When would you say he stopped giving a shit about this role? I'd say Arkham City.
He could not possibly sound more bored in all those DTVs.
>>89812667
He should have tried more roles.
He was pretty cool as the phantom stranger.
>>89812667
wasn't he going to retire like 5 years ago?
I feel kinda bad that all hes voiced for 20 years is Batman pretty much, but also I don't know what his voice is outside of Batman...
>>89812667
when he realized that he could just print money giving DCAUfags nostalgia boners for the rest of his career
His anus will never be the same

Was this show any good?
>>89812385
Yes, but it ends abruptly just as it starts to really gear up.
The opening multiparter is great, but then it slips into entirely episodic stories for a season and a half. It does give origins to a lot of the weirdos who went unexplained in the old show and all the world-building pays off as they introduce different races, environments and mythology aspects. It's just not done at a serialized pace.
It gets great when the Snake Men show up and we the writers get more ambitious. But it ends right when they reveal the origin of the Power Sword and introduce Hordak, so you're left with blueballs at the end.
The toyetic stuff is so in-your-face it's actually pretty funny, but that's what makes He-Man enjoyable.

Sounds just like the ThunderCats reboot.

Yeah just about.

I don't want to shit on voice acting, but the designs and writing are more important than them. Do we know what the new show will look like yet?
This is a good thing.
But who will be cast as Carlos?
What I've always wanted. Another reboot.
So Gummy Bear Show episode "Two Tickets" just came out, which is kinda like another show's ticket episode.
Though there was an episode called "The Contest" where just like the Seinfeld episode they had to do no smiling laughing or singing. I think the show's alright for a baby show.
>>89812063
what the fuck is that?
>>89812286
a secret mad scientist little people neighbor lady
>>89812063
>Gummy Bear Show
people genuinely watch this?
>that time when Cat went beserk and destroyed everyone in the monster truck arena, scaring everyone there, including Dog
>tfw Cat destroyed a monster truck in a single punch
The placement of my sides was stratospheric
>that time the world shit on Catdog for no reason
>that episode when Cat got in trouble with an international banking cabal and they had to fly away in a broken vespa while Cat yelled about the jew stranglehold on the media
How did they even get away with this on TV
Are you gonna watch it, /co/?

Would Cerebus be better if Dave Sim hadn't gone insane, or was his descent into madness essential to it becoming a masterpiece?
It's mostly worth reading for the mental breakdown, tbqh. The storytelling itself has has many flaws as it does qualities, probably more.
>>89811239
>or was his descent into madness essential to it becoming a masterpiece?
Pretty much.
> was his descent into madness essential to it becoming a masterpiece?
It was. Maybe someone who knows his personal history better can help clarify, but Sim having a mental breakdown after doing too much LSD is what lead to Cerebus ditching the early Sword and Sorcery parody to go on to High Society, Church and State, Jaka's Story, and Melmoth. This is the period that people hold in incredible high regard when they talk about Cerebus today, especially Church&State and Jaka's Story
The stuff after that was a result of Sim's clearly scared mental state. The divorce from his wife lead into the Mothers&Daughters story with the infamous "Reads." And the last third of Cerebus was devoted to his personal religion
It still somehow had a great ending
Why is she such a cuck, /co/?
>>89810719
He's literally the one who was chasing behind her all the time while she's moving from one guy to another.
>>89810767
The only evidence you have of him chasing her is that shitty Batgirl wedding issue we all agreed to ignore. He constantly bails on her.
>>89810719
Dick is a turboslut and you can't turn a whore into a housewife.
She needs to go find herself a nice comfy beta and settle already.
I've been starving myself for the past 3 days in order to lose weight, and I'm really starting to lose my mind.

Co, if you had bought the 600 dollars pledge, what kind of stories would you ask Taeshi to draw?
I would ask paulo's dad and sue's mom getting married and both paulo and sue have to deal with being siblings.

I blame that anon who wanted to continue that boring mike "discussion" in a new thread
Should I watch this?
if you wanna
worth a squirt in my opinion
If you're heavily intoxicated and it's the year 2000, sure!
>>89810139
desu I'm wary of rewatching this because it might sully my memories of watching it with mates in school
LOL
Haha, non-scientists are a literal underclass of subhumans lol.
>implying it's not always scientists who think they know more than experts about areas of knowledge they have no experience in
It's comics like xkcd that show me how Sheldon from TBBT is actually pretty realistic.
