Is there any comics where God is the bad guy?

Lucifer.
>>88847228
Spwan if I remember correctly

What does /co/ think about "What's Wrong with Truth, Justice and the American Way?"
>>88846114
>Butchered the title
Well shit, ruined my own thread before it began.
>>88846114
I think it's great finish to a great storyline, which was basically an answer to Ellis' The Authority.
Is it actually worth a read?
>People idolize this fucking speech
Literally a one paragraph long "no u"
>>88845084
not to mention it basically explains why there will always be war and we can't "all just get along"
we all stand up for what we believe in, and we all believe different things. In any given disagreement, a maximum of one party can be right, and even that's not very common. standing up for incorrect beliefs intrinsically harms everyone. on the other hand, remove the right to stand up for your beliefs, and you almost certainly just eliminated the rare chance of being right from the equation entirely.

Hydra pls

Why they don't have human villains in SU? This is huge plot potential wasting Imo
It's easier to get graphic violence on air when the thing being mutilated is a vestigial living hologram.
>>88844256
but they wouldnt be a menace.the CGS can just wipe them out
>>88844256
Because you are watching Being a Faggot is Ok and Tumblr disguised as a cartoon for kids.
Pretty much why we had no Hunt for Malachite arc or why the Cluster was solved and explained in 3 mere episodes
From Bendis' tumblr post teasing 2017 stuff
Get ready
they really should just announce him on Defenders for Hire
>>88843867
so this is his "totally not just following netflix" defenders?
If Luke winds up cucking Danny I'm going to send Bendis fucking death threats.
ITT: Characters who have never been good and have no reason to exist
>the shitty short hair alone
god help us all!!
>>88843632
LITERALLY NO REASON TO EXIST!
>>88843632
For porn only
Cartoon foods you've always wanted to eat
But those are real.
>>88842869
explain
You're in charge of the War Machine movie
What do you do?
Hard mode: No Iron Man or leg recovery story
>>88839849
Rhodey is of course working with the Air Force, fights AIM who is in the process of creating Super-Adaptoid. He comes to terms with his legs maybe not ever recovering, but maybe starts to rely on and enjoy his time in the armor (which helps him walk) too much. Big final battle has Rhodey and the Air Force against an AIM base. Idk. I don't have a story.
Do Agent Venom but with MCU Rhodes.
Have Riri stand in for Mania.
Deadpool hijacks Air Force One. The plot literally writes itself.
Serious Question
Why did Bryke fuck up so bad with Korra that it killed off any chance we ever had of getting another Avatar series, while Last Airbender was a success and a master piece? Did they just stop caring around season 2? Because that's when I noticed things started going downhill. I remember when everyone was so excited for it when it premiered and then any one that wasn't into cancerous lesbian shipping just lost interest. That finale was huge spit in the face.
Because Bryke had no fucking talent and were lucky enough to get carried through the first series by actual good writers who did not show up for Korra.
>>88838709
There were several problems, I'll just list some. I'm not going to talk about the pandering because altough it was irritating it wasn't nearly the biggest problem and there was some feminist and environmentalist pandery episodes in the first series too.
>The Avatar skips through 3 elements worth of training completely
>Effectively half of team Avatar is introduced more or less instantly
>Team Avatar is a carbon copy mixup of the old Team Avatar
>None of the villains "points" were ever adressed and each one was defeated in a stupid manner with the Avatar learning nothing (granted, this didn't work in the original either, but you'd expect them to learn their lesson)
>Speaking of which, the Avatar didn't have to learn anything or grow as a person or become smarter.
>The show didn't do all that much new stuff with the show and dropped the mystery element completely (e.g. the spirit world was made too simple and revealed too quickly)
>The show bastardized the old characters except Zuko and maybe Katara
>Exploration didn't happen as much, and the world managed to become plain. Even if the city was the focus, they didn't really make it interesting
>>88838709
Not to deny Bryke's shittiness, but Nickelodeon has also gone down the crapper.
The Last Airbender wouldn't have survived if it came out in modern Nick.
When was the last time you actually paid for a comic? And what did you buy?
>>88838538
Bought Prince of Cats and Corto Maltese on Christmas with a gift card.
Last week: Seven to Eternity and Savage. I also bought Monster Perfect Edition Vol 5.
>>88838538
Ordered kabuki 3 and 4 and the 52 omnibus off amazon
>2017
>Marvel makes good movies but their comics are shit
>DC writes good comics but their movies are shit
Am I right?
I liked the DC movies, so no.
>>88838411
>DC writes good comics
I hope they get around to this soon.
>>88838411
>DC writes good comics
Only the delusional contrarians think this.
Those of us with discernible tastes know that all the shit published by the big two have been shit lately.
Say something nice about season TWENTY FOUR of The Simpsons!
>>88837316
Which one was that?
>>88837316
Is that the one where Homer found out he had a diaper fetish?
>>88837325
The one that came after the twenty third season
But that doesn't make any sense. I thought movie synergy and diverse diversity with diverse characters was supposed to do that.

I will never understand this. Expand your audience, of course, but don't push away the one you already have.
>Doorman's boss Oblivion is pissed at him
>Big Bertha's regular form got fat somehow (how does that even happen?)
>Mr. Immortal become an alcoholic and then buried himself to get clean
>Flatman used to be a barista and just used his powers to serve coffee
How can there be more character development in GLA than in all of Marvel's "big" lines? Because it's the GLA, that's how. GLA thread. Can anyone storytime Issue #1? I have 2 and 3 but I missed the debut. Also, Goodboy's secret identity a cutie
reminder that Slott used to be a good writer
>>88835898
Slott was never good. Name me a good Slott story, I dare ya.
Big Bertha is fucking hot in this art style.
