>“Justice League,” the Zack Synder-directed DC Extended Universe film set to debut in theaters this November, will focus on the newly formed Justice League’s attempt to stave off an alien invasion in the absence of Superman, who died at the end of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.” The invasion will be led by none other than Steppenwolf, an otherworldly New God who will be played by “Game of Thrones” star Ciaran Hinds. While the 64-year-old actor seems like a strange choice to play an unfathomably powerful conqueror of worlds, it turns out that the film’s version of Steppenwolf will largely be a computer-generated character.
>“Basically they’re going to construct something, digitally, and then they will use my eyes and mouth,” said Hinds revealed in an interview with Independent.
>Hinds’ career stretches as far back as 1980, but the actor has never played role that required motion-capture. To prepare for the experience, he enlisted the help of actor and friend Liam Neeson, who recently came off a similar role as a giant talking tree in “A Monster Calls.” Hinds said Neeson sent him several pamphlets about motion capture acting.
>Hinds also dropped some extra information about his character, about which there has been precious little revealed. “He’s old, tired, still trying to get out of his own enslavement to Darkseid, [but] he has to keep on this line to try [to] and take over worlds,” he shared.

Negan in the comics
>Good guy that does bad things for what he genuinely believes to be the best way for humanity to move forward
>Never killed children or innocents, and admitted that any threats against them were bluffs
>Intelligent
>Tough but fair, admits when he oversteps a boundary and often apologizes for it
>Misses his wife a great deal
>Becomes the best character in the comic after hejoins Rick's group
>Gets shit fucking done
>Genuinely funny
Negan in the show
>Murdering maniac that kills children and innocents left and right
>Views himself as a god
>Takes more than what can be replaced
>Not funny
Why do they always ruin the best characters
>>91310229
They made him more of a maniac because TV Negan isn't going to get redemption. The fans want him dead.
Everything in the show is inferior to the comic.
>>91310530
The comic is pretty meh too.
or not?
It's perfect for Garbage Network!

You took too long to realise.
Who are you quoting? Because the episode didn't say that.
>>91309446
I think attacking some random guy would cause a lot more guilt that killing someone who was attacking you.
Like if I shot and killed some dude who was trying to mug me i'd feel a little bad, but if I kicked some guy in the middle of the street for no reason i'd feel pretty guilty.
Itt: cartoons only Canadians remember
Nuh, I remeber watching it but I'm russian.

Hello everyone.
I come from lthe lost media wiki to ask for your help. Everyone here knows the japanese animation called "Doraemon". It's a worldwide known phenomenon. However, this was not always the case. When it's first adaptation aired in 1973, it wasn't very well received. It was poorly animated and it didn't have much ratings. After it's last airing, the adaptation was never seen again. Not even a complete episode. And if it's anybody that can find this adaptation, it is 4chan.
>>91308728
good luck man, doraemon is an icon, a symbol of everything that used to be right with japan but is now wrong. the government explicitly promised not to censor it, then censored it.
i'd say give /a/ a try, but.. i've been to /a/

Anyone here watching Tangled the Series?
I enjoy it as a good enough side thing, decent enough animation, compelling enough storyline, nothing too crazy. Everything returning from the movie is intact and it feels good to be back in the world.
With that said, I absolutely can't stand the new Cassandra character. A totally worthless, needless, annoying addition in my opinion. She's a shitty sidekick that doesn't provide anything worthwhile; anything she's done for Rapunzel could have easily been done alone, especially in the context of what Rapunzel accomplished in the movie. And she's constantly doubting and undermining Eugene, a character who was already redeemed through the course of the movie, thereby negating a need for such criticism. Imagine watching the Aladdin show and the entire time there's some new character trying to split he and Jasmine up. Stupid. The only reason I could see her existence being justified is if she turns out to be evil. If they go through this show without that happening, I'll always hold Cassandra as a negative aspect.
But yeah, the show's decent enough. Feels harmless like movie-based Disney shows in the past. Hoping we get more songs in the future. What do you think?
>>91308203
It's slowly really growing on me. I like Eugene. This is also coming from someone who heard the entire first movie as background noise.
>Imagine watching the Aladdin show and the entire time there's some new character trying to split he and Jasmine up.
>>91308203
I liked the movie and the first episode
But the second episode was a let down.
>It's perfectly fine, even reasonable, for Batman to keep some Kryptonite lying around in case Superman ever goes rogue
>When Lex gets some it's because he's an evil monster hellbent on world domination and killing Superman
Really makes you think
>>91306785
>When Lex gets some it's because he's an evil monster hellbent on world domination and killing Superman
But that's literally his exact plan. Like, he himself has stated it on numerous occasions. "Rule world, kill superman."
>>91306785
Because that's true?
