Remember when Marvel focused on telling fun, relatively independent stories that happened to take place in the same overarching universe instead of every single thing being a huge universe-shattering event
No, because the first big Marvel superhero crossover happened within two years of Timely's existence and it disrupted the storylines of both Human Torch and Sub-Mariner.

Anon do you actually read comics?
>>89815915
yes,
but then again I wasn't an avid comic reader and my only interaction with marvel was the runaways
Ok, don't get me wrong, I'm all for LGBT+ inclusivity,.
But I'm trying to support the ending to Legend of Korra, but I really can't, am I missing something that Korrasami shippers caught onto?

They had been flirting since the beginning of Book 3. And the relationship had only just started at the end of the series; it's not like they got married at the finale. I think it was built up decently well. Except for Makorra shippers. They were blindsided.
DC trinities
>Wonder Woman / Batman / Superman
>Donna / Nightwing / Supergirl
>Wonder Girl / Red Robin / Superboy (Kon)
> Artemis / Red Hood / Bizarro
> ??? / Robin / Superboy (Jon)
is this right? DC should make a daughter/son for WW to fill the new trilogy?
There is even a trilogy legacy?
>>89815573
You forgot Wonder-Woman / Bat-Man / Super-Man.

Diana doesn't have a daughter. Unless you count Lyta Trevor, but nobody remembers her.
Circe has a kid though, also named Lyta. ... But nobody at DC remembers her either.
Supergirl is not really like Dick or Donna. Biggest reason of course is that Superkids defaulted to the LoSH for a while. Kon only slipped through because DC divorced the Superbooks and LoSH for about a decade or so in there so while they had a few stories it wasn't his main team.

Done.
Wait a second, why he took a shit on my floor?
Just make new episodes. Keep the old formula but with new situations. Avoid references to iPhones or memes as much as possible. Have some jokes about old Hannah and Barbara animation. Add a waifubait park ranger. Done

It's still a bit weird how the video from their pitch four years ago looks better than the pilot they just finished making, but I'm glad they never gave up on it. They just released a new clip - this time it's in English.

Here's the original pitch.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhOd6tfxISA
Perhaps the show isn't anything special - not to most people, at least - but I just genuinely like how they continued to work on it even when all of their big plans for it failed. They even created a fan page in 2013 and uploaded various art every holiday in order to promote the show. The show that never even had any fans to warrant a fan page in the first place.

I don't actually think the original pitch looked better, myself. It used a lot of really unpleasant morphing. The main characters faces might have been a little more pleasant, I'll say that, but possibly less expressive. This new pilot isn't exactly a masterpiece either, though.
Frankly the insistence on the characters being in a real place rather than an animated one is jarring. It works if it's well animated, but this isn't. It also clearly depends almost entirely on tweens for motions and such, and it's really not pleasant looking. The characters CONSTANTLY moving is just visually aggravating honestly.
I feel like, even if they just HAD to keep footage from real life in the cartoon, 80% of the other problems would be solved by letting the characters stand still for half a microsecond. I know they're probably trying to make it feel "real" but it just doesn't work with tween-heavy animation.
>>89813073
>I never tried that before, so I'll definitely be able to do that
>that's from Pippi Longstocking
Okay, this is now confirmed for good writing.
And despite the Flash stuff, it's animated as well as something low budget can be.
Who has the most underrated villains and why is it Power Pack?

Probably because their only major ones were, what, Bogeyman and the Snarks?
Though these guys did reappear in a Luke Cage story.
