Does anyone here remember this show? I was only about like 1 when it actually came out, but I ended uo watching the whole series in 1 night. It's the single most underrated show in cartoon history.

I can't be the only one who remembers this movie. They showed it on cartoon network or Nickelodeon or something along time ago when I was a little kid. It's a cartoon movie about a friendly gorilla, a wise cracking. Parrot and a singing cheetah who escaped from captivity to go on adventure, to find the USA. I remembered it being funny when they kept pronounicing USA as you-wah-saw. It's 2D animated, and for the life of me, I can't remeber the title of the movie. Was it a movie? Or a show that never made it pass episode one? Get right on it /co/ please!

So, I just viewed this for the first time finally and jesus fuck....talk about underwhelming, I knew literally everything that was going to happen five steps before it did, even the most cliche gun toting action flicks have better immersion than this....this literally felt like Iron Man: Reskinned, only not as good since you know, the original Iron Man was good because it was ORIGINAL, not a watered down tired formula like we have at this point

The villain was stock, the support characters were stock, the hero was stock, the only thing impressive was some of the visuals but that isn't why I watch a movie, even a fucking CGI laden blockbuster needs to try harder than that to entertain, and furthermore I gotta say the MCU seems to have a real talent at making amazing powers seem marginalized , generic, and unimpressive.....the only recent film I can think of that made me think "wow those are some cool powers" was Ant-Man, and that film suffered from some of the other things I'm talking about anyway

So what the fuck? Will Marvel ever take a chance and deliver something really good or are they just gonna ride the wave of dicksucking that's currently going on, which by the way, won't last?

Is the way that Marvel's psychics casually poke around in people's heads supposed to be even remotely defensible?

Like, I remember in the olden times, back before Charles Xavier's character had been as thoroughly villainized, he seemed to promote psychics showing restraint at most times and only pushing people's brains around in case of emergencies

But right around I wanna say the Morrison era, Emma comes onto the main team and she basically does what she wants to whoever she wants whenever she wants with her powers, with only her flimsy moral fiber as a filter. And everyone else seemed to follow suit, even Xavier, retroactively.

So... that's fucked up, right? Like their behavior is justification enough for a significant bit of mutant paranoia. I'm surprised even the other X-Men don't all go around in Magneto helmets.

Starfire's 80s hair
feels rushed in terms of emotion and story
wonder girl whiny
Deathstroke felt like a one issue villian with dumb motives.
the useless drama and quarrel with the JL

Overall nice 7/10
Fresh spin on the titans down the road from the animated series which introduced me.

>On the latest episode of Collider Movie Talk, host John Campea stated he has heard from three separate sources involved with Warner Bros. over the last four days that Affleck is looking to leave the role of Batman. Along with a warning to take what he’s heard with a grain of salt, Campea said:
