That second one is a review, not an interview, OP. Something of interest from it:
>Even the opening credits — once of Aku reciting the legend of how he flung his nemesis through a time portal to the future — is now told from Jack’s perspective, reinforcing a more psychological story.
ISSA FOUR STAR SHOW.

>Rating: Very good — Damn fine television
I remember some review sites calling Berserk 2016 "Damn good anime" so I'm not convinced
I know the ...Space series is more popular on /co/, but I just rewatched ...Life last week for the first time in probably 15 years and I wanted to share my thoughts.
Note that my nostalgia goggles are on.
Backgrounds are still gorgeous and grandiose, whoever designed them really makes you feel the infinitely big in the infinitely small.
Music is still top tier and very fitting (although repetitive) https://youtu.be/07rLlqgS3YU
Character designs are pretty cool and represent what they should pretty well, I especially like the general scifi feel of the white blood cells police and the fact that different viruses are all different variants of the same characters.
Animation is janky as all fuck and reused a lot, and at least in French you can obviously tell they animated before recording any dialogue or maybe even before writing it, so a lot of talking happens when the characters' mouths are closed. (French) VA is pretty solid considering, although it's obvious they only had like 5 actors.
The science in it still seems pretty up to date and is relatively well presented. I like that the show doesn't shy away from throwing its hands in the air and going "who knows?" about the mysteries of science rather than providing ready-made answers or awkwardly dancing abround the topics.
Those episodes about aging and death really don't hold a lot of blows, I felt for the grandad character despite him being litterally introduced only for those topics. Also the segue into ...Space in the 2nd half of the last episode feels pretty out of place.
Psi is still a top tier waifu.
8.5/10, comfy as fuck overall, will re-rewatch one of these days.

My body is full of electric jazz? That's awesome, I have the best soundtrack.
Between all the Once Upon a Time... series, and C'est Pas Sorcier, it was good growing up as a french kid.
The space ship designs by Manchu were'nt half-bad either.
The concepts presented are a bit outdated from time to time (they are really wrong about the differenciation of tastebuds, iirc) but it doesn't really matter to kids. They can correct their views when they reach highschool.
A must watch for all anons that have kids and want to interest them in sciences, history and other scholarly pursuits.
Btw, the series is being restored and rerun on Fr4 and Ludo.fr.

>Psi is still a top tier waifu.
You're goddam right.
>>90280756
>My body is full of electric jazz?
Makes sense. Regulated but chaotic, changes in rythms but always following one, a bit repetitive, and extremely alive.
Honestly for a 31 year old show it's incredible that not more of it is outdated.
I watched so many educational shows as a kid (C'est Pas Sorcier, but also an great educational anime named ORDY that was shown on A2/FR3 https://youtu.be/Ze1-nOmE81o ) but I ended up a security guard :(.
>>90280756
>all that white cell brutality
What was the best Amalgam comic and why was it THORION OF THE NEW ASGODS
>this will never be an ongoing in your lifetime
Feels bad, mang
>>90280352
Hell yeah

That's not Bruce Wayne, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
>>90281291
This.
What went wrong?
I mean, they reached their kickstarter goal, right?
Whatever went wrong, it's not on us, and that's all that matters.
>>90280124
Not a sequel, and has no dancing/ singing animals
Dude says it right on the Wikipedia page, and even if he was just taking the piss out of people, I wouldn't doubt that's the reason why it's taking so long/ not gonna happen
>>90280395
The Kickstarter was to make story panels if I remember right.
It was never a sure thing, merely funding for them to make a prototype.
How disappointed were you by this movie?
Not as much as your parents are with you.
not at all i thought it more than lived up to the first one
I was dissapointed it didn't get the oscar
Anyone else reading infamous ironman? It's a lot better than it should be.
Well it might not be saying much, but I guess it is his best work in years.
>>90279692
I do enjoy DoomStark
So is there a decent explanation of why Doom is specifically the new Iron Man instead of someone he actually had a meaningful relationship with or just a new hero himself?
What does this expression convey /co/?
>>90279679
"But she said her second-favorite song was 'Just Friends.' That hypocritical mothball Jezebel!"
>>90279679
It's hard to say. Amphibian and/or merpeople are difficult to read.
>>90279750IMPERIUS REX!
Is /co/ still excited? It almost been like 4 years
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Bq8zUh919I
At least maxwell still keeps up on updates with it unlike most backers.
>>90279767
That's really the only reason I still have hope
I didn't even know it was still going. That's nice.
Prime Time or Super Cyborg?
>>90279644
Cyborg Prime.
>>90279670
W-what?
>>90279644
Prime.
Cyborg wouldn't care about the status quo.
When does Batman sleep?
He only needs couple of hours of sleep, like three or four.
>>90279119
when you are not reading.
>>90279119
He taught himself ways to take micronaps so he can somehow function on a fraction of the sleeptime.
The Oscar goes too...My Little Pony: The Movie
>>90277953
I know it's not going to happen but i want to see MLP to win just for the epic burn.
Smurfs has got my vote desu.
Coco will win.
Last time I saw this was when it came out as kid, just rewatched it and dropped tears at how beautiful scenes Prince of Egypt has.
I'd be hard pressed to mention a more powerful scene from any animated movie ever than "Deliver Us"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biVEtQQ_9mo
YOU WHO I CALLED BROTHER.
Can't believe they got away with giving God a vilain song.
>>90277593
I love this movie. So well done
I haven't read many x-comics and I've never read anything related to legion, but this has become my absolute favorite show of 2017.
Where should I start in the comics to get my fix in between shows?
Also general show discussion. Who do you think the devil with the yellow eyes is?
I have to admit I was bored out of my mind during episode 2. Didn't even finish it.
>>90277185
>Who do you think the devil with the yellow eyes is?
An original creation for the most part serving the same purpose as the Professor Y personality. It being Mojo or Shadow King, as others have speculated, doesn't make much sense to me.
>>90277801
Yeah I was getting a little lost in the dream sequences myself, but the claustrophobic MRI machine scene pulled me back in. What did you think was real boring?
>>90278095
Yeah that's a good point. I've only heard of the shadow king theory myself.
