It was god awful. The end of JL animated Superman was a cunt and the episodes were bizarre tales featuring C-D list characters no one cared about.

You guys think the strip is going to end soon? All the "main" characters (Marten, Faye, Dora) are in what look like their end-game relationships now. Jeph just makes this stuff up as he goes along, but his ideas and options for drama are clearly running thin. Faye and Garnet are opening up their shop and are set up to be successful and give Faye a fairytale ending.

The only other plot thread that's still recent enough to matter is hooking Brun up with someone. After that, it kinda seems like all the characters have "settled." Of course he can always introduce more characters, but at this point they'd just be an endless series of extras bouncing off the main cast. He could do something with Hannelore I guess but it seems like she's set to be foreveralone and has most of her problems under control.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a "The End" page soon, showing the grand opening of Faye and Garnet's shop, with most of the cast there. Brun is shown with Clinton and Brown Faye is with the big guy. Steve and Jimbo are there. Pintsize is doing something absurdly lewd. Yelling Bird delivers the final punchline.

This, OP. It hit me but it hit me hard. I expected a breakdown on a broken samurai, who has lost his way and had to deal with his psyche, even if the original wasn't meant to be nothing more than an episodic cartoon.

I guess now it feels somehow worse, because the old Samurai Jack never tried to be more than it really was. This one was described as a new look on Jack, so I expected something darker and deeper. But it's almost the same while it pretends to be something bigger. I can't enjoy it that way.

Okay so the first one I'm looking for, I remember Dan Dashly storytimed back around Halloween. I think there were three parts to it and each part was a Halloween night following the same group of kids trying to trick or treat while some sort of apocalypse was going on. The main kid wore a skull mask, his little sister was sadistic, and there was "devilkid" that was probably actually from hell.

Next comic I'm looking for I thought was called Prudence or something but I guess I was wrong. Blonde chick on the cover. About time travel and love. Main character is the girl on the cover's lover who is constantly trying to fix everything through time travel but fucks up a few times. Don't remember how it ended.

Plz help guys I want to find these.

I think it would have been better if episode four started with them fighting until the worm swallowed them. At some point soon after Ashi would've been gravely injured, which would prompt jack to carry her out. It felt rushed to see jack go from killing 6 of the sisters to trying to save the last one.

The only protege that doesn't seem forced in my opinion is the one that stays in the future to make it a better world while Jack goes back to his time. Maybe we will get that but I fear that it may get too dependent on Ashi in a really important moment like in the fight with Aku.

Jack's the one who has to deal the finishing blow, everything else ruins the whole premise.

Whose to say she is going to be his protege? I'm sorry an annoying bitch like this is only good for one thing and one thing only at this point. If there was a protege it should been someone younger to make the situation more meaningful. PLZ no more thick jokes.
