Now I'm no biologist, but wouldn't that include the body of any living being? So unless she's fighting a robot she's pretty much vulnerable to any punch or kick.

You can just chuck an uprooted tree or a bolder at her, whittle down a stick to a sharp edge and impale her, or David and goliath her ass with a sling.

ITT: Shows that traumatized you as a kid.
I didn't find this show bad nor disturbing at all. Shame it got so much heat when it was airing. I still don't understand the reason people attacked it.

Why is Wolverine so popular? It's just some guy with knives in his hands.
He's the best at what he dus, bub, an' what he duz ain't very nice like either...so why don't ya shutyertrap
>>89151267
I saw some thing from the 90s where they were asking Marvel staffers why Wolverine was so popular, and two answers (from John Byrne, and I can't remember who the other was) stood out as making some kind of sense and seeming like possible explanations.
1. He doesn't take shit. "He's the kind of superhero we'd all like to be if we were honest with ourselves", I believe was one of the quotes. Their basic points was that he doesn't let it stand if anybody fucks with him and will fuck them up.
2. His weapons are in his body, so you can't ever take them away from him. This makes him unique compared to other heroes that use weapons. Like you could put blanks in Punisher's guns, cut the power supply to Iron Man's armor, hide Cap's shield, etc., but you can never take Wolverine's weapons away from him.
I also saw an article on some faggy blog years ago that said Wolverine was the modern equivalent of Tarzan, i.e. the "savage man in the modern world" archetype, so there's another theory.
Personally, my favorite explanation came from /fit/ (of all places). They said (paraphrasing) "Cyclops is an alpha male. Wolverine has no use for the social order at all and goes his own way."
>>89151355
>cyclops
>alpha male
Obligatory
In any case those things are all valid in a way I guess....personally I've just always liked Wolverine, he's a gruff and tumble guy, he's not supposed to be the best looking guy in the world, he's not some pretty boy, he's an every man much more than the typical comic book presentation of an "every man", Wolvie actually feels like he is rather than simply being presented as such.
Just finished Trollhunters and thought it was really good, though it took me a while to get past the cg since I'm a traditional animation fag. Apparently it's based on a book series, but I can't seem to find out anything about the books. Does anyone know how different the series is vs the books?
Best character was Aargh.
Did I just miss all the Trollhunters conversation or has /co/ not seen it?
It was good. Not stand out. Or at least it is what I wish an average cartoon was as opposed to the low quality that is the actual average cartoon.

The first.
I own the book but hasn't read it yet. Has a mature language warning on the back and seems like he is living with his dad and the Mexican chick is British or something.
Does anybody remember how he got defeated in the first episode?
>>89151225
I dont know Inever finished the episode.
I would have if I watched the rest of it.
>>89151225
he had to go to the um... um...

What additional power would you give Superman and Captain America?
Summon a tiny clone of himself that borrows the rest of his powers
Turn into a werewolf
>>89277778
Superman's got enough powers as it is, and Cap only needs some way to explain how his shield always comes back to him.
Like Americaforce.

The power of homosexuality?
Kinda bored right now so I guess I'll post some art of Jessica Rabbit.
SLAYYYYY!
reminder that instead of using an established character, a founding Avenger, the first solo Wasp series is about this random teenager made for movie synergy and this comic is written by a bronyfag.

>This, finally, is a hero we deserve
Have we truly been so horrible as to deserve this era of shit
>Unapologetically feminist
Jesus fucking christ that is not a phrase used for promoting anything.
Has anyone else been underwhelmed by this, especially compared to their Young Animal line? For something that was so hyped, most of Rebirth runs are straight out mediocre to only decent. N52 and DCYou were inconsistent, but they still gave us some great runs.
>>89276422
No?
>>89276422
I agree.
Wonder Woman has been far less interesting Rucka's second time around and that was the hypest title coming in. I was expecting a lot out of The Flash thanks to Willimason's other work and man what a letdown that's been. Titans hasn't REALLY gone anywhere with the Rebirth plot even though it seems like the most natural place -- it's just another boring rehash.
At least Superman has been good.
>>89276422
No. It's been objectively great. You just have shit taste, try Marvel Now 2.0
How many women have hit on, flirted, and successfully romanced Spider-Man? And this is just the Peter Parker version.

Create a super hero who gets the power of a mantis shrimp, increased accomodating to the size of a human being.
How strong would he be?
What outfit, rogue gallery etc.?
DC or Marvel?
In later issues he gets additional powers from different kinds of crustaceans like the pistol shrimp.
>How strong would he be?
Planet buster.
>What outfit?
Pic related with boxing gloves
>Rogue gallery etc.?
He rises to the challenge when bizarro Atlantis appears on Earth, his rogues gallery is a variety of bizarro Atlanteans and other fish/crab monsters. Him and regular Aquaman don't get along either though.
>DC or Marvel?
DC
