished they could trade places for a day and he said that nobody would notice and then did an impression of Grunkle Stan if he appeared on SU: "Hey you Crystal Gemulets!" Rebecca is in the trenches on SU but feels like what they're currently working on is "very ambitious".
