Why do people hate this show again?
>>91662997
They haven't watched it.
>>91662997
The art style is an instant turn-off.
They assumed it was gross out and lolsorandom humor.
They were right but it was the good kind
Has anyone read Fables? It completed its run a few years ago and I only reach to the Cubs in Toyland arc. The series itself seems like a mix bag but I still enjoy reading it though.
>>91662987
Oh man, Fables was one of my favorite series. It's not quite as good after the war arc is over, but there's still a lot of good stuff to be read, and Cubs in Toyland is one of the highlights for me. Dark and weird and amazing.
>>91662987
Was a good read from my local library. Even the side stories were good
>>91663069
Yeah that was my thoughts on it too. After the war arc it lost that over-looming threat and the story sorta of resolved itself. Also, Pinocchio is best character.
People are hating on the idea that Ashi may potentially be the one to defeat Aku, but is everyone going to ignore this shit? Ron is the one who ultimately saves the world, with the titular character becoming the damsel in distress. No one shat their bricks over that. Admit it /co/, its just because Ashi has a vagina.

>>91662932
>No one shat their bricks over that.
Well first of all I never liked Kim Possible, the show or character, so I never cared about Kim Possible, the show and character.
>>91662932
Ron was an incompetent comic relief sidekick.
Ashi is competent but not as skilled as Jack.
>>91662932
Not even a fan of Kim Possible(neutral towards it), but IIRC there was actually some build up to this with him being some chosen one.
Far more importantly though, Ron is one of the two main characters and has been there since the beginning, Ashi was just introduced.
why didn't jack just give his sword to the scotsman's wife? she would destroy aku.
>>91662698
Presumably evil folk can't use it in any real capacity.
>>91662698
i fucking swear i saw titus do this in wh40k ultramarines

huh, i like drax better in this one
So let me see if I got this right.
>movie starts with the Guardians fighting the abilisk
>after they defeat it it's revealed Ayesha's cult hired them and give them Nebula as payment
>Rocket steals some batteries from them
>as they leave Ayesha's world her fleets pursue them
>the Milano gets hit, probably destroyed
>drops Rocket and Groot somewhere
>Quill, Gamora and Drax end up in ego
>the ravagers find Rocket
>Peter I'm your father!
>blue and PINK
Oh, subversive, I like it
Ignoring the edgy "everyone dies when exposed" entries or the really cringeworthy donut steels, how well would an SCP animated series fare today?
Basically have each episode focus on the retrieval or testing of an SCP, special two parter episodes involving containment breaches, etc.
>>91662361
>or the really cringeworthy donut steels
Like that Conan the Barbarian wannabe?
>>91662361
I'd much rather it be story driven and go more into the tales part of the site.
I'd die of happiness if it took at least 5 episodes to adapt The Cool War.
>>91662407
Which one was that? The donut steels I was thinking of were the humanoid ones like 073 and 076.
What does /co/ think of the InFamous games? They seem to be heavily inspired by comic books and superhero tropes and such.
They're fun games.
I liked Cole as a character despite how he only had one type of expression and had a pretty bland design
The tie-in comic DC published was alright
>>91662320
IMO, they failed because they took themselves too seriously. I played the DLC for the second one, which had the same graphics, stages and mechanics. Only one change: Everyone was having a laugh with the story and it's ridiculousness. And I can't believe how much more I enjoyed it and wished the whole series was like that.
>>91662405
He was a much more fleshed out and enjoyable character in the second one. The scene where Cole and Zeke watch an old western movie together was great

HOW DOES THAT BED SURVIVE THAT
SHE'S A FUCKING TANK
Shit has it already been five pages since duane's last Aldish propaganda speech.
Duane, ever the patriot.
>>91662245
Ooh yeah I am ready for some patriotism, and maybe Duane being right about the Crescians, or at least the current one.
I mean Cresce has its secrets and problems and Duane is maybe technically right here (people within Alderode are probably working with Bell) but your home country doesn't have all the trappings of an evil empire for nothing, D.
Let's face it, nothing Genndy will do in the end of the show, will ever be satisfying for us.
>>91661985
these samurai bait threads sure are getting lazy at this point
>>91661985
>Jack beats Aku and goes back to his old time
That wouldn't satisfy /co/?
>>91661985
I dunno, I just want to see jack succeed. Returning to the past, beating Aku, or anything else, as long as he dies at peace with ihimself Ill take it.
characters who's voice actor died before the series could finish
>>91661836
Does Ducky's actress count? She was killed before the first Land Before Time film was even released.
Will it be the best Marvel Netflix show?
>>91661773
It'll be the Frankest.
He probably won't even touch a gun until the third episode.
>>91661773
Do we have a release date that isn't just "2017" yet?
RUDY! YOU GOTTA DRAW SOMETHING!
>>91661416
Who has the chalk?
>>91661416
I'll draw something, Snap. Sure, why not? It's all I've ever been to you, right? A creator? Some sort of tool made to churn out whatever you needed to accomplish your own personal agenda.
Well, now we're going to talk about what I need. I am 18 years old now, Snap. Yeah, 18. I was shocked too. I've never been to a party. I've never had a girlfriend or a driving lesson. Every ounce of my free time is frittered away in the ChalkZone, going on these meaningless adventures and drawing. Just FUCKING drawing!
You remember Penny, right Snap? God, I think about her every night before I sleep. And when I wake I grasp at the dreams of her as they slip through my hands like so many chalk fragments. We killed her, Snap. She's dead because of us. Because we took her into the ChalkZone and watched as a drawing of a dinosaur wizard turned her into farts! She screamed all the way through, Snap. She kept begging me to draw something, but the carpal tunnel... I wasn't fast enough.
But I can draw something for you, Snap. Here and now: one last work...
>Rudy draws his chalk across the blackboard in a straight line.
It's a line in the sand, Snap. It's' the end of whatever our lives have become. I'm out, Snap. And you don't have to like it, but you have to accept it. I made you. I conjured you out of my mind and into existence like a God. And like a God, I am wrathful -- lachrymose. I resent my creation not because it fails to meet my expectations, but because it exceeded my expectations.
Congratulations, Snap: you've fulfilled your purpose. And now you can wander your ChalkZone and ask yourself what comes next.
I'm going to go jerk off until I can't see hear her voice anymore.
>>91661416
rudy is got the chalk the chalk the chalk zone
rudy
draw something rudy
coooooommmeeee oonnnn
What are the chances of Jack Jack turning to the dark side in the movie coming out next year?
bump for no reason
is jack jacks powers all the powers or is it because he's a baby so it hasn't decided it?
>Incredibles 2
>Pixar uses the lore established in the interview bonuses
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d73WtJlko9E
>Stratogale's parents find out about Violet and Dash
>They invite them over at their house to warn them about the life of a teenage superhero
>Gamma Jack survived and is the main antagonist
Why are DC and Marvel comics singularly fixated on heroes, villains, and the superhuman geniuses who enable them?
Has there ever been an honest attempt to focus on how people actually live in a world where 20% of the population has a super power, new york is annihilated on an annual basis and there is a constant influx of alien technology?
>>91660339
Gotham Central?
>>91660414
I mean, it's still crimefighting
