Marvel. In DC he would get off'd by (Darkseid / the Joker / Doomsday / Harley Quinn "accidentally" / One of the rogues / whoever needs to be a credible threat to Batman this week)... He's a robot with a blaster arm, something Cyborg already does, but without the minority diversity angle. Plus, DC is so light on "robot" characters, he'd have a hard time pulling together any powers. Maybe Red Tornado?
Meanwhile, in marvel, he'd go on rollicking team-up adventures with Machine Man, defeat a Doombot with a combination of platforming skills and sheer bloody determination (and get a Foot Dive attack!), Come across the Celestials, smash Spider-Slayers in a team-up with the wall-crawler, talk if there is hope for man with Vision... it would be a decent read.
In storytelling a classic and one of the best, methods of developing character is the confrontation with the shadow. You see this a LOT in comics but the shadow confrontation is basically when a character encounters another who is a representation of all of the repressed desires of the protagonist, or is basically the opposite of the character, while also having a connection with the protagonist.
That's what's happening with Samurai Jack's new season, it's loaded with shadow imagery because the original series was too. Ashi is the shadow of Jack. Their connection is that they both became who they are because of Aku. You can see this in the way Ashi dresses, she's got jet black clothing. They've got that one connection but they're still totally opposed with Jack being totally against Aku and Ashi being totally slaved to Aku. So shut the fuck up about Ashi being annoying and detrimental to the story because she's serving the purpose that Aku used to.

Jack's dialogue was really out of place. Why was he so cheerful and optimistic? I think most of the jokes would've landed even if he was more short-spoken and moody.

They will, live action remakes are the hottest shit for Disney right now. Their big problem is they constantly hire non-singers to do singing roles.

I'm looking for basically ANY movie or show or anime or comic (with some focus on action and not grounded in reality, preferrably) where we get some PROPER male gay inclusion, and some PROPER crossdressing inclusion (I don't mean transgender, that's not the same thing), and (optionally) maybe also something where males are sexualized in similar fashions to how females usually are.
It doesn't need to be something focusing on an LGBT-theme or gay-theme in it's story, and the character doesn't need to be the main character or anything.
Any help with recommendations/suggestions are highly encouraged.
