Our McNinja took off his mask, at last, and went out dressed as one of the guards.

MORE RANDY MOMENTS! THE FUCKING GUY IS THE BEST THING ABOUT THAT SHOW, MOSTLY IGNORED THIS SEASON!!!!! FUUCCCCKKKKKK!!!!!!!!! sorry Randy rage........
>>88127956
The biggest sin was that it wasn't well written. Even if you don't like the the show it was always a solid, well written show. The next biggest sin was the continuous story line and not stand alone shows. It was also too timely and not timeless. I don't want to re-watch them
>>88127956
Randy is something you need to do in doses. If you go full-Randy, you ruin him.
>>88128624
Continuity is not a mistake, it was one of the most welcome changes when it first began. At least, for me. Bite-sized episodes are fine, but SP needed to stretch its legs and try things.
You may be right about making it too topical to be timeless, though. Odds are people are going to be talking about the Trump election for a long time, however.
What are some comics that feel silent hill esque? Less so on the spooks, moreso on the comfy lonely atmosphere that dips into hardcore industrial horror and is mostly implicational in the story.
And yed, I'm aware of the comics based on the shitty western games.
Check out IDW's Littlest Pet Shop
Read House of Leaves. Not a comic, but it has much of what you asked for. Though it is not industrial.
For comics, try Stray Toasters. Not really horror either, but it has a certain feel of dreamlike anxiety that is great. Plus, it is a very good comic.
Another good surreal comic is Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron.
Also, Downpour was a good attempt. It wasn't as good as the orignal trilogy, but it was better than The Room and Homecoming.
Hypothetically speaking, would you be willing to pay top dollar to see a baseball game between the Avengers and the JL, if they all were real?
if they played with regulation equipment, every batter would destroy the ball
>>88127542
That'd be massively unfair with guys like Flash and Superman.
If they balanced the teams properly and played at a speed a normal human could perceive then maybe.
>>88127542
No, because Superman will always win, the Flash homeruns every bunt, and Manhunter will never let them hit the ball.
Now if it were a battle of the bands I would
help me watch static shock.I have seen all noteworthy toons of the last 30 years. I have been hearing good buzz about static shock(have not seen it as a kid) but first few eps were hard to watch, especially in 480p(since its an old show) Do you have any plot spoilers that would make me want to power thoughts the meh bits?
There's an episode about a white kid shooting up the school.
Richie becomes a superhero in the 3rd season.

Anyone else think Static and Gear were Booster and Beetle 2.0?
Welcome to Salty Spitoon.

Commander Lightning Wizard was a bit of a mouthful

Because after DC sued Fawcett there was a long period of time where no Captain Marvel comics were published. Marvel took advantage of this and picked up the Captain Marvel trademark for their own hero so when DC started making their own Captain Marvel comics in the 70's it had to be called Shazam
If Marvel goes too long without publishing a Captain Marvel book they could lose the trademark themselves
>>88127149
>Captain Marvel movie gets release, right at the same time the superhero movie bubble bursts
>Bombs in the box office
>Captain Marvel volume forty fucking one gets cancelled
>Marvel doesn't release anything Captain Marvel-related
>Sometime later, DC gets its trademark back
>The Little Prince
>Ballerina
>new Miyazaki film is going to be CG
How does /co/ feel about the fact that Europe and Japan are finally starting to embrace CG?
>>88126464
Who cares as long as Europe keeps its trend of cultural inspirations and not succumbing to pop-culture and fandomshit.
"CG is inherently bad" is a stupid meme for people who want to sound like they have taste.
Is that Ballerina movie any good?
And was it originally a French movie dubbed in English or is is actually English.
>>88127957
Ballerina doesn't have a wide release yet. Based on Wikipedia, it's a French film but they did an English dub only. I haven't seen a French language trailer.

Wait, when did Princess Carolyn turn into a mouse?
Are they bad guys or good guys?
They're good guys when written correctly.
they're incompetent good guys
They're SHIELD, as in the assholes in charge who do more harm than good, but nothing seems to go wrong for them.
