It's pretty funny. It has some really nice self awareness & the banter between Sonic's friends is pretty good.

And while it's not my favorite version of her, Boom Amy is pretty good.

I don't know if there is a #1 worst of all time webcomic, but there are a large number of very fucking bad webcomics.

CTRL+ALT+DEL is bad for being bland, generic, and piss poor art.
XKCD is a superiority complex put into a comic.
Hathor the Cow Goddess attempts to be educational and fails horribly, tries to be funny but doesn't know how, and tries to promote breastfeeding by horrifying people to the concept.
Moon Over June appears to have been drawn by a sentient crescent, and is unable to make people that actually look human.
OJST tries very hard to take a serious look at sex, but fails repeatedly. Very similar to Hathor in this regard.
Penny Arcade is a walking zombie of a webcomic. It was vaguely funny way back when, but has lost everything that once made it good.
Much like how XKCD is superiority complex made visual, Pheobe and her Unicorn is smugness made visual. You can practically hear the artist patting himself on the back with every strip. This is funny when you remember Raine Dog.
Zen Pencils is a prime example of why you need to explain quotes to people, as the writer/artist misses the point completely on a regular basis.
Twokinds has so much wrong with it I don't have enough room to describe it all.
Kit and Kaboodle isn't just bad and generic furry shit, it also contains some highly disturbing info about the RL incestuous shit the author/artist is involved in. It won't just be the plot and artwork that will make you want to kill yourself.

There's tons of bad webcomics, but these I think are on a level of their own.
